    I think the word “busy” is used way too often. Nowadays, being busy is fashionable, it's cool. Being busy is something that many of us wear as a badge of honor. We wear this badge similar to the type of badge that we wear when we've just had to stay up all night to finish something that we'd been procrastinating on. Being busy is not something that you should be proud of. It shouldn't be cool, and it shouldn't be the next conversation point of the day. Being busy is a mark of an inefficient and unproductive person. While many people that are busy are actually productive, 90% of the people that claim to be busy are needlessly busy. So strive to be productive, don't be busy. Busy people don't go places while productive people are successful.

    Honestly, we all have those days where we feel so weighed down by everything that goes on in life. Everything feels exhausting and you have no motivation to do anything whether it's completing the tasks in front of you, or even going out with friends and family. Many people are quick to immediately blame this low state on laziness. Then they try to find quick solutions online that will help them get back to work ASAP and fill the ditch that they feel like they're in right now. However, the best thing you can do while you're in this low state is to slow down, be gentle on yourself and allow yourself to heal! Trying to research ways to get back and running may not be the best thing to do in this situation, and it may help that ditch grow even bigger. Sometimes we just need to surrender and release all expectations that have been forced on ourselves, accepting ourselves for who we are right now!
