This week's Song of the Day picks were chosen by Sharlese, in honor of Halloween week. For more dark sounds in various wave and synth genres, check out her show Mechanical Breakdown, Friday nights/Saturday mornings from 1-3 AM PT.  Vancouver-based duo Wire Spine has been weaving their industrial-influenced darkwave sound since 2015. It's been a few years since their debut full-length, Bury Me Here, but we're excited to share their brand new single as today's Song of the Day. On Facebook, founding members Robert and Jesi say to "keep an eye out for details about the full album release." Wire Spine is playing Sunday, November 12th in Seattle at Substation with Actors, Dead Spells, and Graveyard Gossip. We also see Morgans story take a turn and Carol decides she cant be there and not there anymore so move it on over Shiva, Daddy E might have a new house guest. It a fun episode full of fresh produce and squishy zombies. The street sign up ahead says “Bury Me Here”, or maybe it just says Clear, on your Fear the Walking Deadcast.

Bury Me Here is the title of the 13th episode of The Walking Dead this season, and it was also what one character wanted, and, in the end, got. That character was Richard, and the one who buried him, both literally and figuratively was Morgan. Although the previews lead us to believe that this was a Carol-centric episode, it was really all about Morgan. Morgan was the one who arguably had the biggest character change this episode, a change that was brought about ultimately by Richard, the one he buried. What a circle of life and death this episode was; and it also brought a little rearranging and mind-changing.

What a circle of life and death this episode was, and it also brought a little rearranging and mind-changing. Other characters changed, too Although none quite so significant as Morgan, Bury Me Here brought about changes for other characters as well. Carol decided not to live apart anymore, and King Ezekiel decided that The Kingdom could no longer carry on as before. Now that both Carol and Ezekiel have decided to join the fight against the Saviors, what will the future hold? Will they team up with Alexandria? Will Carol try to convince him to do so, and if she does, will she be successful? One more question for the road: if all had gone according to Richard’s plan, how exactly did he expect them to know that the Bury Me Here sign was for him? After all, he wouldn’t exactly be around to explain it to anyone; and if Morgan hadn’t found the fated cantaloupe, perhaps no one would have ever known. So much trouble for one little melon. Fans have been raving about The Walking Dead's latest episode, "Bury Me Here," us included. Season 7, while it's had its fair share of great moments, has felt lacking in its usual magic at times. But thanks to stellar performances by Lennie James (Morgan) and Melissa McBride (Carol), and coupled with Scott Gimple's killer storytelling, this episode really blew us away. In this podcast, we discuss: -Why Morgan snapped and what this means for his character now -Whether or not what Richard did was justified -Our hopes for Carol now that she's back in action -Theories on how Rosita and Sasha's assassination attempt will end (and how pissed we are that they are even doing this) Find more The Walking Dead news on purefandom.com.

We find trouble in Ezekiel's royal garden as an infection threatens to take out all the gardens. Carol's starting to get hip to the fact that something much more serious went down in Alexandria and she confronts Morgan for answers. Benjamin wants Carol to be his sensei after seeing her handily take out 5 Walkers with a sign post. Richard itching to get the fight started, sabotages The Kingdom's weekly drop with The Saviors leading to unintended and unforgivable consequences. Morgan figures it out and spirals out of control -- Uh oh, Clear? Carol to the rescue, for now. Episode 713 continues where 712 left off in bringing us back to why we love The Walking Dead -- great zombie action, characters and a story we love that's actually getting somewhere. Jim and A.Ron agree that AMC's The Walking Dead delivered an entertaining episode with "Bury Me Here", but maybe not for the reason we were supposed to. Hilariously bad premises, unbelievable payoffs to trivial moments, characters getting massive backstory dumps before being unceremoniously bumped off... it's a pretty full "Bad Walking Dead Bingo" card. But hey, an end to the era of rampant Morgalizing, so that's something!

Talking Through Say Yes Say Yes is the next episode of The Walking Dead and there was a lot of yes in this episode. Michonne and Rick said yes to each other, Jadis said yes to Rick’s deal, Sasha said yes to Rosita’s ridiculous plan, and Tara said yes to herself when she (we think) decided to tell Rick about all the guns at Oceanside. What will be the result of all this yes? Probably something pretty spectacular, but we won’t find out next week! Next week looks to be a Carol-centric episode, which is quite alright with this podcaster. I hope she has a come to Jesus moment and will be ready to join the fight against the Saviors. We enjoyed it… You didn’t! It seems we are on opposite sides once again with a lot of you out there. Brian and I both really enjoyed this episode, but it seemed to fall flat for others. At least, that was how it seemed based on most of the feedback we got. Even though this episode had its flaws, for us, it was still a really fun episode that I think was necessary for Rick and Michonne. Sometimes, it’s best to not look too closely at what is going on, however, this seems to be a recurring problem for the Walking Dead writers’ room. We know they are capable of great things, but sometimes they take the easy way out. I hope that our enthusiasm for this episode is able to talk our less enthusiastic listeners off the ledge a little bit. In any case, we are four episodes away from what will hopefully be a new storyline without Negan…because some of us don’t like him. At all. Remember to leave your feedback! If you have any ideas about what the next four episodes or the next storyline will hold, then let us know! We love to get feedback from our listeners and fellow fans of The Walking Dead, especially audio feedback! We haven’t had any of that in a while. The next episode is S7E13, titled Bury Me Here. The best way to leave us feedback is in our Facebook group. Michonne and Rick said yes to each other, Jadis said yes to Rick's deal, Sasha said yes to Rosita's ridiculous plan, and Tara said yes to herself when she (we think) decided to tell Rick about all the guns at Oceanside. What will be the result of all this yes? Probably something pretty spectacular, but we won't find out next week! Sometimes, it's best to not look too closely at what is going on, however, this seems to be a recurring problem for the Walking Dead writers' room. We know they are capable of great things, but sometimes they take the easy way out. I hope that our enthusiasm for this episode is able to talk our less enthusiastic listeners off the ledge a little bit. In any case, we are four episodes away from what will hopefully be a new storyline without Negan…because some of us don't like him. At all. Remember to leave your feedback! If you have any ideas about what the next four episodes or the next storyline will hold, then let us know! We love to get feedback from our listeners and fellow fans of The Walking Dead, especially audio feedback! We haven't had any of that in a while. The next episode is S7E13, titled Bury Me Here. The best way to leave us feedback is in our Facebook group. Ratings are down… Say Yes got a 4.71 in the 18-49 demographic, with 10.163 million viewers, down from last week‘s 4.95 and 10.423 million viewers. Other Fun Stuff Completely Unrelated to Say Yes!
