Welcome back to our show where we once again return to the galaxy far far away this time for the second season of Andor. (Prequel series to the Rogue One movie). On the show we discuss season two part A which is episodes 1-3; we talk slow build and if Star Wars fans have the patience for that and how subtext to many of the scenes are important, also the fun of Star Wars still there with quite silly characters and situations but also the very heavy political authoritarian tone and THAT scene which everyone is talking about. We have opinions on it and all, likely will get a lot of hate for them but hey.. just opinions and thoughts... we welcome you all to listen and then share yours with us via our socials or directly via email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com
Welcome back to our show where today we are discussing season 2, episode 2 of The Last of Us; the HBO Max original series. This episode had everything... but was it to much all at once and was it to soon in the season? We are torn on the show where we thought visually it was stunning, the story also good and the events brilliant but would it have had more impact if we had built towards it? ... was one episode to bring us back after two years enough for us to fully re-invest and feel the loss like we should? Its a debate we have on the show and we hope you enjoy and we encourage you to get in touch and let us know your thoughts. You can get in touch via any of the socials, your podcast app or direct via email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com

We hope you all enjoy the show.

On the show this week we break down the key events from this episode with a spoiler section at the end and we talk about the difficulty with these shows and the large gap between the seasons and how you can feel slightly disconnected from it... and then we talk about the massive change in the relationship between Joel and Ellie and how that possible adds to that feeling. We hope like always you all enjoy the show.
Welcome to our latest show where today we are discussing episode eight of Daredevil Born Again season one (season four of Daredevil really). On the show we talk about Vanessa saying goodbye to Adam in a brutal way, team Fisk seemingly back on track... Did Vanessa though break the deal made by her husband and have Foggy killed? We see Dex again at his 'toothless' best .. get it.. like ruthless but because he used his... oh you get it.... AND so much more discussed this week, well over an hour so grab a drink, a snack and have a listen and like always we hope you enjoy.

As always we hope you enjoy listening and get involved, get in touch, you can contact us via your podcast app, social media or email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com
WE ARE BACK! DareDevil Born again is here and ... well season four of DareDevil kicks off with a bang and has us gripped in two episodes. We discuss the key events, as much as we can in about an hour anyway.... We discuss how we feel about the direction they are going, choices made and what we think is coming and what we might see.. also comment on the very clear adult theme for the show both in terms of language but probably most notable to us was the violence. It is up a level and very street level Marvel building on what the Netflix shows did so very well. We hope you all enjoy our discussion and like always if you want to get in touch you can via our socials or via email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com
We have been discussing all sorts of shows and movies on our podcast since 2016 and we have seen the rise of many streaming platforms including Apple TV who have focused on original content since its launch and has put together an impressive library of content. WE KNOW there are so many options out there now for streaming and the costs seem to wrack up with it all however this show discusses a few of the reasons we believe Apple TV is worth a look and no... they did not pay us to say that ha ha We hope you enjoy the show!
Welcome to our show discussing the latest film in the MCU; Captain America 4: Brave New World. Its the first feature outing for Sam Wilson holding the shield and was released on the 14th of February globally and has been met with a mixed response, which seems standard now for all films - I personally blame the internet. We talk through the points in the film that stood out to us, give our thoughts on the much discussed re-shoots and try not to get dragged into a larger political debate... probably need some re-shoots on our show! Anyway, we hope you all enjoy our chat about all things Captain America Brave New World.
Hello and welcome back to our show as we head back to a galaxy far far away to talk about Star Wars Skeleton Crew's finale. On the show we talk through the key events and how they played into our theories (or where they really didnt) and Stephan explains to Sam that if you are good looking people will assume you are a goodie or make excuses for you... aka Jod. We hope you all enjoy!
This is a brief show discussing the final batch of episodes in the now cancelled series titled What If from Marvel animation on Disney+ The show, we felt, had a great premise but instead of sticking with that they moved to a sort f 'fantasy' comic book adventures on the screen and lost its general appeal. The show has now been cancelled but a spin-off titled Marvel Zombies is coming later this year as a stand alone story.
Welcome back to our show discussing Star Wars Skeleton Crew a long time ago in a galaxy far far away... On the show we discuss Jod not getting that redemption arc we were expecting, the mystery behind At-Attan and who is exploiting it and with just one episode left are we going to get a quick wrap up or perhaps confirmation of a season two? As always let us know what you think via our socials or you can contact us directly via email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com
Welcome back to our show where today we return to a Galaxy far far away to discuss episodes five and six of Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. On the show we talk through the key events continuing to share our theories on what is happening back on 'At-Attan' and who is Jod really? Are ANY of the names real? .. are all of them real? Two episodes remain with lots of questions and will we be one season and done or could there be more stories to tell?
Ho Ho Ho .. oh no its that show again... Welcome to the 2024 Christmas special where your hosts... Elf Stephan, Fairy Kayleigh and Grinch Sam bring the festive cheer. On the show we have the traditionally feedback messages left for us over the year dramatically read out, we have a game (got to play a game at Christmas) and we talk about the shows and movies we enjoyed in 2024 and look ahead to what we are wanting to watch in 2025! On a more serious note towards the end of the show we have a very heartfelt email from a listener which we (at their request) have read out on the show... it is upsetting and so this is your warning for that but its also very uplifting and deals with finding hope, even in the silliest of places when you are feeling low. We, like always, aim to make you laugh more than cry during this special and we hope we do that and you have a very Merry Christmas and a lovely (and safe) New Year. Until 2025... we have been Stuff & Thangs Podcast... Thank you for listening. -Stephan, Kayleigh & Sam.
Welcome back to a Galaxy far far away as we discuss the latest episode of Skeleton Crew. On this episode we visit a world all to similar to the kids home but ravaged by conflict... once again the planet seems isolated from the rest of the galaxy and construction and design identical to At-Attan. We have our theories... let us know what you think by getting in touch with the show via email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com
Welcome back to our podcast as we discuss events a long time ago in a galaxy far far away... Let us know your thoughts or theories by getting in touch either via the socials or email: sam@stuffandthangspodcast.com

The first two episodes of the new family action adventure series came out a few days ago and we really enjoyed it. Its a lot of fun and we hope you enjoy our chat all about it.
Welcome to our show where today we are discussing season two of The Walking Dead Spin-Off series; Daryl Dixon. This season was titled the Book of Carol and really should have been called 'Carol, the luckiest person in the world who manages to fly around the world to a massive country and bump into the person she was looking for' We enjoyed the show but the premise was a bit bonkers for us... so we chat that through in a light hearted way. We hope you enjoy.
For the final time we head down the Witches Road to talk about Agatha All Along as we dive into the final two episodes from the series. Hello and welcome to our show discussing season four, the final season, of The Umbrella Academy. On the show we discuss the final six episodes, the feeling of how they seemingly wrapped up the show - being one where they did not even attempt to land the plane they simply slammed it into the ocean!! ... and then the show ended up in the belly of a giant squid... There are little bits in these final six episodes which were fun, enjoyable but overall the story just made no sense and greatly contradicted the story we had always been told... in so many ways... So, this is our final podcast discussing this show and it ends on a bit of a sour note sadly... but we hope... fingers crossed... people still enjoy our chat.

THE PROPOSAL ..... All three of us absolutely loved the movie and we hope that comes across in our show and you enjoy us talking through all the scenes... so, if you are ready to listen... let's fu*%ing go!!
