Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios to the podcast. Amy was last on Season 3, Episodes 146, 165 and 179; Season 4, Episodes 134, 145 and 150; Season 5, Episodes 22, 70, 73, 83, 186 and 191. Amy came back onto update her case as Attorney H. Jay White's sadistic, repetitive behavior CONTINUES as he schedules two hearings at the same time on July 22, 2025. Apparently this has gone on six times in the last five years. Also Attorney White consistently lies, stating that he has not been served paperwork, despite several witnesses looking on in the courthouse. Actively filing a Federal Lawsuit based on the dual hearings that Amy can't be in two places at the same time, her case has merit and she will continue to defend herself. Two of her children "aged out," and she does have custody of the younger two children. Amy states, "No weapon formed against us will prosper..."To Reach Amy Palacios: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comSupportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536 Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryannEzlegalsuit.com https://ko-fi.com/maryannpetrihttps://www.zazzle.com/store/slam_the_gavel/about*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. Slam the Gavel welcomes Jonathan, a U.S. Navy veteran who served 8 years aboard submarines and Samantha, a South African immigrant. Together, they're raising three wonderful children and building their creative business, SilverCo Design, where they specialize in brand identity. In September 2024, their family faced an unexpected and life-changing event: their 5-year-old daughter was removed from their care without a warrant, without emergency circumstances, and without the due process every family is entitled to. The removal was based on coercion and a rushed and questionable medical report involving coordination between DSS, hospital staff, and local law enforcement. Almost 2 months later, they had been arrested, without ever being questioned, on charges that stemmed from incomplete information and procedural mis-steps. The arrest was an act of retaliation for filing an appeal to challenge the DSS Level-1 finding of "Abuse and Neglect." Since then, Jonathan and Samantha have been navigating a legal system that has made reunification unnecessarily difficult, despite their cooperation with DSS, and a home where two of their children, ages 10 and 1, continue to thrive. Throughout this journey, they both have chosen to advocate - not just for their family, but for others going through similar experiences. Now working with other parents and professionals to create a supportive network for families seeking reunification, as well as clarity in a system that often feels overwhelming to the both of them.To Reach Jonathan and Samantha McKnight: storiesforchangepodcast@gmail.comSupportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536 Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryannEzlegalsuit.com https://ko-fi.com/maryannpetri*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. Nnamdi Kanu - DSS DG May Show Govt Approval Enabling Youths Kill In Bauchihttps://osazuwaakonedo.news/nnamdi-kanu-dss-dg-may-show-govt-approval-enabling-youths-kill-in-bauchi/23/05/2025/#Law #Ajayi #Azare #Bauchi #Dss #Kanu #Namdi #TafawaBalewa ©May 23rd, 2025 ®May 23, 2025 9:11 am Case between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu apparently took a new technical twist on Thursday after one of the lawyers of the detained Biafra Leader, Paul Erokoro, SAN, presented and played three videos which the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja later admitted in evidence, the videos of former Nigeria Chief of Army Staff, Retired General Theophilus Danjuma, saying, security operatives in the West Africa country specifically the armed forces are working together with the armed bandits to kill Nigerians, stressing that, if Nigerians depend on the armed forces to curb insecurity, they will all die one by one, also that of Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State saying politicians are behind killings in the state, lastly and the most interesting video played at the court to counter the testimony or statement made by the DSS prosecutor witness over Nnamdi Kanu led IPOB founding Eastern Security Network, ESN allegedly created by group of youths in the Southeastern geopolitical zone of Nigeria often referred to as Biafra land to fight in self defence against Fulani armed bandits or terrorists that were advancing and killing people in the Eastern states during the era of President Muhammadu Buhari, was that of the Director General of the Department of State Services, DSS, Adeola Ajayi, who is apparently the government chief complainer in the case, and the DSS DG in the video recorded and published by SymFoni news media in February 2025, narrated how youths at Azare community in Katagum local government area and Tafawa Balewa community of Tafawa Balewa local government area in Bauchi state, when the DSS DG was the state Director of State Security Services, SSS, resorted to self help and killed all Boko Haram terrorists that came to attack them without depending on the security operatives, according to the DSS DG, when Boko Haram terrorists invaded Azare community, they started shooting and killing people, then, the youths went after the Boko Haram terrorists and killed all of them even when one of the Boko Haram terrorists named Khalid climbed a tree and started firing gunshots from the tree towards the people who were on the lower ground, the Azare people resisted and went after him and subsequently killed him, although the Federal government prosecution witness identified as BBB who is a DSS Operative stated that the ESN is an illegal organisation because there is no approval of government given to the people of Southeast to establish such a self help group to defend their land against terrorists unlike Amotekun security network in the Southwest states that was approved and permitted by the government, also claiming, his boss, the DSS DG in the video was asking communities to build the first line of defence by thus working with security operatives, but, a careful and detailed study of the DSS DG speech in the video shows that the FG witness, BBB probably talked off points, totally off key from the original intent and intention of Mr Adeola Ajayi, the DSS DG teachings and advise in the video, who had said the Azare community people acted in quick response to an emergency situation, and the storyline indicated that the people of Azare prepared themselves in advance likely purchasing and acquiring firearms equivalent to AK-47 riffles to be able to face and kill all the Boko Haram terrorists that invaded the community as narrated by the DSS DG, and if true, the DSS DG, the chief complainer must also be ordered to appear before the court as a defender in the case to present a certified true copy of government approval given to Azare people to defend themselves, or prove beyond reasonable doubts how the people of Azare community were able to kill; merely with their bare hands all the Boko Haram terrorists that invaded their community with high precision weapons of mass destructions, in addition, the DSS DG in the video probably advocated for the need for all individuals in Nigeria to have a gun, because, he gave an example of a visit to the United States of America, USA, when his host in the US heard a police siren sound, he quickly brought out his gun and said, if the criminal chased after by the US police ran into his apartment, he would used the gun to kill the criminal suspect, and that not all, the DSS DG in the video also recalled and referenced the words of Nigeria former Head of State, retired General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida that if insecurity must end in Nigeria, Nigerians must be ready to resort to self help like the people of Azare community did. #OsazuwaAkonedo

They tell us that they set up programs to support kinship caregivers, but few show up. This seems universal. Why does this happen? We also hear about institutional trauma-(law enforcement struggles/foster care system struggles- leads to lack of trust--not feeling safe in their community, not trusting DSS.) How does this impact kinship caregivers? How does it impact those of us trying to serve them? What types of support are the most helpful? What are some cultural differences you've observed in Black relatives raising children within the family, and how do these differences impact how professionals interact with kin raising children? What have you found in your research on the impact of caregiving on the health of kinship caregivers?Need for training for kinship caregivers. How can professionals support self-care with folks who are so busy just getting by?Support the showPlease leave us a rating or review. Hostia: Paula Puškárová (poslankyňa NR SR; Hlas-SD) a Marián Viskupič (poslanec NR SR; SaS). | Minister práce Erik Tomáš predkladá návrh zákona, ktorý by DSS umožnil investovať prostriedky z II. dôchodkového piliera do infraštruktúrnych projektov na Slovensku. Prvým projektom by mohlo byť štátom podporované nájomné bývanie. V prospech tohto kroku a zrýchleného schvaľovania legislatívy argumentuje aj zhoršeným ekonomickým výhľadom v kontexte nových ciel v medzinárodnom obchode. Prečo by mali byť súkromné úspory občanov na starobu použité na výstavbu bytov či ciest? Aká by mohla byť návratnosť takýchto investícií a aké riziká sa s ňou spájajú? Aká časť úspor v pilieri by mohla byť takto využitá? Slam the Gavel podcast, welcomes back Jessie Lake to the podcast. Jessie was last on Season 5, Episode 241. Today Jessie had an update on her case as well as a recording that was revealed to her of proof of the forged hair follicle tests, "somebody did something here." To think that an important test could be forged to remove her first set of twins from her is egregious. Her lawyer NEVER provided the court this evidence while Jessie wasted $8,000.00 as her lawyer rushed her, gaslit her and told her he would subpoena until she paid him another $200.00. Jessie did say that she is now on unsupervised visits for four hours, every other weekend. The girls are calling her "mom" but sometimes call her by her name, but they are also calling another woman, Keisha, "mom." Jessie suspects that the guardian is selling her daughters while letting this other woman raise them. This is child trafficking and child psychological abuse. Continuing to fight to have her daughters back in her life is something Jessie will not stop fighting for and longs for the day that they are all together having a "normal" family life. The state has destroyed their childhoods when at this point in time, they need to be placed with their mother. When we sat down with Jeff Clapper, President and CEO of 8th & Walton, we knew we'd get insights on supplier training – but our conversation revealed something much more profound about the evolving retail landscape. From its origins teaching suppliers about Walmart's culture and systems to today's comprehensive support services, 8th & Walton has witnessed and adapted to dramatic shifts in what suppliers need to succeed. Jeff shares how the organization now balances urgent operational training with strategic education that prevents problems before they occur. The transition from legacy data systems like DSS to new platforms like Scintilla represents both challenge and opportunity. While these systems offer unprecedented visibility into consumer behavior, they demand constant learning from suppliers who can't afford to fall behind. As Jeff aptly describes, success requires being an "aggressive student" of retail – recognizing that yesterday's expertise quickly becomes obsolete in this fast-moving environment.Jeff shares about 8th Walton's journey to becoming a certified B Corporation, demonstrating that business growth and positive impact aren't mutually exclusive. Jeff's perspective on "scaling values" rather than just scaling revenue offers a refreshing counterpoint to traditional retail metrics. This philosophy aligns perfectly with the emerging trend of consumers preferring brands that demonstrate ethical practices and sustainability. The conversation culminates with Jeff's preview of the upcoming "Consumer Impact" event in Bentonville, bringing together impact-minded brands to share best practices in sustainable retail. It's a tangible example of how the supplier community is evolving beyond transactions to create meaningful change.Whether you're a seasoned Walmart supplier or just beginning your retail journey, this episode offers valuable perspective on navigating today's complex retail environment while building a business that makes a positive difference.
Slam the Gavel welcomes Jessie Lake from Missouri to the podcast. Jessie tells her story of having twin girls absconded with by the Head of DSS in an article written in April 25th, 2020 by the Columbia Daily Tribune by Jackie Rehwald. The plot thickens. The girls were being forced to call the Head of DSS, "mom." There were also forged drug tests involved and plenty of conflicts of interests as well as collusion. After Jessie had a second set of twin girls. They fell under guardianship of a woman she thought she could trust who also had her eldest son. As time went on, Jessie has been paying an upwards of $160.00-$600.00 for supervised visits after a judge declined to end the guardianship. Her eldest son has since come home to her.https://www.columbiatribune.com/story/news/courts/2020/04/25/columbia-mother-whose-twins-are/1291592007/To Reach Jessie Lake: lakejessie88@gmail.com***** Supportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536 Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryannEzlegalsuit.comhttps://ko-fi.com/maryannpetri*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. For decades, the DSS-28 radio antenna in the California desert listened to the faint whisper of spacecraft exploring the solar system. It’s still listening for artificial radio signals today – the faint whisper of other civilizations. It’s controlled by students around the country and around the world. DSS-28 is a radio dish more than a hundred feet in diameter. It was built for the Army, then transferred to NASA. It was decommissioned in the 1980s. But 40 years ago, a kindergarten teacher in California found a new use for it – as an educational tool for teachers and students. It’s the centerpiece of the Goldstone Apple Valley Radio Telescope project. Teachers train to use the telescope, and pass that knowledge on to their students. The students then work with scientists to observe stars, planets, and other objects. Current projects include studies of the radio waves from Jupiter; the busy regions around supermassive black holes in other galaxies; and the connection between sunspots and the Sun’s hot outer atmosphere. Another project is SETI – the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Students have been using the telescope to scan the galactic plane – the region that outlines the disk of the Milky Way Galaxy. The first phase found no signals from other civilizations. But the telescope will scan more slices of the galaxy in the coming years – still listening for radio signals from beyond Earth. Xue, Guisen, O. Felix Offodile, Rouzbeh Razavi, Dong-Heon Kwak, and Jose Benitez. "Addressing staffing challenges through improved planning: Demand-driven course schedule planning and instructor assignment in higher education." Decision Support Systems 187 (2024): 114345. This paper presents a novel decision support system (DSS) to address the University Course Timetabling Problem (UCTP). The solution decomposes the NP-complete UCTP into two sub-problems, allowing a structured approach to addressing the complexities inherent in the UCTP process. A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is proposed to integrate academic year course schedule planning and instructor assignment, accommodating various constraints to meet student demands. The model optimizes the number of course sections and strategically schedules instructors, aiming to reduce the number of new and distinct courses assigned to them. Historical data from an academic department encompassing multiple disciplines, including Computer Information Systems, Business Management, and Business Analytics, at a large public university in the U.S. is used to develop the model, and the results are compared with the actual course schedule and instructor assignment. The results demonstrate that the proposed DSS would result in a 14% reduction in the number of course sections offered, translating to approximately $130,000 in annual savings. Additionally, it could significantly reduce the number of new courses assigned to instructors by up to 81% and the number of distinct course sections assigned to them by 29%.

Looking at the background of the Pharisees, Sadducees, and the Essenes, we explore WHY Jesus warned His followers to BEWARE of the "teaching" of the Pharisees and Sadducees (Matt. 16:6). What "teaching" was He warning them about? What did the Essenes believe and what did/do the Dead Sea Scrolls (DSS) reveal about the coming Messiah? We look at a couple of fragments from the DSS, in particular, the Melchizedek Document that reveal what they believed the Messiah was coming to do and WHO the Messiah would be. We can then better understand the purpose of the Book of Hebrews. This is part 1 in a series.

Family court is a monopoly in the disastrous interests of the children and the extortion of parents. Amy has court on Tuesday for Criminal Contempt via Attorney H. In this episode, I'm laying it all out: the frustrations, the reality, and the questions that need answering about subsidized child care. As a multi-site child care provider in New York, over 70% of our enrollment relies on the state's Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), commonly known as ACS in NYC or DSS in the rest of the state. While subsidies have been a crucial part of supporting families, the issues with payment delays, processing holdups, and slow enrollment in the system have reached a breaking point. I'm breaking down what subsidized child care is, the variations across states, and why consistent payment issues are a massive barrier for providers like me and others in my network. These delays don't just impact payroll and bills; they threaten our ability to provide quality care and even meet basic operational standards. I'll share my personal experience, highlight the importance of emergency plans (and why relying on them isn't enough), and call for solutions that prevent providers from shouldering the burden of a broken system. Let's be real: child care deserts exist for a reason, and it's time to face it. I'm inviting you to listen, share your experiences, and join me in advocating for a system that truly supports the providers it relies on. By the time you hear this, I'm hopeful there's improvement—but if not, it's time to demand change. Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios to the podcast. Amy was last on Season 3; Episodes 147, 165 and 179, Season 4; Episodes 134, 145 and 150, Season 5; Episodes 22, 70, 73 and 83. She came on the podcast to update her case on herself and Sabrina Berry. Amy shared the updates to her case where Attorney H. Jay White, then Head of DSS extorted $5,000.00 on February 22, 2024. Judge Knust held her in contempt (attorney fees) and ordered her to pay $5,000.00 within 30 minutes or go to JAIL. Rushing to go to the bank to pull out $5,000 and run back to the courthouse in such a short time limit is a bit MUCH. Sabrina Berry is scheduled for contempt of court tomorrow 11-14-2024 for allegedly withholding the children from her ex. But it's all a game. Her ex doesn't show up for pick-ups and then Sabrina is held in Contempt of Court. Sabrina has filed Contempt on her ex for not adhering to the court order but SHE HAS NOT BEEN HEARD. Amy has been suffering through Family Court for the last 15 years. She is scheduled two days before Thanksgiving 2024 for Criminal Contempt of Court with threats of prison. Apparently, in February 2024, Attorney H. Jay White was supposed to write an order, that has yet to be written to take her retirement fund. The order has now been produced on November 4th. He doesn't want to receive the retirement money as it is taxed, he wants the cash of approximately $35,000.00. The FBI called Amy a few months ago, asking Amy for a copy of the order, which still wasn't written at that time. The FBI needs to be updated. Amy gave advice on anyone calling into the FBI to talk to Diane Winners regarding Attorney H. J. On today's episode, Dr. Summer Kassmel continues her discourse on empowering leadership within dental practices from her presentation at DSS 2024. She delved into the importance of audit systems in maintaining the integrity of office protocols, stressing the need for regular checks to ensure consistency and accountability. Dr. Kassmel explained how rotating audit responsibilities among dental assistants (DAs) not only helps in maintaining standards but also cultivates a culture of peer-to-peer accountability. Expanding on leadership development, she advised against hastily assigning titles to emerging leaders, emphasizing instead the observation of their ability to manage projects and uphold standards consistently. This approach, she suggested, prepares them for leadership by gradually increasing their responsibilities, thereby diffusing power within the practice and strengthening team dynamics. Dr. Kassmel also discussed the identification and nurturing of potential leaders, focusing on traits like high accountability, internal motivation, and healthy empathy. These qualities, she argued, are crucial for leaders who can sustain high standards without constant external motivation. She highlighted the importance of humility and active listening in leadership, skills that enhance team communication and effectiveness. Towards the end of her talk, Dr. Kassmel touched on the concept of "disciplined empowerment," which involves trusting leaders to make decisions and holding them accountable for results rather than processes. She shared personal experiences and insights into the challenges of leadership, including the need for honest communication and maintaining high standards to ensure patient care quality. Dr. Kassmel concluded by reflecting on the personal and professional growth that comes from creating a leadership team that not only meets but exceeds the cultural and operational goals of a dental practice. She offered her leadership packet for further guidance, reinforcing her commitment to developing effective leaders in the dental industry. On today's episode, recorded at DSS 2023 in San Antonio, TX, Dr. Mark Costes delves into a summit that brought together 700 dental professionals, amassing a staggering 6420 years of collective dental experience. This episode is not just a recount of an event; it's a blueprint for transforming the dental profession through collaboration and collective wisdom. As we celebrated a decade of remarkable gatherings, we ventured to a location that symbolically and geographically represented the unity and midpoint of our diverse community. Despite the boutique setting's cozy limit, the energy and potential within these walls were anything but small. We tackle pressing issues facing the dental world today, from the urgent need for dental education reform to navigating the intricacies of dental insurance. With the average dental student burdened by a colossal $292,000 in debt, and the clinical experience waning amidst rising tuition costs, the call for change has never been louder. This episode passionately argues for a systemic overhaul, one that aligns the cost of education with the quality and quantity of clinical training provided. Insurance, a perennial thorn in the profession's side, is scrutinized for its increasing dominance and the stagnation of dentist reimbursements. This discussion isn't just about identifying problems; it's a rallying cry for unity and action against the forces that undermine dental practice autonomy and financial health. We also shed light on the workforce crisis, touching on the gradual yet hopeful signs of recovery as the pendulum swings back towards a more balanced employer-employee dynamic. The episode takes an honest look at the hygiene department's challenges, advocating for dialogue and mutual respect amidst rising tensions and wage disparities. Central to this conversation is the profession's cultural crisis— a lack of professionalism and camaraderie that threatens the very fabric of our dental community. This episode is a plea for a higher standard, where colleagues support rather than undermine each other, recognizing that the strength of our profession lies in unity rather than division.
