Tonight on Steelers Hangover, we're breaking down the biggest decisions coming out of roster cuts, including the Steelers' surprising decision to carry FOUR quarterbacks, what it means for Will Howard and Drew Allar, the biggest roster surprises, and the moves that could shape Pittsburgh's 2026 season.

Jared and Matt wrap up the 2026 NFL and college football preview season by breaking down the AFC North, NFC North, and the SEC conference. Three of the four teams enter with new head coaches — Jesse Minter in Baltimore after John Harbaugh's departure to the Giants, Mike McCarthy back home in Pittsburgh, and Todd Monken taking over in Cleveland after Kevin Stefanski left for Atlanta. Was the Kenny Pickett selection as bad as we remember because others around him haven't panned out either? Ryan admitted that he liked Kendrick Green coming out of college and he turned into a terrible selection. What happened with Chase Claypool and how did he fail? We saw the introduction of Broderick Jones in Dallas yesterday after the Steelers sent him there via trade Saturday night in exchange for a 3rd and 6th round pick. The Steelers also sent a 4th rounder to the Cowboys. Jones didn't mince words – he said the Steelers screwed him up. Jones did a lot of moving around in his time here because the coaching staff pandered to Dan Moore time and time again. Is he right? The guys pointed out some recent Steelers that have gone elsewhere and thrived, to a degree. Names like Kevin Dotson and Devin Bush come to mind. That used to never be the case.
