Welcome back! It is just Ryan today, Ethan and Joseph were both out of town and weren't able to record this week. However, we will all be back on zoom next week making our predictions for March Madness in a very long episode... length is tbd. This week Ryan gives out 12 tips before next week prior to everyone making picks. There is also a quick dive into IU basketball after beating Ohio State and looking at where they are at in the B1G tournament and how likely it is for them to make the tournament. There is also a quick dive into the Big East and SEC tournaments since there is a lot of unpredictability there. Plus since it is just Ryan we can just keep it a little shorter with next weeks going to be a lot longer.Thank you for watching! See you all next week and good luck to everyone making their picks!!

We now enter the most highly anticipated month of the year, March, when the college basketball regular season starts to wrap up, and the conference tournaments and March Madness tournament are starting to shape up. The stakes are high as every team is vying for a spot in the Big Dance!!Indiana is hot right now, playing their best basketball as they now have their first 3+ game win streak since the last time they played Penn State, and is oh so very close to sneaking into the March Madness tournament hanging out in the bubble. We also talk a little bit about the NFL draft and what teams should do, as well as advocating for the Titans to get the entirety of the 32 first round picks, because cmon now, they really need the help...Thank you for tuning in, don't forget to subscribe! This week we're here to talk about standards. From relationships to friendships and everything else in between, healthy boundaries and expectations is what's most important.
Welcome back! Ethan has made a return this week!! The Super Bowl did not go the way we expected by any means and Joseph was right about IU getting at least one crazy upset win over one of the ranked teams in our remaining basketball schedule. We also dive a little bit into the draft, make some early predictions as to where players are going to go/should go, and talk about which teams could be sneaky good next NFL season! Men's college basketball season is starting to come closer and closer to the end, the NFL draft creeps ever closer, it is that time of year where we start to see a lot of conclusions reached as to who is the best and who will be the future of their team. Thank you for watching! See you next week!

In this week's episode, we break down friendship breakups. We both share our personal stories and experiences that leave us with the question of: Are friendships breakups worse than relationships ones???
Hello and welcome back! Ethan is not here today, he had exams and could not record this week, but will be here next time. It was a long week this week, a little bit of a late upload, but well worth it! We dive into the shocking Mavs/Lakers trade, IU basketball and the possible retirement of Mike Woodson (as I am uploading it has been confirmed that this is the case), Chip Kelly news, and teams that have hype going into the next college football season. We also quickly give our Super Bowl predictions at the end of the episode! Next time we will hopefully have some better news about Hoosier basketball, will either be happy or unsurprised about the results of the Super Bowl and more! Thank you for watching!!
***Technical difficulties in studio, so there is no video today (which would have been pretty entertaining if there was, but you'll hear why at the beginning of the episode***Welcome back! What a Championship Sunday it was, an uproar in Assembly, AFC chip down to the wire, and NFC championship dominance. We are going to start going deeper and deeper in coverage of Hoosier basketball as the rest of the semester goes on, make last chance Super Bowl predictions next week, and possibly reacting to a new coaching hire if Woodson is to be fired (it is unknown as to when that will be or if it is to happen, but we should try to be ready for it if it comes).A lot of craziness to look forward to in future episodes!! Hello and welcome back! The college football season has officially come to an end with Ohio State claiming a national championship after defeating Notre Dame in the championship game in the College Football Playoff, being the first team to win a 12-team playoff. However, even though the season is over, today we still talk everything football (college football and NFL)! With the AFC and NFC championships coming up, we talk about each team, which Super Bowl(s) we would want to see and not see the most, and more! Next week we are going to make Super Bowl predictions on who will win based on the two teams that make it past the AFC and NFC championship games, if there is any movement in the transfer portal with IU football since this episode, and possibly some college basketball depending on how much time we have left. After next episode, it will more than likely be more college basketball centric with the occasional IU football transfer portal and spring ball updates! Thank you for tuning in! Like, subscribe, turn on post notifications so you don't miss the next episode, and we will see you next week!!
Welcome back! Today we talk about the transfer portal, coaching changes, playoff teams expectations, and more! We may also need to be prepared next week for a speech from Ethan if Penn State loses to SMU in the first round. So next week, be ready for another fire episode with Ethan's Penn State Hate Speech! We also go on and talk a little bit about the NFL, and it's hard not to since Bill Belichick is going from the NFL level, to retired, to coaching at UNC. Today is an episode you won't want to miss! See you all next week, we are going to be doing a zoom episode since it will be Christmas Break!!
Hello and welcome back! What a weekend of conference championships! As a result of the outcomes of those games, the committee was forced to leave Alabama out of the playoffs in place of SMU after how they performed in the ACC championship despite losing and Clemson having an automatic bid after winning the ACC. We break this down a little bit and why it was the right decision by the committee at the end of the day! Today we give our bracket predictions based on what the official bracket was, going into what we think is going to happen in these first matchups, as well as hypothetical matchups further into the tournament based on what we had on our brackets. Each of our brackets were very different from each other minus one thing though, and it is something that is hard to dispute for anyone.
Welcome back! It has been a little bit since we have been back due to Thanksgiving break, but what a slate of games that we had the past two weekends! The playoffs are pretty much set at this point with only conference championships left to play. But as seems to be the theme of the season, there is still a lot of room for change in the bracket! Today we go through possible chaos scenarios and what would likely happen if certain teams won their conference championships because there is a lot that could happen that could completely change the outlook of the bracket. A team like Bama might not be as safe as we think! We shall see what happens this weekend and the committee will make their decision on Sunday from noon-4, instead of the normal Tuesday, so that teams can have those extra couple of days to prepare for their next opponent, or to prepare to host a playoff game if they are in the 5-8 slots on the bracket. We also dive a little bit into what we thought the bracket should have been and whether or not Bama deserved to be in this year's playoffs! A few teams were fighting for that last spot: Bama, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Miami. What a season it has been so far this year! Next week we are going to fill out a bracket of the CFP and share those with you guys with an earlier release time so you guys can have more time to fill out brackets and make predictions of your own. Thank you for watching, and see you next week!
Our second interview of the season was with Nico Colaleo, an animatic editor who works on indie darling Ollie and Scoops. We talked about his beginnings, how his job was put back into his show, and how he got so many big names for his show. Host: Declan Mangan Producer: Angela Carraher
Welcome back! It is the BIG weekend for the Hoosiers because it is their BIG test! The Hoosiers travel to Columbus, Ohio to take on Ohio State. There is only two of us today, as Ethan was out sick, so it is only Ryan and Joseph today. We also break down the irony of “strength of schedule” and how the committee only seems to apply this to certain teams, as well as head-to-head matchups. It is important to bring up because broadcasters as well as people online that have SEC bias use that as justification to move the SEC teams up more than where they are already at. They are not technically wrong, strength of schedule is important, but these schedules are made prior to teams finding out which players they lose/gain to the draft, portal, or otherwise, maybe some new coaching changes, and other factors that can contribute to a teams success. Look at IU's schedule for instance, we already knew that Ohio State was going to be a tough opponent, but at the time the schedule came out, we were going to be facing off against the national champions and national runners up in addition t the Buckeyes. Not to mention the fact that in previous years, Michigan had a schedule in equal strength as us, or close to us, and so did Georgia when they won their most recent natty. This leads back to one of the big questions we talk about today, is strength of schedule really something that should be taken more into account for the rankings, or is it something that people use to prop up their teams when they lose? All this and more in today's episode! Have a good thanksgiving break, we will see you in December with the Hoosiers hopefully victorious!!
With the year coming to a close, we reflect on a few animated films (minus piece by piece) and my opinions on them. Host: Declan Mangan Producers: Angela Carraher and Lydia Norton
Welcome back! This week the Carson Beck hate train continues to ride into this weekend! We also have another co-host joining us, going from two to three. There is also some more Penn State hate thrown around in this episode as well, but they make it too easy to throw it around to be fair. We also talk about Indiana football, even though it is a bye week, we talk about everyone's favorite broadcast, Big Noon Kickoff and how the Hoosiers game against Ohio State being in that time slot is a huge benefactor for the Hoosiers! We also have started a new part of the show, where each of us calls an upset that could happen each weekend! This was inspired by Ethan's call of Kansas upsetting Iowa State, where Kansas just absolutely dismantled the Iowa State defense. Thank you guys for tuning in! To stay up to date, subscribe and turn on post notifications! We try to post every Wednesday/Thursday so keep an eye out!

Welcome to Season 3 Episode 2 of I Digress! This week we dive into Ariana Grande's SNL hosting performance, craziness in American politics, the hurricanes, and more!
Saturday was wild! A lot of close matchups, some upsets, and some strange movement in the rankings. We break down each of the conferences (Power 4 + Notre Dame) as to who the big dogs are right now, who could potentially be a dark horse, and who the bottom tier teams are... well at least in the case of the Big 10, we all know the answer as to who that is though. We also talk briefly about Dan Lanning and Oregon's maneuver to have 12 men on the field in the second to last play of the game to only give Ohio State 5 yards no matter the outcome of the play and took time off the clock. And of course, we also talked about Army and Navy being undefeated and ranked in the AP Poll! See you guys next week!

***No Visuals today, technical difficulties*** Last week I said that I would be bringing on a cohost this semester/year. Well, I, or should I say we, have delivered, and am happy to introduce Ethan Bonheur as my new cohost! Today we talk about Travis Hunter, the AP top 25, who we think (as of now) can make the 12-team playoff, celebrating IU being undefeated at this point of the season for the first time in 57 years, conference chaos and which power four conferences have the most chaos and who we think will win those conferences, and more! This weekend truly starts in-conference play, some teams started already, but now going into week 6 we are going to see some fun matchups. The one we talked about the most was Penn State vs USC, since both are ranked teams and are both fighting for a playoff spot and to prove themselves within the Big 10 conference. I hope you guys enjoy(ed) this week's episode, if you want something specific for us to talk about within the college football sphere leave a comment and we will try to talk about it next time! Thank you for tuning in!
