Teenagers palpably, instinctively tune into what is being ignored, brushed off, swept under the rug. So, as a teenager, I was fascinated with the macabre. The media and general culture I grew up with was quite sanitized from death and gore unless it was for entertainment purposes. Part of me thought it was strange… was there something wrong with me? Spanda is the pulse that brings life to consciousness & energy. The Sacred Tremor that runs through every aspect of our existence. This vibration is so intrinsic to our existence, we don't notice its consistent presence unless we really get quiet, listen and are somehow ready to FEEL it.
Ahiṃsā is generally translated as non-violence, non-harm, or kindness. In this episode, I explore the nuances, the distinctions and even exceptions to Ahiṃsā. With pulling apart what we've conflated, we may have space to sink into a deeper understanding of how to live by these ideals, however imperfectly we may.

Anna Rova is creator of the CLAIMED program - where she helps women who have struggled in relationships attract their committed masculine man. She uses principles of feminine embodiment and polarity which are largely excluded from other forms of relationship support/therapy. We do not feel angry because we lack love. We do not feel hatred because we don't care. We do not feel despair, hopelessness, overwhelm, bitterness because we are broken. We feel ALL feelings because we LOVE.
Sovereignty is a word with a certain gravitas, even if we don't know exactly what it means - we can FEEL the intrinsic power of it. In this episode, I dive in a little deeper into how we might embody the essence of this word.
In this 7th and final in the series, we bring it all together. After exploring our body awareness in a variety of ways, we now explore the layers of our bodies, starting from the tangible-physical, then mental, then more subtle yet felt emotional, then finally the very subtle energy body, the central channel. This first one is a more classic Nidra. This can be listened to in the morning, afternoon or evening. 20 minutes of Nidra has shown to be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep - better than a power nap! *Please find a space where you won't be disturbed. *Lay on your back with support as feels good - under your knees, head, back.
