    Most leaders I talk to have a desire to increase their influence. I get it. In this leadership lesson, I dive into how we can go about doing just that. I think a good starting point first though, is to do some introspection and to do that, let's begin with these six questions: 1. Are you investing in yourself as a leader? 2. Do you see the intrinsic value and worth of the people you lead? 3. Are you aware of the power of your words and actions? 4. Do you have the right motives? 5. Can you keep your ego in-check? 6. Who's in your circle of influence? Once you are able to honestly answer these questions you can move forward with increasing your influence as a leader. Connect with me!
