The Monroe County Prosecutor's Office has filed murder and other charges against Marshella Chidester, the driver of an SUV that crashed into the Swan Boat Club killing two children. It's alleged she was drunk, a charge her lawyer denies. -- The Justice Department has agreed to pay over $138 million to the victims of disgraced sports doctor Larry Nassar.
