During the summer of 2023, Eric Dowdle will take the reins of the Northwest Christian School elementary program from Dawna Underwood. Underwood, who is preparing to retire after 32 years of service to NCS and 45 total years within Christian education, served alongside Dowdle for over a decade as part of ACSI Rocky Mountain Regional Accreditation Commission. For the last few years, Dowdle has served as Deputy Headmaster at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy in Tucson, Arizona.
