Chaz presents the business owner mind set to debate if adding employees is a good thing or increase your own available time.   Then its the debate about the minimum wage and does it really hurt small businesses?  

The team returns to catch up on the hot topics over the last few weeks starting with the Corona virus and opinions on the vaccine and looking after more than just yourself. The gun violence narrative and defund the police raises its ugly head and then we swing it to unemployment, available employment and how the child care and child credit act will effect our society in the future.     

We ask the question, do you know who represents you and instead of complaining. what are you doing. We discuss the areas we live and and our experiences with the area representatives in the city and counties. oddly, we’re not doing enough.

Today the team talks about the no mask policy from the CDC. Are you ready or are you or will you take precaution?  We discuss the family aspect, resturants and what factors of this change will you give up or keep.

This segment  Of REPO, we discuss prior to the George Floyd verdict that there is way too many shootings again and the conditions post COVID restrictions may be an additional cause of police engagement.

The team talks about the issues the AAPI community is experiencing based on the climate created by TRUMP with the Corona virus origins.  We give Biden a grade on how he's been doing for his first 60 -90 days. Also we talk about the amount of news and alerts we are glued to recently or what fills our day other than Trump.

Welcome back to REPO where we set our sites on the new bills enacted in Georgia to restrict voters rights.  We talk about the impact historically as well as what it means to society and businesses if they stand on the outside not throwing their hat in the ring for their consumers and employees.

Fresh citrus fruit flavors lead on the palate with a nice underlying note of tropical fruit. Since this wine is largely unoaked, the crisp and refreshing acidity comes through on the palate making for a nice thirst-quenching wine

The team gets back together after a few weeks after the election to collect our thoughts about the Vaccine, aftermath of the election results and what does the upcoming Georgia election do for the future with or without Sen. McConnell influence.

Aromatics of red plum and autumn leaves are accented by subtle notes of lavendar and boysenberry. The mid-palate offers flavors of Bing cherry, and ripe raspberry, finishing with soft, well integrated tannins with a hint of pomegranate. All I can say is WOW!!!

This was suppose to be one of those Marvel characters made for TV that would warrant a series.  Not what we thought.  Especially the last few episodes. Daimon and Ana Helstrom are the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer; the siblings have a complicated dynamic as they track down the terrorizing worst of humanity.  

Gum drop laced blackberry and cherry notes are accented with violet, smoke and herb elements.  supposedly a hint of banana lingering on the finish.  I have to say, not one of my favorites.  2020 really disappointed me.  

We finally finish this amazing series on HBO about  black families living through the Jim Crow era and fighting not only against racism but witchcraft. Based on a book which in turn is based on H.P Lovecraft horror stories. A known racist in his time. Ain’t that a bitch?

The team ends the discussion with our frustration with politics in general and what should we look forward to with the Democratic Party as well as the Republican Party.  Is money still going to dictate how elections are ran and won?  Are we looking for the right candidates or is it the old politicians still running Congress and fooling the electorate?

We were pretty stoked to sit down and see this beloved legal detective drama we use to watch staring Raymond Burr. Now that HBO took a stab at it. We wanted to see if it was worth the watch. Legal drama set in 1932 Los Angeles and based on novels and short stories penned by Erle Stanley Gardner

So this is a weird one. I’m usually into quality made movies or action packed epic films. Also If it is written well, a drama that catches my attention. But this recommendation was a 2017 B movie about time travel. I was told it was similar to my time travel preferences so I stopped to check it out. Here is the synopsis. Nice melon and buttery feel to this Chardonnay.  The buttery feel is light and the oak doesn't take a front seat to the introduction to this nicely priced and pretty flavorful wine from the Miller Brothers.  great $8.99 price point as well from Naked wines.

This California Pinot Grigio is a very good crisp white wine.  Slightly sweeter than the Italian version but really appropriate for the warm weather.  Melon, grapefruit flavors that pop when its slightly lower than room temperature.  Chilled takes away the flavor so take your choice.

I try to check out a few foreign movies or TV shows a few times a month.  This interesting movie comes from Argentina and is all about comics, drama and heroes.  A touch of Cosplay and super villain  is the premise of this wacky fun movie.  Here's my take.

This wine was a gift from a friend that we exchanged wines.  He has very expensive taste.  lol, this is a Pinot Noir from France.  Coming from one of the most expensive, rich region of Burgundy.  Here are some  notes: 100% Pinot Noir, on clay, marl and limestone rocks. Aged for one year on average, followed by several months in vats to stabilize the wine before bottling. Brilliant ruby robe, raspberry. A striking nose, with an aroma of red fruit, blackcurrant. Fresh on the palate, with peppery notes La Fussiere is a large Premier Cru vineyard at the very southern end of the Cote d'Or, within the Maranges appellation. It is located on the south-facing vineyard above the village of Dezize-les-Maranges, and is planted mainly to Pinot Noir with a small amount of Chardonnay as well

Being a huge Christopher Nolan Fan I was not going to let the Corona Virus stop me from seeing his new movie spectacular with his Black lead star.  This mind bending action thriller puts you back into the "inception" mind set of where things are going.  Not really sure where this one is going but we went to the movies just to see it
