In this week's episode of HEAL with Kelly, I sit down with the incredible Estelle Bingham, a fourth-generation psychic, holistic healer, spiritual teacher, and author of Manifest Your True Essence, for a conversation that goes straight to the soul. If you've ever wondered how to live more from your heart with discernment, compassion, and courage, this conversation will remind you that everything you need is already within. Welcome to the Artificial Intelligence Podcast with Jonathan Green! In this episode, we tackle a massive generational challenge: can AI help solve the “silver tsunami” of baby boomer business owners looking to exit their companies—and do it in a way that protects jobs, preserves legacy, and maximizes value? Our special guest is Jonathan Cheung, a business broker with Transworld Business Advisors, the world's largest business brokerage firm. Jonathan specializes in helping small and medium sized business owners successfully exit, and he brings a rare combination of big firm valuation expertise (KPMG, Facebook, tech valuations) and hands-on experience with traditional, Main Street businesses.Notable Quotes:“I think it's a historical moment where trillions of dollars are expected to transfer over the next two decades. It's really the largest wealth transfer in history.” – [Jonathan Cheung]“AI as a source of labor… works for you 24/7 and is able to have more predictable outcomes.” – [Jonathan Cheung]“Every business someone started themselves, there's no instruction manual. That's why their first hires struggle—nothing is documented.” – [Jonathan Green]“People either massively overvalue or massively undervalue their business. They'll shut down a thriving business and say, ‘Nobody wants it,' or think it's worth 10, 50, 100 times what it is.” – [Jonathan Green]Connect with Jonathan Cheung:Email: jcheung@tworld.comPhone/WhatsApp: +1 (626) 8643369 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathan-cheung-cfa/ If you're interested in how AI can protect your legacy, increase your exit valuation, and help your business survive into the next generation, this episode is a must listen.Connect with Jonathan Green The Bestseller: ChatGPT Profits Free Gift: The Master Prompt for ChatGPT Free Book on Amazon: Fire Your Boss Podcast Website: https://artificialintelligencepod.com/ Subscribe, Rate, and Review: https://artificialintelligencepod.com/itunes Video Episodes: https://www.youtube.com/@ArtificialIntelligencePodcast

In Ep. 117, Washington Post Southeast Asia Bureau Chief Rebecca Tan joins co-hosts Ray Powell and Jim Carouso to discuss her investigative reporting on the massive surge of methamphetamines flooding the Asia-Pacific. While the U.S. remains focused on the fentanyl crisis, Tan explains how the same network of Chinese chemical manufacturers is simultaneously fueling a "meth tsunami" that is overwhelming law enforcement from Thailand to Australia. The Global SyndicateRebecca details how Chinese chemical companies—often the very same entities supplying Mexican cartels with fentanyl precursors—are shipping vast quantities of drug ingredients into Southeast Asia. Unlike the U.S. opioid crisis, the Asian market is being inundated with methamphetamine produced in Myanmar's lawless borderlands. Tan explains that this is not a parallel problem but a singular, global supply chain rooted in China's massive chemical industry. The New Golden TriangleThe conversation explores how drug production has shifted from mainland China to the "Wild West" of Myanmar's Shan State. Following crackdowns by Beijing, criminal syndicates relocated to border areas controlled by ethnic militias like the United Wa State Army. Tan describes the surreal atmosphere of border towns like Tachilek, where casinos, scam compounds, and drug trafficking operations thrive under a distinct set of rules, shielded by the chaos of Myanmar's civil war.Geopolitics of PrecursorsA key takeaway is the geopolitical leverage Beijing holds over this trade. Tan notes that while China has the capacity to clamp down on these exports—as it does with critical minerals—it treats counternarcotics cooperation as a political bargaining chip. The hosts and Tan discuss the frustration of regional powers like Thailand and Australia, who lack the geopolitical weight of the U.S. to demand action from China, leaving them vulnerable to a flood of cheap, potent narcotics.

Peter Baines spent years as part of the New South Wales police force investigating some of the state's most horrific crimes and collecting and analysing the forensic evidence to convict the perpetrators. After helping with the recovery and investigation of the Bali bombings in 2002, Peter was tapped to assist when a devastating tsunami struck Thailand on Boxing Day, 2004. In this raw and candid conversation, Peter details the heartbreaking aftermath of major natural disaster, as he and his team were tasked with identifying thousands of bodies left in the tsunami's wake. The devastation he witnesses prompted Peter to start a charity to help the disadvantaged children of Thailand, recently marking the 20th anniversary of his efforts by running 1,400 kilometres across Thailand. By the early afternoon, the water started to recede back out to sea. But the destruction left in its wake was devastating. Communications were down, roads were washed out. As the force of the waves lessened, survivors faced a new problem: they were trapped in the mass of debris the tsunami generated. Stuck between a swirl of cars, building remains, and dead bodies, the survivors resorted to extreme measures to reach safety. Dozens of tourists were stranded at the Emerald Cave with no way out. At sea, Wimon Thongtae began the treacherous journey home to Nam Khem through rough waters in his leaking boat. As the wave barreled ashore on Thailand's west coast, people were sucked under a powerful wall of water that was so strong it ripped the clothes off their backs. On the morning of December 26th, 2004, a 9.1 earthquake struck in the Indian Ocean, triggering a tsunami. Along Thailand's west coast, tourists like Ed and Helen Muesch, and residents like fisherman Wimon Thongtae went about their days, as usual. They were all unaware that a massive wave was heading straight toward them. By the time they realized the threat, they had only seconds to react and try to survive what would become the deadliest natural disaster on record.
