She also shared how to make hockey actually inclusive and how allies can support the BGHC.

On this episode I spoke with Rimsha, the Muslim Cubs fan who sent an email to the organization following Rickett's Islamaphobic emails. She expressed her dismay but also provided actionable steps for the Cubs to take to remedy the situation. We chatted about her process behind writing the email, on using this as a teaching & learning moment, how baseball can be more inclusive for Muslims, how she became a baseball fan, what it's like being a minority fan in the sport and the joy of the little things in sports that connect minorities to their culture.
