"Laguna Tropical Surf" features Surf Music from the album “Waikiki Makaki” by Ukraine surf musician, Vitaly Yakushi, who escaped to Germany from the Russian terror attacks on his country with his Wife, 4 kids and dog! Vitaly said,”There are 6 or 7 Surf Bands in Ukraine! And what is fun, Martin Schmidt and The Razorblades Surf Band from Wiesbaden, Germany, was one of my main influences some 10 yeas ago. Then he became my online teacher. Last year he helped us to move to Germany and we finally met. Now we are good friends.They helped to gather some money for our first month in Germany cause we had nothing, escaped with what we could take. The Surf Community gathered some 4000 euro totally so we were provided for some months with food, clothes and other stuff until we settled in Germany. We played The Razorbleds, Surf Report with Mark Freeman and Henton Updates with Michelle Haynes.
