Every single time I have these conversations, I learn more and go deeper and my conversation with Jenna Ward did not disappoint. Jenna is a feminine embodiment for women and coaches who value sensitivity and sensation, and this exchange is practical and profoundly inspiration. Listen as we discuss: Catching up with ourselves, our emotional energy and all of the data and unexpressed life force that can become frozen. Happy Instagram snaps and the obsession we can fall into for the bright, shiny, peak beautiful experiences – understanding that there is beauty of all shades in all seasons. How we try to put an ocean in a bucket and the representation of how we try to compress our emotions and were we can find safety instead. Learning about failing better at life and being okay with failing harder, better, and losing all the fluff. This conversation absolutely lit me up and I hope it does exactly the same for you. It constantly surprises me how much more there is for us to understand around this. To find out more about Jenna I encourage you to visit her website https://jennaward.co/ (https://jennaward.co/). Are you living according to your truth? Many of us live in our heads, making decisions according to our cultural conditioning and what we feel we “should” do. But when you learn to tap into your body, you can live, work, and exist in alignment with your inner truth. In today's episode, I'm chatting with Feminine Embodiment Coach Jenna Ward about her experience with feminine embodiment and magnetism. As a coach, Jenna helps women get in touch with their feminine energy and practice embodiment in their daily lives. She teaches her students how to open themselves up to new possibilities and live in alignment with their truths. Two main things that she really focuses on are magnetism and discernment. Through gentle guidance, acceptance, and body awareness she teaches her students how to stay in tune with her body and emotions. Join me in today's episode as I chat with Jenna about what it means to be embodied and why we both think society as a whole would benefit from it. Jenna is also sharing her advice for practicing magnetism in your life and work, and she's opening up about inspiring embodiment in her toddler. Listen to episode 377 now! In episode 377 of the Embodied Podcast we discuss: [2:50] Exploring feminine divinity and defining “God” for yourself [7:20] How our experience of the divine changes based on where we are physically and emotionally [13:23] Accepting that there are things outside of our control and surrendering to the universe [17:13] Understanding how our communities affect us and the narratives we live by [21:33] Why we seek comfort from outside sources when we're faced with discomfort and the unknown [26:31] The role magnetism plays in your spiritual practice and every aspect of your life [32:55] How to tap into your magnetism to attract what you truly want and open yourself up to possibilities [41:22] Why we need embodiment both in our personal lives and in society as a whole [44:17] Understanding discernment and how embodiment can lead you to your truth [56:20] How to encourage embodiment in others, especially in children and young people For full show notes and resources, head tohttps://untameyourself.com/podcasts/377 About the EMBODIED Podcast with Elizabeth DiAlto  Since 2013 I've been developing a body of work that helps women embody self love, healing and wholeness. We do this by focusing on the four levels of consciousness - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. In practical terms this looks like exploring tools and practices to help you  tune into the deep wisdom of the body and the knowing of the heart, which I believe are gateways to our souls. Then we cultivate a new relationship with our minds that allows the mind to serve this wisdom and knowing and soul connection, rather than override it, which is what many of us were taught. If you've been doing self help or spiritual development work for a while, these are the types of foundational things that often people overlook in pursuit of fancier concepts that often aren't practical or sustainable. Here, we will focus on building these strong foundations so you can honestly and thoroughly embody self love. If you're feeling it, subscribe to the show, and leave us a review wherever you listen from. You can also keep up with show updates and community discussion on Instagram here.

In this episode of the Feminine Business School, I had the honour of interviewing one of my amazing mentors, Jenna Ward. I am a major ‘Fan Girl’ of Jenna (I make this very clear in our chat!), and I could have asked her questions all day long! During our deep and rich conversation, we explored how the skill of embodiment allows us to take risks (that pay off), the links between being disembodied and capitalism, the importance of radiance, sincerity and freedom in business and the importance of changing the narratives around women’s roles, their potential and possibilities both personally and professionally. Here’s some more detail of exactly what we covered in this episode:Jenna’s beautiful definition of Magnetism (and her exquisite moon example), why magnetism is such a powerful tool in business and her own personal magnetism experiences (hear her wild conversion rate for specific things she’s been calling in over the years!),Jenna shared the main drivers behind creating the very successful School of Embodied Arts (where she’s coached and worked with women from over 22 countries across 5 continents) and the shifts she had to embody to make this happen,We discuss Jenna’s current explorations around anti-capitalistic ways of working that transcend profit over people & how we might create ways of working that are more sustainable (this is brilliant!),We also dive into the invisible assumption that a woman’s energy is a natural resource that is bountiful, plentiful and for the service of her family and why this is NOT the case for either of us (Jenna shares what she gladly outsources personally and professionally and why she’s The Golden Goose). SO LET’S DIVE INLISTEN ON APPLE PODCASTS | LISTEN ON SPOTIFYLINKS & RESOURCESSign up for Jenna's 'The Future is Embodied' online conference here. Brief Overview Feeling uninspired and unmotivated by her career, she turned to food, seeking pleasure. This resulted in serious stomach issues, as the flora and fauna in her gut responded to the excess sugar. As a pharmacist, Jenna was shocked to discover that her physical symptoms couldn’t be treated with traditional medicine. Jenna sought out a kinesiologist, who introduced her to the world of alternative healing. Jenna talks about her process and her method of being truthful with herself, and listening to her feelings. Q & A Why is self love so important? Self love gets so bastardized in today’s culture. We think that we have to be positive in order to love ourselves. And that is just BS. . . If we can’t practice love in here, we can’t love out in the world. What was the number one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love? Two of my biggest blocks were that I had acne for many years, and I allowed myself to be in a relationship where my love was conditional on my external beauty. Who is one person who has changed your life for the better? I would have to say the very first mentor, the very first kinesiologist I saw, took me under her wing out of the love and kindness of her heart. What is the best advice you have ever received? “You are a powerful woman. Don’t ever forget it.” What is a self care habit that you practice regularly? My daily embodiment practice. Do you have a favorite quote? “How we spend our time is a reflection of the truth that we are actually living.” Guest Bio Jenna Ward is an Embodiment + Energy Medicine Mentor & Founder of The Embodied Woman. Speaking of Partnership: Personal Stories of the Power and Payoffs of Partnership

Jenna Ward is an Embodiment + Energy Medicine Mentor, guiding women to get out of their head and into their hearts. Jenna teaches women how to awaken their magnetic and sensual souls, embodying their deep potential to create authentic businesses and rich relationships that turn them on through her signature program, The Embodied Woman. This is a 12 week online journey into more passion, purpose and freedom by connecting and embodying your authentic self into every cell of your being. Guiding Principle, Quote or Mantra Your partnership is a barometer of how you are being within yourself. When there is discord or struggle or strife within a partnership, often that is reflecting something that is uncomfortable, unresolved, unhealed or unsettled that is going on within yourself. So when stuff is coming up in a partnership, that is a big indicator that is saying “Attention is needed within.” When You Tripped Up Jenna was looking for her partnership to be her salvation. The thing that kept her afloat when everything else was not really going as she desired. This brought about a big feeling of confusion and disconnect. Her partner was not stepping up to be all the things she wanted him to be. She realized she was projecting all of her desires onto her partner to be the thing that saved her and carried her forward. Jenna realized that the control she was exerting in the partnership was a surrogate for the big lack of control she was feeling in the rest of her life. Her epiphany was that no good partnership is based on control or obligation. The only type of meaningful partnership is based on mutual respect which is founded in love. Proudest moment in partnership  Jenna is very proud of a partnership she has formed with a woman who is her biggest competition in business. She learned to never hesitate to reach out someone you admire.even if you think there is no logical reason they would partner with you. And there is really no place for competition in the business place anymore. There is abundance for everyone. What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received? Everybody benefits from spending time being with their body. Touching their body and enjoying their body. This allows you to value you. Over the past five years, Jenna Ward has made a dramatic transformation from uninspired hospital pharmacist to freedom-loving kinesiologist and embodiment coach. And she’s done it all using one simple strategy: following her curiosity. In this chat, Jenna delves deep into how she made the change, revealing how she dealt with doubt and judgement from close friends and family, while letting old relationships die in a healthy way. Plus, she offers wisdom on financial fear, career confusion, emotional turmoil and building self-trust. Jenna also shares: + The one daunting question that changed her life, and how she broke it down into small, achievable stepping stones. + How you can open to more joy, more passion and more pleasure, accessing near limitless energy reserves. + Why opening to our true passions often also opens the door to pain and sadness – and how to cope. + How she discovered an old family story was keeping her own savings locked in an “energetic safe” – and how she freed up her cash. + Why the story of “I’ve got so much work to do on myself” keeps us from feeling good right now. + Why she believes our purpose in life is to make ourselves feel happy and full – and why there’s nothing selfish about living via that philosophy.
