Receive whole-heart, wide-open, side-splitting, deep-diving, blow your heels off (or wheels off) direction and encouragement from Rosalinda Rivera on Faith-Fuels. Brace yourself; there may be a dash of motivational straight talk thrown in when necessary. Hear entertaining and inspirational guests who have been through it and back again with the faith to prove it. If you think you’re alone, throw that thought out. We’re doing this thing together. If you experience it, we’ll examine it. If God’s Word says it, we will stand on it. And when you’re feeling faint, we are here to Fuel Your Faith.
Proverbs says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” We are in the presence of a holy, just, and almighty God who is to be taken seriously. I want you to know that when God sends you and gives you an assignment, He will go with you all the way. Do you fear Him enough to obey? Respect Him enough to follow His direction? That fear is where wisdom has its beginning.
The enemy would want nothing more than for you to replay every bad thing you ever did in your life. If you recall your mistakes and are trapped in the pain of it, God has a reminder for you: If you surrender to Him, He says, I'll take away your sin. I'll make your life new. I'll restart you and restore you; hope will overflow, and your life will be filled with joy.
Host Rosalinda Rivera admits, “I began to let anger slip in my heart, and I didn't know how to get my joy back. But I wanted to feel God again. And I would see people come to the altar and I would see them pray and God was giving them a breakthrough and I wanted that so bad in my life.” If you have suffered trauma, or troubles with family, work, addiction, Rosalinda wants you to know that God has a plan for your life. “You might not understand what you're going through right now. But I want you to know that God is aware of you and He has a plan for your life.”
Are you feeling stuck? The enemy would want nothing more than for you to stay in your pain, your conflict, your unforgiveness, but your Father desires to pull you out of that pit and put your feet on a rock.
If you have ever felt overwhelmed, instead of running to unreliable, ungodly sources for help, remember that the Lord is your hiding place. It's in your hiding place where you receive a surge of power to overpower the overwhelm.
When the body of Christ comes together in clear agreement, visible unity, and extraordinary prayer —That is what is going to cause the next great awakening.
Rosalinda Rivera continues in Judges 6-8 with Gideon's story of winning against all odds.
Rosalinda Rivera is in Judges 6 in this series on Gideon's example of trust and obedience. At first look, Gideon is unimpressive; then when he is outmanned and outgunned, he chooses to trust God and abandon his tactical military experience. Gideon teaches us that every experience is a test, and every trial is tailored to draw us close to God.
Do you beat yourself up when you mess up? The Bible says there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). If you blew it, you need to repent, shake it off, and get yourself back with the Lord. Do not let the weight of sin separate you from God's presence. Stay connected and committed.
On last week's episode, Rosalinda Rivera highlighted a few lessons from the book of James. Let's continue what we started and see the power in our words and our thoughts. “God has big things for you. He's got great tomorrow for you. He's prepared new connections and provisions. So, whatever the enemy tries to take from you, know that God's going to return it or replace it with something greater if you submit your ways to Him!”
If there's an internal conversion, there's going to be an external proof. If you have an internal encounter with Jesus, there's an external proof and fruit of your encounter with the Lord a man because you can't be meeting Jesus loving Jesus and acting a fool. You must have a distinct change in your life.
Rosalinda Rivera packs this episode with the Word of God as she shows us how to be a light to the people in your world.
Opinions are plentiful, and perspective is personal. When your faith looks crazy to your friends; when your family says, “There is no way this will work out,” you stand firm. Open your mouth and declare, Oh, there might not be a way for you, and it may look like there's no way for me, but I know the One who IS the way and He will make it happen! Know who your God is!
Rosalinda digs into John's account of the woman at the well in this episode of Faith Fuel. “Sometimes we go back to the world thinking we're going to be fulfilled. We go back after money, addictions, relationships, or material things and we are still empty on the inside. But Jesus said, If you accept the waters that I can give you, you will never thirst again.”
What do you do when you're going through a hellish trial? This episode is for the person who is up against more than the usual disappointments and dilemmas of daily life. This is for the one who got the news from the doctor. This is for the person drowning in debt, or the wife whose husband just walked out. You have a weapon.
When you are going against trials, you had better go out to win. Pull out the Sword of the Spirit and know that God is your refuge and your strength; “an ever-present help in times of trouble” (Psalm 46:1). The Word of God is alive — that is your weapon.
“I want you to know that no matter what comes your way, God is not surprised by your situation. He did not send it or allow it in order to defeat you but to increase you. You are meant for greater things; you will do greater things.” – Rosalinda Rivera
Here's the thing about shoes: You cannot just wear the same shoes to every occasion. It's the same with your responses and how God uses you. Maybe you're stuck in the past, wearing a shoe that no longer fits; your foot has grown — your life has changed. . Is the Lord asking you to put on something different for this season? If so, get your heart ready to change it up.
When the enemy tries to come against your family and your children, do not believe the negativity! Moms have a special recipe of prayer and passion that refuses to give up. Host Rosalinda Rivera says, “Declare the Word of God, and let your enemy know who you are in Christ, because my God came to give us life and life more abundantly.”
“When you sow in obedience, it's not just for you. Your sacrifice impacts the next generation and the next generation, your children and their children.” Rosalinda Rivera shows us how our lives and our legacy are secured in our sacrifice. Are you ready for a generational blessing?
Rosalinda Rivera teaches from Jeremiah in this episode of Faith Fuel. But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. (Jeremiah 17:7-8, NIV)
Rosalinda Rivera warns, “The enemy is wanting to trap you and pull your mind away. You're going to see stuff all your life that is a temptation. That's not the problem; you can't avoid temptation. But it's when you connect to it, sin will own a part of your heart.” Guard your heart.
Can you think of a time you wished you had a do-over? A mulligan for something you did; a take-back for something you said? The Bible is full of people with regrets — like Jonah. For every regret, God offers to resore us, rebuild us, and redeem us, although it is not always a comfortable journey. Again, like Jonah. In this episode, host Rosalinda Rivera reminds us of the longsuffering love of the Father, “the God of many chances.”
Although Noah had never seen a flood – or rain -- he obeyed God and started building a boat. Is God telling you to step out? Maybe you're hearing the voice of God asking you to do something that you just can't fathom. Maybe somebody prophesied a word on your life but you cannot imagine what it might look like. Rosalinda says, “Listen – God is not asking you to be the architect who designs the blueprint. He is asking you to trust Him and begin building.”

God's purpose often comes as an interruption in our agenda. Nobody knows that better than Mary and Joseph. The virgin had no reason to add “give birth” to her list of things to do. Rosalinda Rivera encourages us to let Mary's response be our response when the unexpected throws us into the unknown – “May your word to me be fulfilled.”
God's desire is to write a story of victory for your life. Using her book, “Dare to Begin Again: Let God Write Your Best Future,” Rosalinda Rivera will encourage you to allow God to help you build again, even if it requires taking a wrecking ball to your plan and laying the rubble at the foot of the cross.
Jochebed faced the decision of her life before sending her son Moses floating down the Nile River. Rosalinda Rivera used this bit of history to remind us “when we dare to sacrifice, God provides a surplus. The reward is worth the risk.”
God is concerned with what concerns you. He sees you. The story of Mary and Martha's response to the loss of Lazarus shows us we can move past emotional injury. Rosalinda Rivera opens our eyes to this beautiful truth – “Sometimes we are asking God to prevent pain, but He wants to do more and resurrect the dreams we have given up on.” Release yourself from the pain that has become your identity.
Rosalinda Rivera is joined by her Dare to Begin Again Small Group in a candid conversation about the fears that keep us from hoping. Drilling down on the experiences of Daniel, this powerful Faith Fuel episode will spark your determination to keep hope alive in your life.

Our words can sting. In this teaching from Bella Women's Ministry, Rosalinda Rivera encourages us to fill up on the Word of God and let our words become satisfying, sustaining, and strengthening. Remember, the same bee that pleases with honey, punishes with a sting. Let's be careful how we use our words.
Rosalinda Rivera shares a very personal prayer request today reminding “if we decree a thing, it will be established.” After running the Bible School at Lakewood Church under John Osteen, God told Dr. Gill to “resign and take it to the nations.” Get ready to be encouraged in your faith to do the works of Jesus, trusting God watches over His Word to perform it in your life.
Today Rosalinda Rivera talks about seven areas that trip us up, and five tips to convert blockages into passages. Pain, Position, Power, Pleasure, Passions, People, and Pride may try to get in your way, but when you “stop focusing on the fiasco, you can move forward.”
