Fay Twersky, President and Director at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, on Accelerating Giving and Tackling Society's Biggest Challenges. The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, founded nearly 30 years ago, is committed to accelerating philanthropy and tackling some of the most pressing challenges of our time. Arthur M. Blank co-founded The Home Depot. Under the leadership of Fay Twersky, the foundation has expanded its giving and in 2024 granted approximately US $200 million, focusing on core areas, including: democracy, climate change, youth development, mental health and well-being, and community investment in Atlanta's west side. The foundation operates as a grant-making institution but also serves as a convener and collaborator, leveraging its influence to drive systemic change. One unique aspect of its work is the use of West Creek Ranch in Montana, a dedicated retreat space designed to foster meaningful dialogue and problem-solving among leaders in philanthropy, policy, and social change. The foundation is particularly invested in advancing innovative solutions. In climate change, it supports regenerative land management practices in Montana, helping ranchers adopt more sustainable approaches that benefit both the environment and their livelihoods. In Atlanta, it works to preserve affordable housing and promote economic mobility, including piloting a guaranteed income initiative. Mental health is a newly expanded priority, with a focus on early interventions in childhood and adolescence to prevent long-term crises. The foundation is supporting evidence-based programs like Inner Explorer, which introduces mindfulness practices in schools to help children regulate stress and improve academic outcomes. With a deep commitment to long-term partnerships, general operating support, and investing in organizations' capacity, the foundation prioritizes impact over bureaucracy. Twersky's philosophy — "Curiosity trumps certainty" — underscores the foundation's approach to learning, adaptation, and continuous improvement in its mission to repair and uplift society. GDP Script/ Top Stories for Jan 28th      Publish Date:  Jan 26th        From the Drake Realty Studio Welcome to the Gwinnett Daily Post Podcast. Today is Sunday, January 28th and Happy 49th Birthday to MLB player Jermaine Dye. ***01.28.24 – BIRTHDAY – JERMAIN DYE*** I'm Bruce Jenkins and here are your top stories presented by Gwinnett County Public Schools.   Gwinnett Schools Face Security Breach as Thirty-Seven Cars are Vandalized on Tuesday Gwinnett Commissioners Request Reevaluation of Mulberry Cityhood Proposal from Legislators Research Reveals Long-term Developmental Impact of Premature Birth on Children's Lives All of this and more is coming up on the Gwinnett Daily Post podcast, and if you are looking for community news, we encourage you to listen daily and subscribe! Break 1: GCPS   STORY 1: Thirty-seven Cars Were Broken Into at Gwinnett Schools Tuesday. Here's What We Know. Gwinnett County Public Schools Police are investigating a series of car break-ins at Archer High School, Trip Elementary School, and Brookwood Elementary School. A total of 37 cars were unlawfully entered or broken into within an hour and a half. The incidents involved theft of personal items, including electronics, driver's licenses, credit cards, and purses. The police are reviewing security camera footage and collaborating with local and state law enforcement agencies to determine any patterns. Although the thieves encountered various levels of vehicle security, the police emphasize the importance of securing valuables, locking car doors, and reporting suspicious activity. The investigation is ongoing. Chief Tony Lockard urges reporting at 770-513-6715 or via the GCPS Tips app. STORY 2: Gwinnett Commissioners Urge Legislators To Reconsider Mulberry Cityhood Proposal Gwinnett County commissioners unanimously approved a resolution urging state legislators to carefully consider the implications of creating the proposed city of Mulberry in the northeastern part of the county. State Rep. Chuck Efstration introduced legislation for a referendum on Mulberry's incorporation, responding to concerns about a 700-unit apartment development. County officials emphasize the current service delivery model's efficiency and comprehensive nature. The commissioners argue that Mulberry's structure, relying on Gwinnett for services like police and fire protection, may negatively impact the proposed city, the existing 16 cities, and Gwinnett as a whole. A fact sheet outlining concerns has been sent to Gwinnett legislators.   STORY 3: Premature birth can affect children's development in later life: study A new 13-year study, following over a million births, reveals that children born moderately (32-33 weeks) or late preterm (34-36 weeks) face higher long-term risks of neurodevelopmental difficulties. These difficulties include conditions like epilepsy, autism, ADHD, and cerebral palsy. The study emphasizes that children born in these windows constitute 80% of all preterm births, and the risks should not be underestimated. The research, published in The BMJ, examined 1,281,690 children born in Sweden between 1998 and 2012, concluding that compared to full-term births, those born moderately or late preterm showed higher risks for various neurodevelopmental impairments.   We have opportunities for sponsors to get great engagement on these shows. Call 770.874.3200 for more info. We'll be right back.   Break 2: TOM WAGES   STORY 4: Kanekoa Texeira Tabbed as New Gwinnett Stripers Manager The Atlanta Braves have announced their minor league coaching staffs for the 2024 season. Kanekoa Texeira, a former G-Braves pitcher, will manage the Gwinnett Stripers, joined by pitching coaches Kevin McAvoy and Mike McCarthy, hitting coach Dan DeMent, and coach Wigberto Nevarez. Texeira, the eighth Gwinnett manager, has prior coaching experience and managed High-A Rome and Double-A Mississippi. McAvoy, returning to Gwinnett, served as the Stripers' interim pitching coach in 2022. McCarthy joins from the Oakland Athletics as the bullpen coach. DeMent, with 15 years in the Tampa Bay Rays organization, becomes the hitting coach, and Nevarez continues as coach for Gwinnett. The staff also includes strength and conditioning coach Tyler Enns and athletic trainers Greg Harrel and Joel Wiggins. Gwinnett Stripers' Opening Night is on April 2 against Louisville. STORY 5: Georgia Begins Work on Sanford Stadium Hedges The University of Georgia's football team is revitalizing the iconic hedges around Sanford Stadium, known as "Between the Hedges," a tradition since the stadium's dedication in 1929. The current hedges, installed during the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, are reaching the end of their typical lifespan. The university has been growing replacement hedges, and the Athletic Association will start proactive revitalization work in February. This project involves full soil replacement, irrigation, drainage work, and replanting with the same lineage of hedges that have been part of the Georgia sidelines for 95 years. The revitalization is set to be completed by the 2024 G-Day Game.   We'll be back in a moment.   Break 3: INGLES 2   STORY 6: Atlanta Falcons Announce Raheem Morris as Head Coach The Atlanta Falcons have appointed Raheem Morris as their new head coach. Morris, who spent the last three seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams, takes over as the 19th head coach in Falcons history. In addition, Terry Fontenot will continue as the general manager, reporting directly to team owner Arthur M. Blank on football matters. Rich McKay remains the CEO of AMB Sports and Entertainment but will no longer be involved in day-to-day football operations. Morris brings 26 years of NFL experience and recently helped the Rams secure a Super Bowl title. His tenure officially begins as the head coach for the 2024 season. STORY 7: Kenneth Eugene Smith executed by nitrogen gas in Alabama for 1988 murder-for-hire scheme Kenneth Eugene Smith was executed in Alabama for the 1988 murder-for-hire of Elizabeth Sennett, marking the first-ever use of nitrogen gas for execution. The process began at 7:56 p.m., and Smith was pronounced dead at 8:25 p.m. He made a final statement through a mask, expressing love and peace. Smith's execution was initially halted in November 2022 due to a failed lethal injection attempt. The U.S. Supreme Court rejected appeals arguing that the nitrogen gas method violated the Eighth Amendment. Smith's role in the murder-for-hire was linked to the death of Elizabeth Sennett in 1988.   We'll have final thoughts after this.   Break 4: ESOG Signoff – Thanks again for hanging out with us on today's Gwinnett Daily Post podcast. Matt Pierson is a fifth-generation Montana rancher who owns and operates Highland Livestock Company alongside his wife and two sons. He's also the founder and President of the Producer Partnership, a newly formed non-profit organization that brings together farmers and ranchers with the goal of ending hunger in Montana. Since its start in spring of 2020, the Producer Partnership has given away tens of thousands of pounds of beef to Montana food banks and is creating replicable, scalable solutions for fighting hunger throughout the West and beyond. - The idea for the Producer Partnership was born in early 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic was roiling communities and economies across the globe. With many Montana residents out of work and food banks struggling to keep up with the unprecedented demand, Matt decided to donate the meat from a cow he was planning to cull to his local food bank. He quickly recognized the direct positive impact that his donation had on the community, so he reached out to friends to drum up more donations. Within a month, he had directed 10,000 pounds of ground beef to area food banks. He kept going, and by the end of 2020, that number had risen to more than 53,000 pounds of beef. Through creativity, hard work, and an unyielding commitment to G.S.D. (“Getting Stuff Done”), Matt and his team at the Producer Partnership have created a new model for solving food insecurity in Montana. - Matt and I connected virtually for a wide-ranging conversation that will be inspiring and educational for anyone interested in impactful, purpose-driven work. We started out discussing his family's long history in Montana, and then we moved into details of how the Producer Partnership began. We talked about the challenges around processing meat both during the early stages of the pandemic and now, as well as the cutting-edge meat processing facility that the Producer Partnership is currently building. We discussed the scalability and replicability of the Producer Partnership model, and how he expects the organization to evolve in the coming years. Matt discussed the importance of community; why he chooses to volunteer for causes ranging from youth soccer to Trout Unlimited; the future of agriculture; how he defines success in his ranching operation; and much more. - This is an inspiring episode, and I know you'll enjoy it. His unique personal and professional experiences, combined with his deep curiosity and seemingly endless energy, have made Shane a well-known leader in many fields, including education, land use advocacy, and the arts. - Shane grew up in Crow Agency, Montana, and he did not have an interest in history until college, when a road trip with a professor opened his eyes to Montana's rich Native American past. From that moment onward, Shane's curiosity has continued to grow, and he has built his career around making Native American history a cultural mainstay in everything from Montana's educational system to governmental land management decisions. Whether designing educational curriculums, making films, or singing Northern Plains tribal music, Shane is always focused on serving his community. - Whether you're a long-time listener or this is your first episode, I know you'll enjoy getting to know Shane. In this episode, Hall welcomes Patricia (Trish) Costello, CEO & Founder of Portfolia. Trish is internationally recognized for her pioneering work in preparing venture capital investment partners through the prestigious Kauffman Fellows Program, which she launched in 1994 with the Kauffman Foundation, and continues as CEO Emeritus. At Kauffman Fellows, she created the first training program for venture capital partners and launched the careers of many VC leaders, including numerous women VCs. She realized there was a culture around the VC industry that did not reflect how women like to operate. Traditional VCs were not funding the types of founders, products, and solutions that women wanted in the world, and adding 1-2 women to an existing venture firm was not shifting the equation. Trish saw an opportunity to create a best-in-class community and culture that united and empowered women to invest in innovative companies that have outsized potential for returns and impact -- and Portfolia was born. At Portfolia, their global network of top VCs source best-in-class companies and high-value deals and bring deep experience to each fund. They have 10 funds in market and invest in 8-12 companies per fund. The performance of their first two funds placed them in the top quartile of venture funds launched in 2016 and 2017. Trish was Founding President of CVE Capital Corp, the holding company of a $1.7 billion Fund of Funds founded to endow the Kauffman program. Trish was on the startup team of the Kauffman Foundation's entrepreneurship center, where she played a leading role nationally in increasing equity investments in women's businesses and in funding initiatives supporting high-growth women entrepreneurs, as well as equity programs for all high-potential entrepreneurs. Trish led the National Science Foundation SBIR Sub-Committee on Commercialization and was the Director of the Arthur M. Blank Center of Entrepreneurship at Babson College. She led and exited venture-backed companies in the pediatric market earlier in her career. Trish is on the Board of Directors of the Motley Fool Foundation. Entrepreneur Magazine named her to its 2020 inaugural 100 Most Innovative Women Entrepreneurs in the World, and Portfolia won the 2019 Golden Stevie Award for the Year's Most Innovative Company Run by Women. Fast Company awarded Portfolia as one of the 10 Most Innovative Finance Companies in the World in 2020, along with unicorns Brex and Carta. Redefining Wealth with Patrice Washington

As we dive into our “Thoughtful Money” series, I wanted this series to contain unconventional conversations that challenge our money mindset and uncover the reasoning behind how we think of money.  While many athletes, entertainers and celebrities are known for having access to a lot of money, it’s interesting how so many have fallen victim to bankruptcy and financial struggles. I believe that who we are with a dollar, is who we are with a million dollars. Unless we have the discipline and education to manage our money wisely, it can be very easy to revert back to toxic spending habits that serve temporary pleasures instead of strategically building a lifestyle that attracts and maintains wealth. Today’s guest is an athlete who excelled both on the gridiron and in the game of money. Former NFL player, Takeo Spikes was drafted in the first round (13th pick overall) by the Cincinnati Bengals in 1998. After a successful 15 year career in football, he became a two-time All-Pro, a two-time Pro Bowl selection and is one of only seven linebackers in league history with more than 200 starts while playing for the Bengals, Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers. In preparation for life after football, Spikes began his broadcasting career with national appearances on television and radio and in December 2016, published his first book, Behind the Mask, a collection of intimate short stories about and photographs of some of the greatest linebackers to ever play in the NFL. His podcast of the same name, Behind the Mask, tells the REAL stories of some of your favorite players on and off the field, including Mike Singletary, Derrick Brooks, and the late Chuck Bednarik. In this episode, he shares his thoughtful money mindset and his amazing journey from the NFL to becoming an influential philanthropist who educates athletes and young men on how they can play the game and grow in wisdom and in wealth. Key discussion points from this episode include: Evolving in Purpose After The NFL - 8:36 Do What Comes Naturally To You - 13:24 Having An Intentional Money Mindset - 14:33 Split The Bill To Build Wealth Together- 18:36 Setting Parameters To Avoid Financial Guilt - 23:09 Have A Heart To Serve - 33:26 Behind The Mask - 40:15 This episode is brought to you by my new book, Redefine Wealth For Yourself: How To Stop Chasing Money and Finally Live Your Life’s Purpose. Through stories, principles, and practical exercises based on the Six Pillars of Wealth, this book serves as a guide to take you step by step through the process of creating a life of peace, purpose, and prosperity. If you’re tired of chasing money and ready to pursue your purpose, this holistic guide to wealth is for you. Purchase your copy today at RedefineWealthForYourself.com   I'm Not Going Back Takeaways “What you put in is exactly what you’re going to get out.” - Takeo Spikes “I felt purpose in helping people.” - Takeo Spikes “When you serve people, you’ll be surprised what you get back in return.” - Takeo Spikes “Why wait on someone to do something for you when you can do it yourself.” - Takeo Spikes “Whatever you do, you can’t go back and you can’t go broke.” - Takeo Spikes “As much as I loved where I came from, I’m not going back because I have to go back.” “You have to be intentional and strategic about everything that you do.” - Takeo Spikes “The true definition of “Balling” or having a sustainable lifestyle is not what you can do while you’re getting paid at the moment, but how long you can do it after you leave the game.” - Takeo Spikes “The thought of me having a ferrari excites me more than having a ferrari.” - Takeo Spikes “You don’t owe anybody anything.” - Takeo Spikes “Everybody wants to eat and that's okay, but how can you make them sustainable so that they will be able to eat on their own without eating off of you.” - Takeo Spikes  Without financial parameters, it never will be sustainable.” - Takeo Spikes “You can’t be afraid of letting go in order for it to come back.” - Takeo Spikes “Sometimes, to help people you have to stop helping them, because there’s a difference between a hand-up and a hand-out.” - Patrice Washington “Broke + Broke = Broke” - Takeo Spikes “We can never become the person we’re destined to be if we don’t understand the principle of serving.” - Takeo Spikes “In life you work for two types of checks: emotional and physical.” - Takeo Spikes “When you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, that’s when true change is going to come.” - Takeo Spikes “It’s not about what happens to me, but how I respond.” - Takeo Spikes “You cannot weaponize what I’m willing to tell.” - Patrice Washington “It’s not if adversity hits, it’s when it’s going to hit.” - Takeo Spikes “I’m relentless. There is nothing you can do that is going to stop me.” - Takeo Spikes “If we don’t tell our stories in any form or medium, somebody will tell it for us and they won’t always get it right.” - Patrice Washington   Redefining Wealth Rapid Wisdom Questions And with that, let’s dig into Takeo’s responses to our Redefining Wealth Rapid Wisdom Questions. Define Success: “I define success not by what happens to you, but by how you respond.” Define Wealth in 3 Words or Less: “Hustle. Desire. Relentless” One Book that Has Redefined How You See Wealth: Good Company by Arthur M. Blank Fill-in the Blanks … “My name is ___ and the truth about wealth is ___”: “My name is Takeo Spikes and the truth about wealth is receiving clarity: hearing what you need to hear versus receiving what we want to hear. Blank, co-founder of Home Depot The state of the culture within your organization is as important as ever. And much of the responsibility for it resides with you as a manager or leader. According to a Gallup survey, 70% of the variance in team management can be traced back to their managers behavior. So yes, it matters! In this podcast, I share five things that you need to pay attention to as it relates to cultivating culture in your organization. Focus on these and be intentional, when you do, it will begin to turn the tide and improve your culture. In the end, it's the responsibility of everyone in your organization- but ultimately, it begins with you as the leader. Hey everybody, I'm Brian Clapp VP of Content and Engaged learning at WorkInSports.com and this is the Work in Sports podcast.  A few years back I was watching a pretty lame movie with Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana called The Words. It was predictable, kind of boring, not as interesting as they thought it would be on paper… but there was one moment in it that stuck out to me.  You see, I'm that kind of guy that tries to find one piece of value in every moment. One thing you can learn, one thing that changes your perception. Despite this movie receiving, and truly earning, a 24% on Rotten Tomatoes, I still had to find some value in the experience. In this movie, Bradley Cooper is a writer, I won't get into the details, but in one scene he says “this is my reading day”, meaning, to be a good writer, he needs to read what else is out there. Often. I've kind of adopted his philosophy at that time. I don't spend an entire day reading, but I do dedicate an hour of every workday to reading what is out there -- long-form pieces relating to the sports industry, data studies, content techniques -- I like being a continuous learner and being open to knowledge.  You never know where you'll find incredible little nuggets of information.  For example, I was reading this morning about how Yale is going to offer their most popular online course, titled “Psychology and the Good Life” which presents a scientific explanation of happiness, to 500 low-income high school students for free.   A feel-good story, right? Nice way to start the morning. Well, the more you read the more interesting the gets. Near the bottom it says something very relevant to my ears: The course -- which was developed in partnership with the University of Connecticut and the National Education Equity Lab with support from the Arthur M. Blank Foundation -- will "present students with scientifically validated strategies for living a more satisfying life and examine what psychological science shows about how to be happier, how to feel less stressed, and how to flourish more," according to the university. The unexpected nugget -- Arthur Blank Foundation. Arthur Blank, owner of the Atlanta Falcons, making a difference in the lives of people. Maybe that changes my perception of billionaire owners, maybe it changes yours, it's definitely a little nugget of information wrapped up in a story where I wasn't expecting it. Good for you Artie! Another unexpected nugget in the past few weeks was an extremely informative survey and data report put out by our friends at Prodigy Search, leaders in sports recruiting -- and published in the Sports Business Journal.  The team at Prodigy Search conducted a 23 question survey – comprised of chief people officers, human resources and talent acquisition executives, COOs or chief administrative officers at nearly 200 major league teams, league offices, agencies, venue and event operators to discover their feelings about how their respective organizations had handled staffing during the past year and what some of their plans are for the future. It was fascinating and I'll link to it in the show notes of this episode. But it also inspired me to book today's guest, Mark Gress Jr., Partner at Prodigy Search to discuss sports hiring trends in 2021 and their survey results -- here is my friend, Mark Gress Jr. A Few Select Clips from the Work In Sports podcast with Mark Gress Jr., Partner, Prodigy Search: Mark shared a lot of perspective on the recent survey conducted by hand his team at Prodigy, in this clip we discuss one surprising and upsetting response: https://youtu.be/RumjDlTPBI0 Mark Gress Jr. Partner at Prodigy Search shares insight into sports leagues and organizations that are thriving right now despite the pandemic: https://youtu.be/IfbSUa9ILYY Mark Gress Jr. Partner at Prodigy Search shares his thoughts on what it will take for entry-level sports job seekers to get hired...

In this podcast episode, you’ll hear stories about a rule-following good girl making a stand against injustice, a woman who uses kindness to diffuse a potentially dangerous situation in Brooklyn, New York, successful communication during a near-death experience on a mountain road and a neighborhood coming together to protect songbirds in a time of crisis. Today we feature four storytellers who worked hard during a Tell Us Something intensive storytelling week-long workshop. They shared their true personal stories from their living rooms, their kitchens, their bedrooms — from their homes —  during our first-ever live-streamed event. The theme for the night was “No Excuses: Stories of Hope and Resilience”. We didn’t have full control over the sound quality for all of the storytellers, and some of them are somewhat compromised because of Internet connectivity issues. All of the stories are worth hearing and they are all incredible. Thanks for your patience with the limitations of live storytelling during shelter-in-place. Our first story comes to us from Bonnie Bishop, who encounters a personality at work that has some interesting ideas about what constitutes professional attire. Bonnie calls her story “GREATER THAN MY PANTS”. Bonnie Bishop is originally from Northern Virginia and moved to Missoula 3 years ago (site unseen) after working a few summers in Yellowstone National Park, where her love for wild things took hold. Since then Bonnie has gotten her master’s degree in Public & Community Health from UM, which has fueled her passion for health equity and social justice. Bonnie values authenticity, laughter, empowerment, courage, and swears by blasting Evanescence in the bathtub as the remedy for a bad day. Described by her family and friends as an Earthy Firecracker, she joins us today to celebrate Taurus season through story.” Anna Stene finds herself in Brooklyn New York and is walking home one morning when she decides to explore an unfamiliar neighborhood on the way home. She encounters a man who engages her with a surprising question. Anna calls her story “Can’t You See I’m Wearing Headphones?” (or) “If You Must Know”. Anna Louise Stene is an alumnus of the University of Montana’s Creative Writing program. She is a roustabout who collects stories and, by her own admission needs to get a job. A life long equestrian, she can fly fish off the back of her horse, but can’t manage to catch a damn thing. She currently straddles America with one foot in Montana and one in Brooklyn, casting for a home. Katie Matthews and her friend Katie share a fantastic day out in nature, running up a mountain and swimming in a mountain lake in the wilds of Montana. Their trip down the gravel road turns nearly disastrous as Katie’s car almost tumbles off the side of the mountain. Ride along with the tow truck driver in a story Katie calls “Tow Truck Troubles”. Katie Matthews has lived in the Missoula community for the past 14 years. She is currently a 6th-grade teacher. Katie loves sharing her passion for science and the outdoors with her students! When she is not teaching, she is guiding visitors down the Alberton Gorge west of Missoula in the summers. In our final story, Becca Frucht rallies the neighborhood to save an important long-standing housing development recently inhabited by some very industrious tenants. She calls her story “Let it Stand”. Becca Frucht is a self-ascribed “Tumbleweed Queen”, whose eclectic personal and professional journey has taken her from the red carpet to the Rocky Mountains. After a decade of big city adventures, she blew up her urbanite existence, to live and work on an 87 thousand -acre ranch, and has been exploring the intersection of open range and open minds, ever since. She is a Program Officer with AMB West Philanthropies, — The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation’s Montana-based endeavor, where she helps support and evaluate West Creek Ranch, an inspired retreat and think tank space. Becca also moonlights as an amateur cowgirl, karaoke professional, conservation cheerleader, and unicorn believer. Born and raised in Oyster Bay, NY Juliet Peters has found great success in an unexpected place. Her career as a chef took her from New York City to London and back before she found her dream job in Atlanta. A job that allows her to teach, inspire, and give back to a community, all through cooking. Chef Juliet Peters: "The Westside of Atlanta is considered the most impoverished, dangerous area in the city, plagued with homelessness, joblessness, addiction, and overall lack of opportunity. Through the partnership with The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, The Atlanta Falcons, and support of Levy, I was given the incredible task of creating what is now the Levy Culinary Academy. Through the Academy, we provide practical culinary training to residents of the neighborhood that gives each student the foundation to be a culinary professional: knife skills, the importance of mise en place, equipment and food identification, and so much more. Initially, the program was housed at a homeless shelter on the Westside, which allowed me to immerse myself in the culture and community of our students. Due to the success of the program, we were able to relocate to The Georgia Dome, which allows more students to attend the 8-week course, more space and equipment, as well as the support of the Levy Culinary Team. The success of the program can be attributed to the very intense, practical approach taken in preparing each student for success in the culinary industry. I am especially proud to see some of the individuals we work with join the Levy family, and with the new Falcons Stadium on the horizon, there will be more opportunities than ever. I am grateful to Levy for allowing me the opportunity and support to run this program, which has proven to change the lives of our graduates and their families. I can't take credit for the students' success, as this job training program would not be possible without Levy. My long-term goal is to share this educational model with additional Levy properties to relay the wonderful outcomes that are made possible with the support of a company that cares."
