The women's coach just fired its coach, which looks like another bad hire made by Heather Lyke. How did all of these coaches get such good job security? Somehow Lyke is continuing to get and be up for jobs in sports. Robert Morris men's basketball coach Andy Toole joined the show. Andy's Colonials are the 2-seed in their conference tournament, which begins tomorrow night. Poni has bet on them to get back to the big dance. Andy mentioned that tomorrow night is free beer night at the arena – for everyone's first drink. Andy talked about what is working this season. Andy got into the pace of the Horizon League and how his team has adjusted as the season has progressed. Andy told the guys about a few players that helped form this year's team, after losing a ton of players from the team that made it to the NCAA Tournament in 2025. Andy talked about picking his spots with hard coaching since players can up & leave the moment they get their feelings hurt. The guys asked Andy about working with his team in-game as it differs each year in this era of college athletics. He said Murray is worth a vet minimum deal if that can be had.
