Learn how Charlcie managed to fit in training for (her first!) two ultra races this past year, how strength training factors into her workouts, and what it is like to work grueling hours at a hospital while attempting to keep exercise and health a priority.

At the time, that was more than twice the rate of several other Arkansas counties. In this bonus episode we head to Bradley County to find out what's going on. The answer provides a case study on how to combat pockets of vaccine skepticism. Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.com
