Mullsy says that the overall picture painted by Khan is not new for the Steelers.

Matt Clement joins the show. He says people still send him baseball cards to sign still and he does not know why. Yesterday was the ten year anniversary of Bartolo Colon hitting his one in a million home run. Matt discusses how crucial the additions of Lowe and O'Hearn have been to the Pirates and how they can be taken seriously now. Clement says that the lineup DK had when he took over last year is night and day compared to the one he has now.

Is public opinion starting to turn around on Ben Cherington? His two major offseason additions have made a significant difference so far this season. Ryan O'Hearn and Brandon Lowe have been hits. Don Kelly is 80-82 in a "full season" as Pirates GM. The Pirates acquired Lowe and Mason Montgomery for Mike Burrows. Burrows has performed poorly during his time so far in Houston. Nick Gonzales has hit well as a first round pick in the Cherington era.

Fair Game with Nick Farabaugh! Nick says it is fair to say jobs can be lost but not won during rookie mini camp. This is the time for UDFAs to show they can handle the NFL and retain information. Nick believes that Aaron Rodgers is in Pittsburgh but isn't sure why. Nick says that he cannot guarantee that Rodgers will sign a contract by the end of the weekend. Can this extend to mandatory minicamp?

Omar Khan told Chris Mack on the Westwood Sports Network that he has no idea where Aaron Rodgers is. What are we doing here? Mullsy, once again, is frustrated that Aaron Rodgers is the topic of the day. Why are the Steelers allowing themselves to be strung along by a quarterback who is well past his prime and only had average numbers last year? Mullsy says this is a little crazy and embarrassing for the Steelers.

Ray Fittipaldo joins the show to react to the FMS report of Aaron Rodgers coming to town. Ray is wondering why Aaron is coming to town instead of handling things over the phone?

Poni says he is holding out hope for a Hail Mary that Rodgers does not sign with the Steelers and backs out of the deal. Could the Steelers be interested in bringing in Brendan Sorsby? The Browns are apparently doing their "due diligence".

The Donny Football Debrief: Mark Kaboly joins the show to explain his report on the Steelers having no idea Rodgers was coming to town.

Steve Palazzolo of the 33rd Team joins the show to talk about Rodgers coming back. Steve says he is curious to see if Rodgers can still produce like a top 15 quarterback. Do teams know when they are rebuilding? Should the Steelers tank for a year to determine which of their current quarterbacks is the best? 

5-7 PM Team 3pm Hour

Former Steelers quarterback Charlie Batch joins the show because he was right all along: the holdup with Rodgers and the Steelers was money. He said he looked at the average starting quarterback salaries and thinks Rodgers wants around the $30 million mark. How good does Charlie think Rodgers can be? He says that acquiring a second wide receiver like Michael Pittman Jr. shows the Steelers are serious about surrounding Rodgers with weapons, not just Calvin Austin types. What will the projected quarterback depth chart look like? Charlie says the Steelers don't have to rush to narrow down their QB room.

Peter Schrager says he is not convinced Rodgers is coming back to the Steelers until he sees his name on the dotted line. Who do Steelers fans want to see start at quarterback? Mullsy says that at this point in Rodgers' career he has more respect for Tomlin than he will for Mike McCarthy.

Was Jason Mackey a fan of pulling Paul Skenes in the 9th inning to prevent a complete game? Jason says this is the best Paul Skenes has looked in his short time here in Pittsburgh. Jason says that the Pirates do not have a specific closer. Dennis Santana will get save opportunities but is not the 'capital C' closer. How much more runway will Marcell Ozuna get with the Pirates? Jason says Mlodzinski will leave the rotation when Jared Jones returns from the injured list.

The Fan Morning Show broke the news that Aaron Rodgers is coming to town this weekend to re-sign with the Steelers...potentially. Adam Crowley joins the show to talk about how The Morning Show heard and broke the news. Crowley says that they sat on the story for half an hour before going public with the news. Was Callas involved with breaking the news or the story itself?

Gerry Dulac wrote an article on Monday about the Steelers losing patience with Aaron Rodgers, and then backtracked saying the Steelers wouldn't do anything if Rodgers called their bluff. NFL Insider Aditi Kinkhabwala joins the show. Aditi thinks that the Steelers should have been frustrated with Aaron Rodgers two months ago. She thinks that the Steelers operate differently than they did when they actually won Super Bowls. Donny Football Debrief - Russell Wilson has received a contract offer to be the backup QB for the New York Jets.

This comes after he said that he thinks Will Howard is a future starter in the NFL. Mullsy thinks that the Steelers have been lying about their opinion of Will Howard this entire time. Poni thinks that the Steelers would not have drafted Drew Allar if they liked Will Howard this much. It seems like most Steeler fans prefer Will Howard to Drew Allar at this point. The guys question why this is the case, as Allar was drafted much higher and was labeled a much better prospect coming out of school. Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joins the show. Mike says that the Cardinals are the only other viable option for Aaron Rodgers, if he wishes to continue playing football. Aaron Rodgers' agent is not thrilled that he only played for 13 million dollars last year, so it is possible that there is an ongoing contract dispute between Rodgers and the Steelers. Mike thinks that Rodgers loves the attention that this ordeal is causing, even though he says that he doesn't. Tyler Kennedy joins the show! There is a report out there from Dave Pagnotta saying a one year, $5 million deal asking price and would be surprised if he wasn't a Penguin. TK says that he does not think Malkin will be a point per game player next season and $5 million would be a fair price. TK says he would be okay with letting Malkin walk and bringing in the new guard. TK says that he does not think Sid would be happy about letting Malkin walk but would ultimately understand it. 

Why hasn't Aaron Rodgers signed a contract yet? Was Charlie Batch right all along with it being a contract dispute? Mullsy says that Rodgers can take his time because the Steelers are run by "a bunch of pushovers". If Rodgers thought there was any real threat the Steelers would move on, he would have signed with them or another team.

How would you grade Don Kelly's job as Pirates skipper? The Pirates are 78-81 since Don Kelly took over. Poni gave Kelly a B+. Mullsy thinks Don Kelly has shown fire when he needs to and has been decent. Kelly's bullpen management hasn't been great but they've bounced back in Mullsy's mind, like when they destroyed Cincinnati.

NFL Draft analyst Mike Renner of CBS Sports joined the show. Renner's 2026 QB class: Mendoza, Simpson, Cole Payton, Drew Allar. He thinks Will Howard is "a backup at best" and doesn't have the fluid athleticism of Allar. Mike wondered why Allar never took a Josh Allen jump. He needs to be better in the pocket. Mike likes the Max Iheanachor and Germie Bernard picks. He doesn't think there's a big drop-off from Bernard to Lemon.
