Es besteht aus Spezialisten verschiedener Disziplinen wie Rechtsmedizin, Zahnmedizin und Kriminaltechnik. Die Identifizierung von Brandopfern ist besonders schwierig und herausfordernd. Es werden DNA-Analysen, Zahnstatus und andere Merkmale verwendet, um eine hundertprozentige Identifizierung zu erreichen.
