Det blir en syntes av TALIS 2024, Svenskarna och internet 2025 och Worlds at Work Report – med fokus på tre stora utmaningar: teknikens acceleration, arbetsmarknadens omvandling och skolans roll. De diskuterar hur AI förändrar lärande och arbete, från generativ AI som används av över en miljard människor varje månad till riskerna med deepfakes och datadrivna skolor. Frågan är: Är AI ett verktyg för lärande eller en genväg som försvagar kunskap? Och hur kan skolan bli en plats där man lär sig att ifrågasätta tekniken? Rapportbonanzan tar också upp arbetslivets oro – 65 % av anställda globalt är rädda för att förlora jobbet, medan 84 % av cheferna kämpar med kompetensbrist. Vilka färdigheter blir avgörande? Anpassningsförmåga, samarbete, digital förståelse och kreativ problemlösning toppar listan. Slutligen: läraryrket i förändring. TALIS visar att 1 av 3 lärare redan använder AI, men hur mycket teknik klarar yrket innan det blir ohållbart? I podden Sveriges säkerhetschefer möter vi landets säkerhetschefer för att belysa yrkesrollen nu och framöver. Den här gången berättar Patrik Lundgren, risk- och säkerhetschef för Loomis i Sverige och Norge, om sitt arbete och sina största utmaningar. Ordning och reda är Patrik Lundgrens ledord sedan unga år och han drivs också av sin nyfikenhet. En annan faktor som gått lite som en röd tråd genom hans yrkesliv är retail. I dag är han risk- och säkerhetschef för Loomis, börsnoterat på svenska börsen och ett stort internationellt bolag. Det svenska bolaget är mest känt för att transportera och förvara kontanter men kör även annat skyddsvärt gods, som guld. Bolaget har också värdedepåer på tolv platser i landet. Säkerhet är prioriterat eftersom bolaget lever på att ta andras risker och måste göra det kontrollerat.   Efter att ha arbetat som polis, både ordnings- och närpolis samt vapeninstruktör blev Patrik – mer eller mindre – av en händelse säkerhetschef på Pressbyrån, där han arbetade i fyra intensiva år, präglade av många rån.
