Patrick Koenig is a wildly enthusiastic golfer and photographer with pictures that have been featured on the pages of GOLF.com, Golf Digest, The Golfer's Journal, and countless other publications. He is also on a mission in 2023 to set a world record! Back in 2018, Patrick embarked on a golf journey that changed his life. He purchased a RV and turned it into a RGV (recreational golf vehicle) and toured the country playing golf with 793 people on 405 golf courses across 48 states. This year, the time has come to rekindle the magic. The time has come for The RGV Tour 2.0 and he's not messing around. This year he plans to play 500 golf courses in a single year and set the world record for different 18 hole golf courses played in 365 days. He's living the dream and it was incredible listening to him talk about his journey. He had to face up to the fact he was an alcoholic, and faced a 7-year battle. Since then, he has turned his obsessive personality from a negative into a positive, and now is life of the party on and off the golf course, without touching a drop of alcohol since 2005. In 2018, Patrick set off on a year-long journey, starting the "RGV Tour." 365 Days playing golf, 405 - Golf Courses played, 793 - New Friends made, 20,000 - Dollars raised for "The First Tee" and 35,576 Miles spent in his RV, Patrick had the time of his life living out every Golfers' dreams. Hear him talk about his experiences travelling around the United States; playing golf, making friends, raising money and shooting incredible photography.
