Voice Code analyzes 1.5 billion bits of information in your voice, revealing hidden subconscious programming. When listened to, stress and fear are released. It operates beyond the ego and positively affects the subconscious. This is an accelerated form of clearing the past that results in healing on multiple levels, including increased clarity, more strength, confidence, a greater sense of yourself, finds your true purpose - and your twin flame!
We want to tell you about a new tool for healing that Ahonu and I have recently discovered. It's a voice analyzer from Quantum Sound Healing, and it has helped Ahonu and I significantly. Listen to this audio where Helena Riley explains it all, and if you're interested, let us know. Hello and welcome to Quantum Sound Therapy. My name is Helena Riley and I'm going to explain the voice code analysis today and its connection to your personalized Akashic Records. And I would like to say that this is timely and also that you might want to listen to it again. The key with the voice code is we take a 20 second voice sample, and you can either do the vowels or an affirmation. So let's say you want to manifest your twin flame, your soul mate, your new job, your purpose. That's the enormous task, aligning with your purpose. We create an affirmation that will speed up that result. You can also use your voice code to clear whatever part of you is blocking that. So let's say you would like to create a more intuitive sense of your life so that it flows to you, the game comes to you; you create an affirmation around that, and it will also loosen everything about you that does not believe that because your voice will pick that up and then you listen to this repeatedly. The three areas where people are working with right now are aligning with purpose, prosperity, and twin flame relationships. For the Earth to ascend, to move into a new consciousness, the twin flames need to come together because they will guide humanity in a new direction and do it more easily and effectively. We look forward to sharing our knowledge of frequency and how to liberate your energy so you actually become the enlightened being that you deserve to be. I want to thank everyone for listening. Now let your transformation begin. We hope you enjoyed that. It's such an interesting technology, it is effective and goes deep. If you're interested in having your own voice analysis done, click this link (https://aingealrose.com/voice) for a private session with me, or there's another option for a year's worth of voice analysis. Bruce Langford is a Mindfulness consultant who is hired by companies to improve employee work-life balance by replacing stress and anxiety with team spirit and self-respect. Happy, committed team players result in a climate where ROI is increased, sick days decline and general wellness improves. Bruce’s extensive background in bullying prevention equips him, through mindfulness, to inspire employees to replace self-bullying and judgmental behaviors, with a strong desire for cooperation and respect. When people want to become focused winners at what they do, whether in their business or in their personal life, they seek out proven winning partners who will give them focus. That's what Bruce does in his coaching practice and with his top-ranked podcast, Mindfulness Mode. Bruce shows you how to get grounded and centered so you can do what you do best, moving forward with confidence. He helps you make the impact you desire and enjoy the freedom you deserve in your life. He knows from his own personal experience with exactly this. How he grew up defined his sense of self, which included being stifled and type-cast. It literally caused him to not be able to find his voice. Through mindfulness and confidence work, he was able to do just that, and turned outward with his message to help others do the same. Bruce is a great person, cares deeply about others, and shares his story and his values in this episode. Key Points from the Episode with Bruce Langford: Bruce was a very stressed-out teen, with a lot of anxiety and anger. Oddly, he didn’t know why. As he got older, it got worse yet his voice didn’t change, so he wouldn’t speak up or out. This only made it worse as those feelings were brewing and bubbling with no outlet. He looked for his voice in music so he could express himself without exposing his high-pitched voice. While he wanted to go to school, he was afraid to try or try what he wanted because he was so afraid to speak. He found an ENT doctor who knew immediately what to do to help him, and it worked. It was all stress- and anxiety-based rather than physical. His anger and stress came from his home life as a child. Growing up, his father was angry and upset most of the time, and his mother was stressed and upset as a result. Bruce has pneumonia as an infant that nearly killed him, and lead to him being defined as fragile. That meant he couldn’t go outdoors in the tough Canadian winters. And, living on a farm, it meant he tended to help his mother in the house rather than the tough work outside on the farm. Adding his voice issues, that reinforced the corner he was being painted into in terms of the kind of person he was. He found himself looking to escape, so when he turned 18, he left, while his siblings stayed around. When he found his voice, it was like a huge rebirth for him where he could be any of the things he wanted to be. The metaphor of “finding your voice” was playing out literally for him, as well, and it was empowering and freeing. Despite that freedom, he also had waves of being stifled and held back. Today, he is an expert on mindfulness, so his back story is so interesting given how much pain and internal strife he faced. After becoming a music teacher in the school system, Bruce saw bullying at play too often. He thought about how mindfulness can help work against it. He took on a persona and a strategy to fight bullying and had a whole show he would share with students in assemblies and other performances to share the message. He became DJ Benny DL (taking on the name of his then 1-2 year old son). Bruce sees music and creativity as such a powerful way to express yourself, work through difficult issues, and feel freedom. Today, Bruce does not struggle with anxiety like he used to. This is because he is very proactive with applying the tools he’s learned before it becomes an issue. He has learned to recognize that things are the way they are supposed to be, and let go of the idea that he needs to change them or that he needs to be someone else. Bruce wrote a book with mindfulness expert Brian Tracy, Cracking The Success Code, which he made available to you for free at mindfulnessmode.com/cracking. He wants people to really embrace the idea that having some form of meditation in your life is really a necessity. Even sitting down for 15 minutes of quiet time with yourself is highly valuable. The customer journey, UX, customer experience: buzzwords or actually points of value we can offer clients? I think in the hands of the under-informed and without good data, a process for gathering that data, and a genuine understanding of what the customer journey can tell us, it becomes a matter of hearsay and guesswork. That isn’t good enough for this week’s guest, so we’re taking the guesswork out of it. I talk with Heidi Trost, owner and CEO of Voice + Code, about how to gather the right data and what to do with it to make that crucial connection between the goals of the customer and the goals of the company. Heidi Trost has built an agency around those kinds of fixes. Heidi started Voice+Code in 2010 after working at other agencies and being an adjunct professor. She has a passion for helping clients build technology that actually serves their customers and delivers on the experience the customer is seeking. We’re going to dig into all of those topics. Heidi’s obsession with usability and the user experience began with her award-winning graduate research at Rochester Institute of Technology. Today, her passion is to help businesses measure and optimize the user experience while making the digital realm safe, usable, and accessible. As a user experience researcher and designer, speaker, and usability expert, Heidi has helped startups and Fortune 500 companies develop digital product strategies that align customer needs with business goals. What You Will Learn in this Episode: The data and metrics to use in understanding the customer journey The best methodologies for getting input from your clients How to test your assumptions about a customer persona How to set up usability studies How to map out the customer journey Getting realistic about the customer journey What prevents a product or service from achieving a great user experience How to convince clients to invest in research Ways to Contact Heidi Trost: Website: https://www.voiceandcode.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/heidi-trost-65325433/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/voiceandcode/

John has been blowing minds for good causes since he released his 2008 book "Igniting Inspiration: A Persuasion Manual for Visionaries." In 2012 he cracked the Voice Code, a disruptive equation which shows the natural laws that govern human thinking. Since then, he's been immersed in the challenge of making this discovery accessible, while leading a tribe of heretics to change the world from the inside out. Given the energy I have in my life right now and the borders I'm pushing, it's helped me not be trigger-happy. That's all right though, life has a way of teaching us these lessons. I got punched in the head a bit for mouthing off. Thoughts on Breathing Breathing is about releasing and remembering. We have a thought, a good or bad thought, it doesn't matter, we often get so caught up in the content of the thought, we don't realize that if the thought were a pen, we're squeezing the crap out of that pen. I can hold the pen, or I can loosen it, keep in in my palm, or I can drop it. So this muscle of being able to hold with conscious intent, our thoughts and experiences without clinging and just let them go for a minute, that's powerful. I think breathing allows that. For me, the exhale is a way for me to release the grip on the content of my experience. I certainly have always stuck up for the underdog. I've come to understand that we do a lot with energy that we're not always responsible for. I once had a job at a design company and the woman had a sadistic quality and she would turn on people. She could be nice one day and not the next. It was that culture of fear. It could get kinda dark. There were a lot of girls who would get together and have therapy sessions downstairs. I confronted her about that in a calm way. I wasn't attacking, I was just saying, sometimes you turn and it feels like there's a serial killer in the room and it makes me feel real unsafe. I don't know if mindfulness would have helped because I think I was mindful. It was an interesting moment because she was all tough and cold and then she got really quiet and said, do you mind if I cry for a minute. And then we hugged and all. It was like she was vulnerable. There was such a weak, fragile little child underneathe that cruelty, which is true of all bullies by the way, that it was shocking.
