Revenue plateaus at $15-20K per month often feel like a cruel joke - you're working harder than ever, yet predictable growth remains elusive. One month you hit $20K, the next you're back at $12K, and no amount of hustling seems to create the consistency you crave. The exhausting cycle of feast or famine leaves you wondering if scaling to $50K months is even possible without burning out completely. The leap from inconsistent $15K months to predictable $50K months requires more than new strategies or working longer hours. In this episode, Eleanor shares five critical shifts that'll take you to consistent $50k months. Get full show notes and more information here: https://safimedia.co/WO58
The gaps in women's healthcare can be addressed by the Gen Z listeners of this podcast! A professional polymath, Michal Morrison has spent her career bridging the past and present, business and impact. Holding degrees in History and English and a graduate degree in Theology, her academic foundation launched her into 10 years in archaeological and historical research across the Middle East and Mediterranean. She has worked for universities, environmental agencies, and a royal family on heritage protection projects and field research in Greece, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Ireland, and the Americas. A life-changing accident served as a catalyst for a significant career change, and in 2020 Michal founded her eponymous skincare company, Michal Morrison Inc., where she is proud to partner with global leaders from the fields of biotechnology, longevity, and beauty. Michal Morrison is an award-winning biomimetic skincare brand featuring a patented biotech breakthrough based in 25 years of research in regenerative medicine and stem cell science. As a survivor of a Traumatic Brain Injury, Michal believes that businesses should be catalysts for social change. She is dedicated to not only driving scientific innovation in the beauty industry, but to building a sustainably-minded brand that prioritizes accessibility. She launched her brand's social impact initiative, where they have partnered with One Mind, The Trevor Project, and the COPE Program in support of health equity within Indigenous communities. In episode 587 of the Fraternity Foodie Podcast, we find out why Michal chose Texas A&M for her undergraduate experience, how her curiosity evolved into archaeological work, what are the unexpected lessons she learned from her time in international heritage work, how a Traumatic Brain Injury changed her career path, how to adapt with purpose, why she took the leap into biotech and beauty, what has been the most rewarding part of being a woman entrepreneur, how her company integrates purpose with profit, gaps in women's healthcare that Gen Z can address, and common fears or hurdles that young entrepreneurs face. Two books Michal recommended: "Raise Capital On Your Own Terms" and "Leap Frog". If they students are experiencing anxiety around life decisions, pick up "Don't Believe Everything You Think". It's been invaluable to Michal in learning how to have more control over her own occasional existential spirals and managing the 'what ifs' of life.

You say you want freedom. But are you really ready for it? This week, Kris kicks off the first of seven essential transitions every successful woman must navigate when she knows it's time for something new. It starts with a brutally honest question: Is your business ready to run without you? And are you ready to let it? In this episode, Kris unpacks what readiness really means—not just logistically, but emotionally. Because saying you're done and being done are two very different things. Here's what we explore: The trap of being needed—and why it's so hard to let go How your team might be holding you back (even if they mean well) Why control feels safer than it really is And how to know if you're truly ready for what's next This isn't about stepping down. It's about stepping into a new version of you. And readiness is just the beginning. Contact Information and Recommended Resources Wanna know if your business is ready to run without you? Scrappy hustle may have helped you start your coaching business… but it's not going to take you toward your next level of income. Instead, I'm showing you what it really takes to shift from hustle to sustainable, profitable overflow. These are the four powerful money leadership shifts that move you out of reactive survival energy and into calm, strategic expansion, no matter what your current income looks like. Whether you're making your first few thousand dollars or already seeing $10K+ months, this episode will show you why it's imperative that you stop waiting for more money, to start building sustainable, next-level income. Because money doesn't need you to be perfect. Money needs your presence, your decisions, and your leadership. And that starts now! If you're ready to finally stop spinning and start expanding with clarity, simplicity, and profit, this episode is for you. In this episode, I talk about: How hustle energy creates profit leaks and money anxiety at every income level. Why financial leadership is an entry-level requirement for reaching your next income goal. What the switch from scarcity to empowered money stewardship looks like. How your money language creates (or limits) your financial reality. Why financial leadership isn't a future goal, but a now decision that opens the door to overflow. ~~ For full show notes, transcript, and to explore my NEW *FREE* workshop: OVERFLOW: The Key to Unlocking Your Million Dollar Business, click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/94
“Taking time for yourself is not selfish. It's critical.” – Lori Pieper In this episode, Michael Dargie sits down with Lori Pieper—meditation teacher, wellness guide, and spiritual rebel—to talk about what happens when you stop living for everyone else and finally take care of yourself. This episode is sponsored by my new book BRANDJITSU, helping you find, shape, and share your story with the world. Lori opens up about her “come to Jesus” moment when she realized that entrepreneurship needed to resonate with her soul—not just be a to-do list of tactics. After retiring from her corporate career, Lori embraced her spiritual side, training in Ayurveda, yoga, and Deepak Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation. Now, she guides women to shed decades of social conditioning, say no with confidence, and remember who they were before burnout took over. She shares her early creative quirks (Nancy Drew live-action role play in her backyard), her Gen X rebel streak, and what she's learned from watching women in her life push too hard for too long. The conversation gets real about habits, grace, and the danger of confusing productivity with worth. Lori's not afraid to talk about wine, Netflix marathons, and why pineapple does not belong on pizza. This episode is a reminder that rebellion can be soft, self-loving, and absolutely essential. As Lori says, “Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's critical.” Quotable Quotes “Taking time for yourself is not selfish. It's critical.” – Lori Pieper “You cannot take care of anyone else if you're not taking care of yourself.” – Lori Pieper “Our brains are wired to keep us safe—and to tell us we're doing something stupid.” – Lori Pieper “Give yourself the grace you'd give a baby learning to walk.” – Lori Pieper “Let your freak flag fly.” – Michael Dargie Episode Highlights From Corporate to Conscious | Lori's pivot to entrepreneurship and self-care Primordial Sound Meditation | How Deepak Chopra's method changed her mornings Wellness Work | Ayurveda, yoga, and healing from burnout Rebel Women | Teaching women to say “no” without guilt Creative Childhood | Nancy Drew mysteries in the backyard Networking & Growth | Overcoming fear through Success Champion Network Pizza Preferences | Pineapple is not invited Bookshelf Staples | Bliss Brain and The Miracle Morning Wine + Northern Exposure | Guilty pleasures and cozy nights Advice for Rebels | Take small slices, give yourself grace, and stop trying to eat the whole pie LINKS FROM EPISODE Lori's LinkedIn (linkedin.com/in/loripieper) Lori's Facebook (facebook.com/lori.pieper.16) Lori's Instagram (instagram.com/loripieper23) Journey to Inner Joy Website (https://www.journeytoinnerjoy.com) Get Your Copy of Michael's Book: "BrandJitsu™: Move Your Brand From 'Meh' To Memorable" Indigo | Barnes & Noble | MichaelDargie.com
We have all been there, you are the founder of your company and sometimes you feel like the only one who can do all of the tasks and the one that cares the most. One of the hardest transitions in my career has been going from a founder to a CEO. Many times as founders we are solopreneurs doing everything for the business until we are able to hire our first team member. It can be hard to transition from doer to thinker! If you do not spend time each week strategically thinking of how to grow and scale your business, it is not going to happen. You don't have time to think about strategy and vision when you are stuck in the day to day tasks. This is where your team comes in! Empower them to do the job and delegate the day to day tasks. I found out once I did this, I had more time to be the visionary in the business and guess what? They were way better at those tasks than me! I tell my team all of the time, if a process in our business involves me, it will probably be messed up! Now is the time to shift from being a founder and start to make decisions as a CEO. Learn from me what to do and more importantly what not to do on the latest episode of the DO IT MY WAY Podcast!

I have been thinking a lot about business partnerships lately. I am contemplating partnering up on a business right now and I have a client who is in the process of partnering with her best friend. It all sounds so fun and when you are in the honeymoon phase when all you can think about is making money and having fun! This is all true, you CAN make money and you WILL have fun, but not every day is going to be an easy road. There are many things to consider before entering into a business partnership with a friend or anyone for that matter. For starters, you need to have a shared vision for where you want the company to go. Is this a fun "side business" or are you looking to build it up and sell it one day or create generational wealth for your family? Those are very different goals and if you don't talk about it ahead of time, it can lead to conflict. You also want to have complementary strengths. When I launched 918moms.com with Melanie Henry, we were exact opposites and it worked! I handled all of the sales and marketing and she was more behind the scenes handling all of the content and operations. It was a match made in heaven! We were able to scale quickly because we weren't lacking the skills needed to succeed between the two of us! Have you ever partnered with your bestie? How did it turn out? I'd love to hear from you! I have compiled a list of all of the things you need to consider before entering into a business partnership with your bestie on the latest episode of the DO IT MY WAY Podcast!
