This podcast is going to be about it all. I will talk about kids, momming, mental health, and generally just tell stories that I have either written or just come up with off a whim. The point is, I want you to feel something. Anything. Sadness, love, hate, happiness, whatever comes to your mind. I’m here with and for you. Then all of a sudden, I might change it up. Either way, you’ll enjoy it. I also will promote the company “Stay Wear” that I joined recently. I have joined as an ambassador but this means so much more than promoting their clothing. It’s about a mission to stay & create awareness for mental health, & live, change, & thrive. Click on the link below & use discount code SARAHBUTTICE.https://www.staywear.com/?ref=lIrBl73PZN7fC

Hey everyone! Welcome back! You'll hear me mention that I will be changing the name of my show to “Take a Ride with Sensitive Sarah” because I literally am always driving (safely because all I'm doing is talking) ;) when I am doing my show! So be on the lookout for that change.Do you ever feel like you're not sure what the hell you're doing as a parent or even as a human?! I do too. Let's take a ride through parenting and life, and discussing apologizing and being consistent. Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/Sensitivesarah1226?fan_landing=true)
I'll start by saying that this episode is not a commercial or campaign effort but a means to a new beginning. A piece of “Sensitive Sarah's” merch was developed and it came out beautifully so I can say with confidence that after you listen you'll want to contribute to this cause and effort made by a mom fighting for her own children and every other individual out there struggling who needs support. Continuing with “Men's health month,” I also tie in some familial issues that are relatable to unfortunately, many people. Listen as I walk you through an emotional journey and yes maybe a tear was shed or two, but by the end of it, you'll want to hug your children so tight, give them one last bedtime story, or maybe even snuggle just five more minutes, because those, those are the moments that count. Today’s episode looks at the other side of the bullying relationship and inward at some of the reasons behind a bully’s actions. Although condoning the actions isn’t acceptable, it is important to understand what is causing them to lash out and if there are reasons and interventions in place to prevent future issues for that individual as they develop into an adult. This may help change their perspective, attitudes, actions and increase theirMindset to use that energy for something positive.Below is a link to some information I shared today. https://www.disorders.org/child-and-adolescent-bullying-the-bullys-perspective/Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/Sensitivesarah1226?fan_landing=true)

Today episode is anonymous. It is told on behalf of someone who saw me speak once and decided now was time to share their story. I will tell her story. I will tell it with confidentiality in mind and be respectful of that, but I also will teach out a lesson. The lesson isn’t about alcohol/drug safety, or to not go out, or even really about consent (which should always be given by any individual involved) but it’s about being an advocate for someone, having a plan, and understanding the process so you can help others try to make the best decisions they can or if it happens to you, you can have a little bit of knowledge. If it’s so foggy that you can’t (which for many denial is the first phase), reach out to me. Sensitive Sarah is here to support you. Thank you to the very brave girl who let me share her story.
