Poni thinks that Cherington is completely to blame for the bullpen being terrible this year. Poni thinks the Pirates would be a legitimate contender with a better bullpen. Cherington apparently thinks that the answers to the Pirates' bullpen are in the building, which makes Poni think that the Pirates won't do much at the trade deadline.
