Hey Everyone, meet Coby! Coby, meet Everyone! In this episode, Coby and I have our first official chit chat session about one of our mutual loves: plants. We talk about how we were guided to meet one another, which as it happens is yet another great example of how intuition moves us to be part of opportunities to be present for the highest good for the greatest number. *We continue into a discussion about how we learned to care for our plants, how we got comfortable listening to them and how to use intuition to help them thrive. Conclusion: no one should be afraid to talk to their plant babies!Mentioned in this episode: Krystal of Plants With Krystal, Moon Lady Plants in Biddeford, Maine, Darryl Cheng of @houseplantjournal, Jordan's Jungle in Pawtucket RI, and Wilson Farm in Lexington, MA*not-a- spoiler and something I forgot to mention! What makes our meeting even more serendipitous is the fact that Coby's Mom made her appointment with me weeks ahead of time.

Today Chyla joined Shanna to share her journey as a Mama, Intuitive Coach, and the CEO and Founder of Female Rebels. Chyla Walsh is a mother, yoga instructor, women's empowerment coach, and founder of Female Rebels, a movement born in 2015 to gather women in sacred practices, activate purpose, and raise global consciousness. Send us a Message! In this episode, we explore how companies are commonly evaluated for their total worth for acquisition, and what elements impact that evaluation.

In this episode I'm reading from a piece I wrote in 2019. It's about shattering some of the myths and misconceptions about intuition so it can become as normal to you and breathing in and out. If you've been listening to this podcast, you're probably starting to get it by now that I really, really, really want you to have a strong connection to your intuition. Basically, that means I will do anything legal to help make that possible. So let's shine some daylight on one of the biggest myths and misconceptions about intuition: that it is rare. And of the things that you are going to have to accept if you want to have a great relationship with your intuition is that you are a product of the culture which seeks to marginalize it. This means if we're lucky enough to experience our intuition at all, by the time we realize what's happening our intuition has had to wade through layers and layers of muck just to get our attention.Join us as we go deep into how to do that dive!Thank you as always to Coby the wizardess cobygray@gmail.com my socials: IGFBtranscript of this piece on my websiteThanks for listening!

The CHGO Bulls crew discuss freshly sourced rumors that the Chicago Bulls will not keep Coby White and Josh Giddey, but only one of them. Matt Moore of Hardwood Paroxysm reported in his Substack that multiple Eastern Conference personnel figures believe the Bulls are “unlikely to retain both Josh Giddey and Coby White.” Assuming the Bulls sign Giddey to a long term contract in a few weeks, what does that mean for White? Will the Bulls shop him this summer, or perhaps keep him until the 2026 in-season trade deadline? What will Arturas Karnisovas seek in return if he does decide to move on from Coby? Peck, Big Dave and Will Gottlieb break down all the possibilities. Plus, the guys debate whether “The Shrug” is the most iconic Bulls moment - or even the most iconic NBA moment - on the Anniversary of Michael Jordan going bananas from downtown in the 1992 NBA Finals.

In this episode of Miked Up, Dr. Mike and Coby dive into the fascinating and complex shifts happening within American Christianity. While the charismatic movement continues to grow at a global pace, another quieter movement is emerging among young evangelical men—a turn toward Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy. Why are these men leaving evangelical churches in search of liturgy, tradition, and rootedness? What draws others to the emotional and experiential depth of charismatic worship? Are both of these movements—though seemingly opposite—actually rooted in the same spiritual hunger?Join us as we explore the theological, cultural, and emotional undercurrents behind these growing trends. It's not just about where people are going—but why.

Keywords: shadow work, Saturn plants, personal transformation. 06:51 - From Physical Death to Ego Death Coby emphasizes safety: physical death is possible, but the goal is ego death—an alchemical detachment from unhelpful self-aspects. How: Use as a flower essence or meditate with its glyph (The Poison Path Herbal). Application: Dismantle outdated societal structures.
