She has been helping as an analyst for Sheath Underwear.4:00- Samadhi and Xian have gained insight from Patton’s openness to discuss his own strength and weaknesses. 4:59- ‘The stronger we are as individuals, the stronger we are as a team.’5:40- After doing an ice bath, Xian and Samadhi did 90 minutes in Patton’s infrared sauna.7:48- Sheath is offering pint glasses in collaboration with INTO THE DARK BLUE.9:07- Weight lifting has been the most beneficial for getting into a flow state for Samadhi. 10:21- Patton and Samadhi talk about how painful the marathon was they did 6 years because they didn’t prepare properly. 12:51- Saturday, November 7th is the San Antonio Classic bodybuilding show. 14:36- There does seem to be some bias in the judging of physique shows, according to Samadhi’s physique coach. 15:50- Clean eating has been the biggest challenge for Patton and Samadhi in taking their physique and fitness to the next level. 16:54- Adaptations in training has helped Samadhi to avoid injuries and increase intensity. 18:21- Patton discusses how he built a business relationship with Aaron Marino of Alpha M. 20:32- Woodland Park, Colorado is a very accommodating place, the elevation is at 9,000 feet and the air is very clean. 23:17- The team is aspiring to make $10,000 a day in sales. 24:00- Patton grills Samadhi because he has never visited Las Vega, Nevada. 26:30- Samadhi and Patton analyze the themes from the movie, The Gladiator. 28:05- There is still going to be a fight between Patton and Samadhi in the new year. 29:00- Patton listens to one of the songs off of Samadhi’s new unreleased music project.31:00- Samadhi is continuing to do the Yoga live stream on the Sheath Underwear Facebook page every other Sunday 10-11AM CST.
