“There's only one way to express what music gives me. It gives me purpose, it gives me point. When I sing, I can just be me” -Jonathan Antoine, 26 year old tenor from the UK. When Jonathan sings, it's immediately apparent you are hearing one of the best voices in the world. The quality, feeling and authenticity that he puts into his performances reaches out and draws you into the music. Depending on the theme of the current serenade, he has you feeling the thrill of new love, brokenhearted, grieving, hopeful and more. From Puccini to Leonard Cohen, Jonathan sings a diverse repertoire, bringing many musical tastes together and audiences appreciate all. Most initially learned of Jonathan Antoine from the 2012 Britain's Got Talent series where he sang in a duo called Jonathan and Charlotte. The emotional and inspiring audition, consecutive semi-final and final performances had the UK viewers going wild. With the media frenzy that followed the audition airing, it was the beginning of a whirlwind of television appearances and a documentary, performances all over Europe as well as creating the first album, Together, all at the age of 17. A second album, Perhaps Love followed, containing solos from each artist, hinting that separate careers were approaching. The duo did part, each with their own contract to pursue individual aspirations and Jonathan's debut solo album, Tenore, was released in October 2014. The much anticipated album showcased Jonathan's growth and hard work training his voice. It contains classics such as La Donna e Mobile, Panis Angelicus, and a must-sing tribute to Mario Lanza with Be My Love to name but a few. Just before release date, Jonathan was invited to perform in the finale concert of the month-long iTunes festival held at the Roundhouse in London, as Placido Domingo's guest. At the ripe age of 19, he had his first number one charting classical album. 2014 also found Jonathan performing for the first time in the USA. David Foster whisked him away to perform at the 20th anniversary Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night- an incredible experience for such a worthy cause. At another performance in Florida, a highlight was singing the Beatles' Hey Jude with Sting, Ne-Yo, Adam Levine and Tessanne Chin. https://www.jonathanantoinemusic.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zybog6uIa1M

Kim Barthel is the co-author of Conversations with a Rattle Snake, and is a highly sought after Therapist, and Public Speaker. The conversation we have on this episode dives DEEP. It is a conversation of healing, authenticity, and hope. Thank you for tuning in. I'm so happy for YOU, the listener for having enough compassion for yourself, to take the time and listen to this amazing woman. Her wisdom is priceless. From Kim: I'm humbled by your interest in what I'm up to, and inspired by the work that countless people are doing to support others – and yourselves. If this kind of thing were easy, it would be a different world we live in. Which tells me we need to nurture our relationships through attunement, compassion, humour, and mindfulness. Remember, when it works it's treatment, and when it doesn't it's assessment. This means we aren't expected to get it right the first time. I've been doing my best at this for over 35 years, and still learning and repairing every day. For anyone who doesn't know what I especially like to study and teach, the hot topics that I wake up thinking about are understanding complex behaviour, neurobiology, sensory-processing, movement, trauma informed practice, attachment theory, mental health, and anything that will support people in being their best selves. Thank you for being part of the great momentum globally towards understanding, interdependence, and compassion. Please connect with our team at Relationship Matters if that's an interest for you, and importantly, thank you for doing whatever it is that you do to help others. We may never know the fruit of the seeds we plant through our smallest gestures, but just by caring we are more connected than we know. I feel great hope. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tango-romeo/message

Today's Episode with Andrew Hallam:Andrew starts off discussing what makes someone successful. He believes that someone who is successful is holistically successful. This includes wealth, health, relationships, friendships, etc. Andrew taught public school for 6 years, took a deferred salary leave, took a year off and traveled, and brought his experiences and what he learned back into the classroom. Andrew loves teaching education but also wanted to become more financially successful. He learned a lot about personal finance during his time abroad and was able to write for finance magazines while teaching at the same time. He was able to continue to write while traveling and put cool international stories together. Teachers then started asking him to put on some financial seminars. Andrew would go on to write his own finance books, which developed into his #1 best-seller: Millionaire TeacherAndrew built this wonderful network of writers, editors, teachers, and colleagues while making money through multiple revenue streams.Andrew's journey as an author started when he was offered money to write a featured story for a popular magazine.Andrew discusses that having an educating skill set and teaching background allows someone to read an audience and involve them like no one else. They can treat the audience like they treat students in a classroom and know how to speak to an audience in a way that includes audience involvement. Andrew emphasizes enthusiasm as his approach to connecting and giving back to the community. Being enthusiastic and passionate will give the community a feeling of enthusiasm as well. Andrew's financial independence and travel experiences also gave him opportunities as a speaker. Andrew and his wife took a year off to explore the world and cycled around Europe. He started getting offers to speak at schools that were near where he was traveling. Andrew ended up giving 90 talks in Egypt, Tanzania, Kenya, Jordan, Dubai, United States, Indonesia, and more. AND, he did these for free. Once he started to charge money for his talks, he ended up getting even more offers to speak than when he did them for free. He found that when you charge money, people want you even more. Andrew's biggest challenge he is facing right now is the inability to travel and gain new experiences because of COVID-19 and travel restrictions. Enjoy the show? Dallas Burrow has always been an adventurer. Born and raised in Texas, he cut his teeth on the road, traveling across much of the free world with a head full of songs and a thirst for thrills. Along the way — somewhere between the childhood guitar lessons he received from his father (a blood brother of Townes Van Zandt and friend of Guy Clark) and the vagabond whirlwind of his 20s — he built his own brand of American roots music. It was a sound rooted in folk, shaped by classic country, and heavily influenced by the Texan craftsmen who'd come before him. Decades after his father raised hell with Lone Star State legends, Dallas Burrow proudly picked up the torch, carrying Texas' songwriting tradition forward with albums like Southern Wind. When Burrow is not making records or on the road, he's the owner and proprietor of the newly opened Redbird Listening Room in New Braunfels, Texas; an intimate listening room inspired by places like Nashville's Bluebird Cafe and Kent Finlay's Songwriter Circle at the Cheatham Street Warehouse in San Marcos, TX, where Burrow and countless others cut their teeth.Find Dallas on social media here!

Howard Schwartz is a prolific writer who has published fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. He is widely considered among the top Jewish folklorists in the world. In searching for themes and images for his work in various genres, Professor Schwartz has often found his inspiration in biblical, midrashic, and kabbalistic lore. Many of his works retell ancient folktales, reflecting his belief in the importance of passing cultural lore from one generation to the next. His poetry frequently reflects the dreamlike and mysterious elements of Jewish mythology. Schwartz's fictional works, as typified in the collection of parables titled The Captive Soul of the Messiah, “are in part original, in part recreations of ancient legends, a conjunction of personal search and dreaming with mythical or timeless patterns or cycles,” reported Francis Landy in the Jewish Quarterly. As a result, Landy explained, Schwartz's stories “are at once familiar, filled with the aura of the sages, giving the impression of a blind and insatiable predilection for the alleyways of tradition, and at the same time being wholly pertinent, incisive metaphors for our own predicament.” Howard Schwartz is Professor Emeritus in the English department at the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

RICH FRESH BIOPatrick Henry, known professionally as “Fresh”, is the founder and creative director of LA-based luxury fashion label Richfresh. Established in 2018, Richfresh has quickly skyrocketed to being the beloved brand of Hollywood's directors, actors, and athletes. At the age of 21, shortly after dropping out of college, Fresh opened a tailoring shop in the burgeoning art district of downtown Memphis, TN. Struggling to realize his potential in Memphis, he moved to New York City to further pursue tailoring. After the market crash, Fresh left New York and moved to Los Angeles in 2013 to work for Ermenegildo Zegna. During his time at Zegna, he became the preferred associate for many high-profile clients due to his unique aesthetic and stand-out personality. Fresh then made the move to LA, where hard times then struck. By the end of 2017, Fresh was homeless and living in a shelter. But with sheer grit, determination, and brilliance, Fresh branched into making his own designs and cleverly branded himself as a “celebrity tailor”, without even having any celebrity clients. His work spoke for itself though, and A-listers quickly pounced at the chance to have bespoke suits created by Fresh. Fresh left the shelter with $300 in his pocket and without any investments or loans, he turned that $300 into $1 million within a year of leaving the homeless shelter. Having over a decade of luxury tailoring experience and being a keen student of color and color psychology, Fresh conceived his aesthetic and created the brand Richfresh. The concept is unique - bespoke tailoring with a brand aesthetic. With precise tailoring, comfort, and the unique use of color, double stripes, and the famous yellow tab as its hallmarks, Richfresh has become a name celebrated amongst Hollywood and the elite. Fans of the brand now include The Weeknd and his iconic red suit designed by Fresh, John Legend, Billy Porter, Dwayne Wade, Gabrielle Union, Lena Waithe, Blake Griffin, Rick Ross, and more. Website: www.richfresh.comInstagram: @Richfresh HENRY MASK BIOPivoting to meet the new demands and constraints of the world during COVID-19, Richfresh founder Patrick Henry (AKA Fresh) and business partner Chase Morgan founded Henry Mask in April 2020. As COVID-19 gripped America and global medical supplies and face masks ran low, there was no way of obtaining more of what was desperately needed. There were simply not enough manufacturers in the US to meet the demand. Fresh and Chase put their heads together and sought ways they could step up and put their manufacturing resources to use. And thus, Henry Mask was born. The masks' unique origami-inspired design, the high level of protection, and their philanthropic message (for every mask purchased, one is donated to medical workers on the front lines and families in need) put Henry Mask on the map. With no investors and done out of total self-funding, Henry Mask made an extremely impressive $1 million in just 5 months. The colorful masks and their special message have quickly become a hit with celebrity fans including LeBron James, Jennifer Lopez, Michael B. Jordan, Doja Cat, Tracee Ellis Ross, Chrissy Teigen and more. With a monthly subscription model ($39.99 per month), The HENRY Travel-Mask comes in packs of 4 so that you always have a clean mask handy. Masks are washable and reusable but should be replaced weekly with regular use. HENRY Travel-Masks are made of 3-ply 100% Polypropylene nonwoven fabric with round elastic ear-loops to give you the best protection and comfort when worn. He has been the Public Address Announcer for 13 Super Bowls and the last 6 Olympics. He is also works for the Colorado Avalanche and the Minnesota Vikings. And if you've ever flown into Denver International Airport and ridden the train, he's told you to "Please hold on" and "This train is departing." He grew up in Minnesota where he found a love for working on the radio. His radio gigs took him to Iowa then later to Colorado where he currently resides. Alan is an extremely humble man and is truly appreciative of the wonderful life his voice has given him. But there was a ton of hard work, sacrifice and never ending determination that also helped. A big thank you to Alan Roach for being Unrestricted. Special Thanks:www.douglasandtodd.comwww.wexford-harbour.com/unrestricted
