Lauren’s about a month away from having a baby so she needs some help, like coming up with the baby’s name! That’s why we are pumped to have writer, actor and director and co-founder of Don’t Call Me Mommy, Haely White in to discuss why there is SO much shit that people don’t tell you, how your journey towards pregnancy is super personal but can still be sexy, why “milking yourself” post birth is more common than you think, when you can reintroduce wine to your diet, why now is the best time to practice presence with your kids and how to evaluate what type of parent you were before, when the right time in your relationship is to go to therapy, why Haely thinks single people are going to be very sexually active after the quarantine, why no birth plan is the type of plan to have, what to bring with you to the hospital, how not naming a baby for 4 months is okay, how sharing embarrassing experiences connects us, and why YOLO is stronger than ever now which might lead to an uptick in Coronababies! During the Gettysburg Bash in Pennsylvania in August 2018, I had the delight in meeting the wonderful folks from Keystone State Paranormal Society, Dave, Jim and Haely, with their guest Mike Simpson! It was a wonderful Paranormal benifit held at the Wyndham Hotel and the heart filled project of Pam & Steve Barry of the Gettysburg Ghost Exchange, Gettysburg's largest Para-Shop! It benifited Wounded Warriors of Pa., and children fighting cancer. A three day Paracon of the most wonderful people, likeminded in the wonderful Para-world! I got to go with Keystone to investigate properties there in Gettysburg. One of them included a basement where many ghosts had gathered for years as a safe haven. What occurred there happened among many witnesses, over several different types if equipment, and was simply the best thing that can happen in my mind as a sensitive and as a human being, we helped! Listen in as we recount some of the wonders of that wonderful weekend. Keystone State Paranormal Society Keystones EVPs and videos here! So many great videos of evidence caught here for Gettysburg and other Keystone investigations! Their YouTube here!
Time for another blast from the past with one of our first ever podcasts. To this day Stone Cold Steve Austin is still one of my favorite guests and it's not for the reasons you think. I remember being so impressed with Stone Cold because he had so many different sides to him which made him extremely interesting and strangely attractive. Not sure if I'm supposed to reveal this cause it may ruin his "bad boy" image BUT Steve's actually one of the nicest men I have ever met. His public persona would make you think other wise but he was the sweetest, nicest man I've ever met and all of us girls were in love with him by the end of the podcast. YES we were attracted to him even though he was nice, respectful, and very polite! Steve was open and ready for anything me, Kristen and Haely threw his way. Nothing was off limits for discussion which is how we like it. Steve revealed to us: - How he gets women to do ANYTHING he wants - What went wrong in his past 3 marriages and what you can learn --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/AskWomen/support
Haely is ready for marriage and Al is not. Should they go their separate ways or should Al settle for settling down? #relationships #engagement #denial #divorcecourt #breakup
A full-house with Haely and Holly, and TJ makes for an awesome, lively show. Scott Mercer tells us about his book, "You can Do the Cube," which shows how to solve the Rubic's Cube like a pro.
Haely comes in with tales of animal sex (literally) and gives some fascinating facts about mating. We talk about what attracts one sex to the other. Miley Cyrus, Jamie Foxx and Hulk Hogan. Barton Goldsmith discusses his book, "Emotional Fitness for Intimacy."
It's tax day and we're both scrambling to file at the last minute. Sam goes off on a FaceBook poster that ragged on him on Haely's page, then we discuss insecurities. We Talk to Larry Flaxman and Marie Jones of paraexplorers.com about time prompts such as 11:11.
We talk about Haely's blog, people who bring small forks to the restaurant, Patrick Swayze's deterioration and Billy Joel's cheating wife. We talk to British author Bruce Hood about his fascinating book, "Supersense," which shows how human beliefs do not necessarily reflect reality. Then we speak to Brad Wenneberg about his book, "Unleash Your Inner Warrior," the story of a former law officer who has risen from the ashes of self-destruction. Answers for the Family co-host Rob sat in and told us about recovering runaway teens.
Appearance by beautiful co-host contender Haely, shooting the breeze with me and telling her story. Is she the one?
