The podcast is a teaching mechanism to share God's word. It focuses on the reality that mankind is a hopeless sinner that is dead in their trespasses (Eph 2:1; Col 2:13). All must repent of sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ for the removal of their sins and receive eternal life. Only God's tenacious love can snatch a wretched soul out of the fires of hell and bring them into the kingdom. We all must remember, hell is justice for the sinner. We all deserve it. But, because God's love is so complete and stoops so low, He could not resist sharing that pure love with us. Jesus is Lord! Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/thegospelofrepentance/support
As the world continues to spin problems continue to escalate. Currently we are dealing ICE raids in Southern, CA. Downtown Los Angeles has been a war zone for the past week. Protestors are angry that the President has sent it federal troops to round up illegal immigrants for deportation. This is one of many problems plaguing or world. Many no doubt are asking, "Where is God in all of this? Does He even care what is happening?" Of course He does. Although God is invisible, does not mean He is not near. As a matter of fact He told His disciples that He would be with them always. He is with us now (His Children) even when all hell is breaking loose.
We know Jesus was crucified between two thieves. Initially both thieves mocked the Lord along with the religious leaders and the crowd. How should we respond when we hear habitual error from the pulpit or one another? Should we just conclude it is a move of the Holy Spirit; the person has heard from the Lord, or should we challenge the person's view with scripture? Is it loving to fight for truth or is it antagonism? What does the Bible say about this matter? What does the Bible means when it says God repents? Obviously if God is repenting then the matter is very serious. When man repents it means he is changing his mind regarding sin, but we know God cannot sin so what is God or divine repentance looks like?

Christians claim they can bind and rebuke the devil and demons in prayer. Why? Because whatsoever you bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever one looses on earth is loosed in heaven right? I recently ran across a couple of YouTube videos where two preachers are claiming hell is not literal. Rather, we make our own hell based on the bad choices we make in this life. This sounds very similar to the doctrine of inclusion that Carlton Pearson taught. Its vital we examine this matter from a Biblical perspective. Many Christians are convinced that speaking in tongues has enhanced their spiritual lives. Is what we hearing today the Biblical gift of tongues? Did tongues ceased to operate after the death of the original 12 apostles? That is an ongoing debate among evangelicals today. Is speaking in tongues evidence that one is filled with the Holy Spirit? Can you speak in tongues to war with the devil and demons in the spirit realm?
