Adrian Jugdoyal, Senior Lecturer, University of Middlesex, speaks with Kate Jack, Advanced Virology Nurse Specialist, Nottingham University Trust, about the hepatitis C virus (HCV). They discuss the history of HCV, including its links to health inequalities and advances in how it is treated. The conversation also cover progress toward elimination of HCV as a major threat, with a focus on Kate's work on the uptake of HCV testing among people in prison.

Stacey Munnelly and Alex Gaskell, Advanced Nurse Practitioners at Manchester University, discuss the pathology, presentation and management of pancreatitis. Jenny Holdsworth of Guts UK explains how the charity supports people with digestive disorders and interviews patients Ray Snow and Rob MacKenzie about their experiences of living with pancreatitis.
