Der Markt der Betreuungsdienste für eine 24h Betreuung in der Häuslichkeit mit ausländischen Kräften ist heterogen und bisher nicht reguliert. Der Markt ist intransparent und es zeigen sich immer wieder große Unterschiede in der Qualität der Vermittlung oder in der Qualität der Versorgung. Mecasa ist einer dieser Betreuungsdienste – doch Qualität wird bei Ihnen ganz großgeschrieben – und deshalb haben Sie einen Standard – bzw. eine Norm entwickelt – den DIN SPEC 33454 der hohe Qualitätsanforderungen an Betreuungsdienste stellt.
