Gerry Dulac of the Post-Gazette reported that Howard and Drew Allar will be on the roster. It feels like a lock Mason Rudolph will also be on the team. Bob would not be surprised if Howard ends up on the practice squad. Joe thinks Drew Allar is significantly more talented than Howard and would elevate him to the third quarterback to work with all season.
