Welcome back to another episode of YOU Are Good Enough!
Hello everyone and welcome to Ep. 132 of YOU Are Good Enough!
Frankly, this is the episode we all likely need to hear. We've all heard the expression comparison is the thief of joy. But sometimes, when we get in those hard spots or stuck in a rut, our outlet is to compare our lives and success to another. We do this because we tell ourselves we're not good enough to achieve our dreams, so we look for proof of that. But here's the thing, YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH. In this POWERFUL episode, I'm talking about three ways we need to de-influence our lives and stop comparing to reconnect with our true dreams.
Episode Summary Happy YOU year 2023! This year, we are going to start with a statement of truth: You ARE Good Enough! Ladies, listen, You are good enough! Again for the people in the back, YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH! Today I sat down with January Donovan, founder of The Woman School, where we talked about her passion for helping women regain their worth through tools, support, and services that she has spent the last 20 years perfecting. About the Guest: January Donovan is a self-worth strategist, best-selling author, and founder of The Woman School. She has over 20 years of experience training women. January founded The Woman School to fight the injustice against women's self-worth. The company went from 0 to 30 countries in under 2 years and grew 1000%. She believes it is time for our world to recognize the value of the ‘whole' woman and not just what the culture dictates makes her valuable. She is more than her body or her achievements, she was designed to be whole. Women today doubt if they are good enough. We battle feeling like a failure when in reality, the world has failed to prepare us. We can no longer afford to hand over a generation of women who doubt their worth, it is time women know who they are. We have a duty to equip women with practical skills and guide them to design who they are for the world. We are in the business of integrating the whole woman. January took her passion and began to train more women to build their own businesses rebuilding women's worth. This bold vision took The Woman School from 0 – 30+ countries in under 2 years. There is a hunger for this deep work. As a wife and mother of 8 children, she is fierce about integrating business and motherhood. Our professional dreams cannot be apart from our personal dreams, we have to integrate them if we want to be fulfilled. We just need the right skills and strategies. This is exactly what we train women to adopt in The Woman School. Our vision is to rebuild culture, one woman's worth at a time and we are doing it. https://thewomanschool.com/the-woman-school-masterclass-strategists/ https://www.instagram.com/thewomanschool/ About the Host: Following the crumbs in the chaos is a full-time job as a Productivity Coach. As a busy mom of three and the founder of Chaos N' Cookies, keeping moms from crumbling is my main objective. After gaining 10+ years of experience as a Director of Marketing helping build multiple 6 & 7-figure businesses for other women I've created the Chaos Control System to equip moms to overcome their own objections so they can live the life they want to live and start that business they have always wanted. The Family Playbook, or standard operating procedure, is the tool every mama needs to save time and stress-less when chaos ensues at home. For new biz owners, I also help simplify systems on social media and other business platforms to automate processes to get their business up and running quickly and efficiently with how-tos and hands-on coaching. I have helped hundreds of women to be more productive and self-sufficient in their homes and businesses allowing them to reclaim control of the chaos. www.chaosncookies.com https://www.instagram.com/chaosncookies/ https://www.instagram.com/theheathergreco/ https://www.facebook.com/Chaos-n-Cookies-111324364538688 https://chaosncookies.com/shop https://linktr.ee/hsteinker Thanks for listening! Romans 5:5: and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Romans 5:2-5: Through him, we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. A soothing, restorative 15 minute Loving Kindness Meditation, to help you relax and reset. Created especially for us by Poonam Dhuffer of YSM8, this practice has self-compassion at its heart. As a new mum I suffered terribly from self-criticism, anxiety, negative thoughts and insomnia - this is what I wished I'd had back then. You can listen any time, as many times as you need - whenever you want to take 15 minutes out, just for yourself. To soothe and calm, or even help you to unwind and sleep. For those times at 3am when you feel like you're the only one awake. Or those times when baby is asleep but you are too wired or fretful to sleep yourself. There is no right or wrong way to do this meditation. It doesn't matter if you fall asleep - in fact, great! - and it doesn't matter if thoughts start flooding into your mind. This is normal - just let them come and go, passing like clouds.YOU DESERVE THIS. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH. YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. "When it's time to grow, you have to be uncomfortable. Nothing worth having is easy in this life…" -Fred Lennartz “It never was a question of whether He was going to take care of us, it was when are we going to get to the place where we feel confident enough with our foundation to take the leap out.” -Lou Ramirez We've all been guilty of putting off something we should be doing, whether it be simple things like getting up in the morning or bigger things like pursuing our dreams. It is easy to get trapped in waiting for the “right time” to do something when by now, the time in question is way overdue. Sometimes, we get stuck in the “excuse zone” but we are only allowed to stay in it momentarily. Now is the time to get out! But how? This week, Daniel sits with the hosts of the Car Guy Coffee Podcast, Lou Ramirez and Fred Lennartz to discuss how to embrace the uncomfortable and uproot the limitations imposed on us. Fred and Lou also share the 5 core values of a “solutionary” and the 3 F's that can help you build courage, get to the next level, and keep growing. But, what if you still struggle with the question of deservingness? Remember too, that this is a trap. Tune in and hear convincing evidence of your worth and why you should not delay in showing up. Hey Babe! In this episode I dropped some Crone wisdom and truth bombs about your relationships, dreams and goals and what they mean for your life trajectory. This is a really hot topic in my sphere right now because I've attracted the people into my life that are seeking clarity on the things I have mastered. I spoke about energetic backing yourself, trusting and validating yourself. Especially when the people around you don't get it or energetically back you. I know exactly where you are because I have been there Babe. I did it, and you can too. Just because you want something, YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH. You are enough. You get to choose. Choose again. Perfectionism doesn't help us show up at our best, doing our best does. Perfectionism is what holds us back, keeps our fear in control, and creates little stress demons in our life because we are comparing ourselves to this imaginary bar that is our unrealistic expectations. If you want to stop being paralyzed and call out our toxic perfectionism (which hey you may not even is toxic) then this episode is for you! Tough love at its best because YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH!
You see it everywhere! "You ARE Good Enough!" While I appreciate the intentions of positivity, however I make a simple demand of those looking to instill motivation. Be Better. We are not good enough. Period. Full Stop. This is why we get up everyday and go to work. this is why we work out, why we run, why we learn, why we grow. If you have grown stagnant and stopped growing, this is not a sign of being good enough, it is a sign that you have given up on yourself. We are forever incomplete stories, stories being written until the day we die. Are we good enough to try? Yes Are we good enough to learn? Yes Are we good enough as we are today? No So join us in our movement to be better! #motivation #fitness #inspiration #love #life #instagood #quotes #lifestyle #success #motivationalquotes #workout #instagram #gym #goals #happy #believe #follow #mindset #positivevibes #fitnessmotivation #fit #training #happiness #bhfyp #selflove #like #health #entrepreneur #bodybuilding #bhfyp https://www.mattlostagliainc.com --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/matt-lostaglia/support

I've been working hard to walk in my purpose and praying for God to send me a confirmation that I was going in the right direction. This week, I'm sharing a few things that I've manifested (through doing the work and taking action) to confirm that. Today's motivational minute is all about reminding you that it's okay to not know exactly how to be the person you're supposed to be or the direction you're supposed to go in. But you're never going to find out if you don't take the first step. The time is now to take action toward your purpose. Check out neshavfrazier.com or IG @neshavfrazier
We are experiencing a lot of chaos in our world right now. This is due to pain, sadness & suffering. In this episode of YOU Are Good Enough! I simply want to have a conversation. The recent events that have occurred, beginning with the horrific death of George Floyd-and following-we have seen the ultimate call to action for healing, and reverence for all life. Having reverence for all life is something I feel is not spoken about as often as it should be. What is reverence? What does it mean to be reverent? These are the questions I want us to start asking ourselves. In this episode, I want to make a call to action to BE your best self, love yourself more and more everyday, and be present with the decisions you make, the actions you take, and the words you say. We are learning the pain of what we've caused so that we can realize we want to do things differently. By being our best selves, by leading with love, compassion, empathy-we heal, and allow that space for others. We care, and allow others to hold care in their hearts. We are all connected, we're human beings. We are connected with all life. YOU are good enough. WE are ALL good enough. #GeorgeFloyd#WeStandTogether#Blacklivesmatter#Reverenceforalllife#Truth#Healing#SelfLove#Peace#Conversation#TheTimeIsNow#StrengthInUnity#StrengthInConsciousness#YOUAreGoodEnough!#Empowerment#Gratitude#EmpoweringYOU#11Ways#KimberleyBell
In episode 58 of YOU Are Good Enough! I want us to ask ourselves, "what are we *adding* to our relationships, and what are we *taking* from them? What are our contributions to our relationships, and what do we take away from them? When our typical focus is on what the other person/our partner/or spouse is doing, not doing, should be doing, etc. we give our POWER away to that lower vibe. Every single time we match our vibration to this way of living, we are 'doing' life from the victim consciousness, lack mentality….'glass half empty' state of creation. Everything carries a vibration, so now our words, thoughts, feelings and actions follow that stream. In this Episode, I want to offer you some mindset points and questions to allow you to reflect on what role you are actually playing in your relationship, and how your contributions are affecting the relationship overall: Ask yourself: “What am I doing?” And within this one big question, continue to dive deeper in asking: “What am I saying?” “What are MY actions like?” “Am I being CLEAR in what I’m saying?” Allow yourself and your relationship to rise to a more mature, loving place. Take responsibility for your relationship, instead of waiting on your partner to change something. This will open up communication and empower you both! Most importantly you are staying in your power. That can only add and offer the same opportunity for your partner :) Hope this is helpful, thank you everyone! #YOUAreGoodEnough!#Relationships#Account#Deposits#Takeaways#SelfDevelopment#SelfResponsibility#SelfLove#Trust#Balance#Harmony#Actions#Consciousness#Awareness#Truth#OutsidetoInside#EmpoweringYOU#11Ways#ShiftYour#PersonalParadigm#KimberleyBell

In Episode 52 of YOU Are Good Enough, I want to break down how we can feel more empowered in our world during this time. There's a lot of confusion, fear, uncertainty, hopelessness due to what we've been seeing and experiencing with the Coronavirus. Many people in the world have lost their jobs, their financial stability, a loved one, and more. But I want to come to you all today, with a Silver Lining. The world situation right now is in fact "A New OPPORTUNITY" to grow and become stronger as individuals. The time is now for resolution, and to love ourselves more than we ever have. Through many eyes today, the world may seem like it's on fire. Staying at home, forces us to confront our family conflicts, romantic relationship tensions, and the truth of how we feel about ourselves on the inside. Before, many of us relied upon the distractions from the outside world, that allowed us to keep putting these things off. Our immediate reaction is still to avoid, run away, and escape. Many are relying on their attachments & "go to" distractions. Maybe it's news, tv, food, drinking, or other substances. But I want to offer, that now is a powerful time for opening your awareness to what you are *consuming* on all levels. Let's tap into how it really makes you feel, about you and your overall life experience. In this Podcast, I will talk about: 1. Dark and Light 2. The Universe has provided us with great *Opportunity* 3. This time is NOW to stand up for ourselves 4. What am I doing with my time? 5. Being more in the NOW-Presence 6. How much time am I spending on 'being pulled in'? 7. Awareness and balance 8. Understanding our consumption 9. How do you feel about your overall life experience? 10. Right now, more than ever, it matters what you are DOING I would love to have you join our Facebook group called the Empowering YOU Community! I will be posting weekly practices, meditations, or exercises to help us all in this fearful, confusing and chaotic time. You can join the group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/EmpoweringYOUGroup/?source_id=733442486691186 I will be coming to you with another Podcast next week on healthy ways to spend our time, that also help us grow as individuals! We are human beings built to not only survive during fear and chaos, but to ultimately thrive! WE ALL have this innate ability! Be well & stay healthy. Here's to YOU!
How to protect your energy as an empath or strong one | Learning to give love and light while creating spiritual or emotional boundaries is one of the hardest things I'm learning to do. This message was inspired by a Linkedin conversation I had with Quanisha Greene, a lovely energy to connect with online. I thought I was becoming more of an introvert, but then I learned that I was an empath. Key points: 1. Recognize your triggers2. Create boundaries3. Recalibrate your energy 4. Give yourself permission to disconnect your energy5. Find someone to share your energy with
Welcome to Ep. 50 of YOU Are GOOD Enough! It has been quite a journey for me as a Podcaster; I've loved doing this from the moment I began and thank you so much to all who support me and listen to YOU Are Good Enough! For this big 50 I want to highlight a major parenting pattern thats been brought to my attention from the parents around me. Parenting from our "Pain Points" is when we care for our children through the pain and trauma we experienced in our own childhood. This unfortunately happens constantly and unconsciously. And when we parent from our pain points, we impair our child's growth in life, and keep them from learning how to take care and grow themselves. Join me for this episode as I talk with you and give you a tool to become more aware of some pain points you may be parenting from. By becoming more aware of our pain points, we become more available, present, and able to offer true, authentic love to our children. Don’t let numbers that aren’t big enough make you think you aren’t good enough. Today, I'm sharing this through the lens of my podcast, but the message applies to your business, career or salary, too.So many of us know good and damn well that we are more than just the outcome or number but we still can't overlook it. You may have an ideal outcome or number in mind and cant help but compare yourself against it.Do you remember Lizzo’s story about the difference a decade made for her? Could you imagine a world without Lizzo? But that would have been the case had she allowed the numbers to define her. I watched a Will Smith press interview on the Breakfast Club Morning Show where he admitted to comparing his recent box-office numbers to the Rock. The amazing Will Smith admitted that he had to reframe his measure of success because he was no longer receiving the responses that his ego grew accustomed to. Therefore, his ego was making him compare and doubt himself. He didn't have to do this at the peak of his game because his outcomes matched his efforts. If this show vibes with you, then share it with someone else because I guarantee you there’s someone else who needs to hear it, too. I’m trying to grow my Insta following, so find me @CourageHackers. Screenshot this episode, tag me and share on your Insta stories if you hear any truth bombs. Sharing is caring.
Welcome to Ep. 49 of YOU Are Good Enough! Today we are talking about an unhealthy Codependent pattern that can arise when we make our secondary relationship (relationship to our children) our primary relationship. When we form unhealthy attachments and give excessive attention to our children, rather than our partner/spouse, this hurts both relationships. If we consistently give more focus and attention to our children, not only does this build resentment within our primary relationship, but it also unbalances the family dynamic and causes confusion for the child. For example, many unhealthy dynamics can form from this imbalance, most importantly it keeps parents from being on the same foundation and team. First steps in changing this dynamic towards more balance within the family, is to #1, get curious about yourself and how you relate to your partner and children. And #2, start including your partner in communication within your family, while keeping in mind that your child has another parent who is equally as valuable to that child. In this Episode, we talk about: 1. Breakdown of Codependent relationships 2. Codependency in Intimate Relationships 3. Forming unhealthy attachments to our children 4. How children become the 'buffer' and 'excuse' between spouses 5. *Getting aware of our comfort level with our partner/primary relationship 6. Changing the negative dynamic 7. Including your spouse-building up teamwork between spouses Hope this is helpful! Hello everyone and welcome to Episode 47. of YOU Are Good Enough! In this episode I offer a different perspective on Self Responsibility and what it means to be in control of our own authentic happiness! Imagine we are all Planets. YOU are your own fully sustaining planet. Therefore, you are solely responsible for everything that happens on your planet! If this was actually the case, many of us would be approaching ourselves and our lives much differently. We would have no choice but to own everything that happens on our planet. There would be no blame. In this episode, I talk about: * The meaning of Self Responsibility * Imagine: YOU are a Planet * Self Protection and Protection of Heart * Our relationships are directly related to how we feel about our own 'Inner World' * Realising the absence of happiness * Conversation with self-the Blame Game * Seeing the Unhappiness * Cleaning up the Inner World, and Changing the Outer World * Responding vs. Reacting * There's always something bigger happening * Couples-Partners asleep * Responsibility of finding the answers * How you feel matters, its on all of us When we FULLY own the fact that we are 100% responsible for how we feel in every situation-instead of believing that someone/something outside of ourselves has made us feel a certain way-we make a powerful shift towards authentic happiness. Hope this is helpful, and I hope you all enjoy. Hello friends, and YOU Are Good Enough! listeners-This week I want to revisit a Podcast I did months ago on new perspectives in our love relationships. I felt inspired to bring this back up because I am seeing a lot of relationship and personal transformation arising, and I feel that what I talk about in this Podcast will help you move forward with your relationship and yourself in many ways. It's time to ask the hard questions, and to really get honest with where you are at in your relationship. I'm also bringing it back up as a reminder to take greater self responsibility, break away from codependency, and continue growing love for your self. Give it a listen (or another listen) and let me know what you think and how it may sound different this time around! I hope this is able to help you wherever you are on your relationship journey! In this episode I talk about: * Letting go of the idea of what relationships are "Supposed to be" * Why did you get into a relationship? * Breaking down the NEW love relationship * What are Love relationships? * Client Example-Couples Therapy Guilt * We are a society who doesn't want to FEEL * What's your priority in your relationship? WHO is priority in your relationship? * Relationship on a SOUL level * The importance of our partner being the Go-To person * Finding your voice in the relationship! * There's no such thing as a relationship being "too damaged" * I want to hear from you! But the first brown-skin girl to ever tell me to unapologetically love and heal myself was India Arie. I love her so much that you’ll find plenty of her lyrics quoted throughout this podcast. This episode takes a step back and I’ll tell you when I first fell in love with self improvement and how it's manifested its way into my life. Visit neshavfrazier.com for more

This is David’s second appearance on the show, he’s back and better than before. For those of you who are not familiar with David Wygant, he is an internationally-renowned dating and relationship coach, author and speaker. Through his boot camps, personal coaching and his website, his advice has transformed the dating lives and relationships of hundreds of thousands of people from every corner of the globe. His funny — yet always direct — approach to dating, sex and relationships has revolutionized how people meet and interact with the opposite sex. Over the last thirteen years, David has become one of the most frequently-quoted dating experts in the media. He offers his advice as a lead writer for Yahoo! Personals, AskMen, Huffington Post and across television segments, newspapers and magazines, including MTV, The New York Times, MSNBC, Fox News, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health and E! Entertainment Television — as well as on over 2,000 radio shows. Key Points 1. Get Off Social Media and CONNECT People have lost their ability to connect. We spend our days on social media, constantly swiping and liking our lives away while the real juice of life passes us by. If you want to live a life that is full, full of love, passion, and joy, you have to put down the phone and learn to connect with people, get excited about who you will meet and what you will learn each day and turn your damn phone off! No man will ever go to his grave regretting that he didn’t have enough facebook followers, but many men die void of true love and connection because they were never willing to put down their devices and connect. 2. You Are Good Enough Society, our family, and our friends have sold us a lie that we are not good enough. We have been taught that because we are not like someone else that we are somehow inferior and less worthy of love and success than others. This is bullshit. You are who you are for a reason, embrace it! If you are a nerd, be a nerd, a gym rat, then be a gym rat, if you are a hopeless romantic, then fucking embrace it and be who you are! Don’t let anyone or anything tell you that you are not good enough. 3. Give Love Freely All that matters in life is our ability to love. If you want to be happy and fulfilled, then give love freely. Love other people, love the world you live in, love your family, your friends, and don’t expect anything in return. As soon as you do this, the universe will open up doors and your life will be a roller coaster ride of joy, love, and connection. 4. Be Totally Present Stop worrying about tomorrow. Quit spending your precious time focused on things that don’t matter. Unplug and learn to love, to be totally present and there with everyone you meet. Life is too short to live in the future. Give love and presence and your life will be more joyful and amazing than you can imagine.

In this episode of YOU Are Good Enough!, I chat with Mary Jo Cranmore of Soulful Revolution Tarot. Mary Jo and I talk about what we feel has been missing from romantic relationships. This is what the soul yearns for...higher vibration relationships based in authentic love, not conditional love. There is a mutual understanding that it's not our partners' job to make us happy. Most of us have been exposed to codependent relationships - "it's your job to make me happy." Now is the time for self responsibility in all ways, including LOVE! What we talk about: ~Unconscious and Conscious Love ~What is high vibration love? ~Sacred Relationships-Individual work, Partner work ~It’s not “You need to make me happy” ~Conscious Self Love and Compassion ~Are you giving your partner the chance to communicate? ~What do you want to learn and what are you learning now? ~Boxes and lenses ~Attachments ~“It’s Ok” ~Einstein’s Theory of Time ~Holding space-how to accommodate for your partner ~You are where you’re supposed to BE!

In Episode 31 of YOU Are Good Enough!, I offer perspectives and steps to release grudges once and for all. Lets talk about the onset of grudges, why we hold grudges, and how we can release these grievances to create positive change in our lives! As we operate from a place of wanting to hold people accountable for how they've impacted us, our human vibration is negatively impacted. This leads us to the manifestation of that negative energy in our physical bodies; resulting in illness, injury, or chronic disease. What would benefit us most, is learning to Forgive. Join me, as I guide you through an exercise with the necessary steps that I've taken in my life, in order to find forgiveness in my heart and adopt a compassionate outlook. What we talk about: 1. Holding Grudges-the negative energy as it appears in our physiology 2. Who we hold grudges against 3. Healing comes from the Power of Forgiveness 4. "Everyone is doing their best" 5. Argument scenario-8:45 6. We are a product of projections, mindsets, societal rules, and our pain 7. Ask yourself-"Do I feel like I am doing the best I can in every moment?" 8. Realize your humanness-having compassion for self 9. We act out from our pain! 10. Grudges exercise and steps-15:00 11. Let go of your grudges, and change your life!
Taking a break from dating between relationships can be a powerful pause and a time for profound growth transformation life coach Kimberley Bell explains in this episode of YOU Are Good Enough! By spending time getting to know himself, doing daily check-ins, and striving for little wins each day, Taylor has gone on to complete 3 Boston Marathons, compete in an Ironman Triathlon, ride his bicycle across the United States, and overcome nicotine and alcohol addictions. "If I listened to all the voices of the people who told me the something I wanted wasn't possible, I never would have achieved the many things in my life I'm most proud of," he says. Taylor touches upon the importance of believing in self above all else, accepting self-responsibility, and remaining vulnerable and open in relationships. Both he and Kimberley offer strategies to do so in this podcast episode.
In this episode of YOU Are Good Enough!, Kimberley Bell chats with Mary Jo Cranmore of Soulful Revolution about tarot card reading. The two address common misconceptions, the origins of tarot, and ultimately, how the cards can be a useful tool in connecting with your intuition. Mary Jo shares her journey from TV news producer, media consultant, video producer, and marketing director to a conduit, channeling her intuition through tarot. She shares what the process was like for her as she began to meditate, connect with her guides, and study tarot under Jeanne Fiorini in South Portland, Maine. She now has a following of nearly 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, where she shares her tarot readings on her channel Soulful Revolution. Drawing from her experience in news and media, Mary Jo stresses the importance of asking not only the cards, but also ourselves the right questions. In doing so, tarot can be a helpful way to navigate and explore ourselves while opening our minds to new ideas. The cards are really a reflection of your own intuition she says. I saw a very nice happy meme that said YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH and was supposed to make me feel better and encourage me after I had a rough time with something. But it just makes me feel squirmy. Because I know I'm NOT good enough. In this episode I explore this question of being good enough and of course that leads us to dip into the 2 kinds of righteousness and also I go on a rant about how women's Bible studies should not be created in a hole but should have some church oversight. (I know you would have thought after last week I'd be done talking about this, but it's like the flood gates were opened...) But mostly I explore the concept of "good enough" and what it means and we have a good enough time doing it. (I'm sorry I'm such a nerd I can't help it!) Scripture references: Mark 10:18 Matthew 25:34-40 Ephesians 2:10 2 Corinthians 5:21 You should definitely listen to last week's podcast on women's Bible studies in case you missed what all the fuss was about Also, if you don't know what I mean by "decision theology," you should look into that and find out where you land on it. Read this great piece by Brian Wolfmueller and find out why Lutheran's aren't big fans. So much Scripture. I love it! Thanks for listening!!
