In this episode, host Zach Urness talks about one of Oregon's great river trips — the Wallowa-Grande Ronde River. The float trip, which includes segments of both rivers, can be done as a day-trip or a multi-day adventure into a beautiful roadless wilderness of northeast Oregon. The river is known for being fairly friendly with rapids that are not super challenging, but it does require understanding the river, campsites and details like shuttles and water levels. In this podcast, Urness explains everything folks need to know to get on the water.

The Rapids had a hard fought game with St. Louis where they fail to establish themselves offensively. Despite 11 corners and having a possesion of the ball a majority of the game, the Rapids do not find the net and they lose just their 6th match of the season. They take on Minnesota Fc on May 13th.
