Your Health is Lit is a social learning group established to promote health literacy in minority and under served communities. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health status. By utilizing health education, promotion, and prevention, our members are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to become a vital member of their healthcare team. Our guiding principle is that “No One Should Know You Better Than Youâ€; our approach to healthcare, combined with traditional restorative approaches, ultimately leads to healthier lifestyle and better outcomes.
