We also explore the distinctions between bikini and wellness coaching, coaching both men and women, and the characteristics of our easiest and most challenging clients. Additionally, we discuss the topic of breast implants and competing in the bikini category. The topic of discussing breast implants and competition can be somewhat taboo, but let's look into the statistics in case there are any disputes surrounding this subject.   Top 10 Olympia Bikini Athletes with Breast Augmentation by Year:   2022: 8 2021: 9 2020: 7 2019: 8 2018: 8 2017: 10 2016: 10 2015: 10 2014: 10 2013: 10 2012: 10 2011: 10   Since the category's inception, there have been a total of 120 top 10 bikini Olympians, with 110 of them having breast augmentation. This represents 91.6% of all top 10 Bikini Olympians.   Wellness: 2022: 9 2021: 10   19/20 -> 95%   Is it necessary to have breast implants to compete? Absolutely not. Are they mentioned specifically in the bikini criteria? No. Do they contribute to improving your overall balance, shape, and symmetry on stage? In the first eight decades of her colorful life, Victoria Schmidt wore many hats, from fashion model and married mother to PR mogul, university dignitary and women's rights advocate. But it was an event in 2001 — the death of her beloved husband Ralph from Parkinson's Disease after 58 years of marriage — that challenged her to reimagine her life. She is the author of “Victoria's 95 Secrets on Living a Happy, Healthy, Sexy Long Life, here to share what's kept her young and how anyone can age well, even into their 90s.
