On this episode, Stevil, Jstebz and Matty Dub are beaking off about the Ghostbusters reboot announcement and how it is just another example of how Matty's childhood is being systematically destroyed by Hollywood. JStebz wonders why 'bustin only feels good for a dude and if any re-imagining of the Ghostbusters franchise would be accepted by fanboys. Matty assures listeners that a good movie would be a good movie, but thinks somethings should be sacred and left alone. We move on to our good friend Mike Oeming's new series for the Playstation Network. The trailer for Powers has dropped and it the gang is excited to see this comic series brought to life. More big news in episodicals, Twin Peaks is coming back in 2016 and Stevil is very excited. You can hear more of Stevil's thoughts on the Twin Peaks return in his segment with DrexLive on CKNW. JStebz was intrigued at the thought of raising money to stop a band from playing in her city after reading about the British gentleman who wanted to raise $1000 to ban Nickleback from performing. Matty has some strong opinions about artists who create music with computers, and JStebz quickly turns it around on him, making him something he despises. The Manchildren end this episode with a twisted game of Fuck, Marry, Kill, involving dead popstars, your mom and three versions of the same person.

Matty Dub the absentee gets his pick in too. Rachel's pick is sci-fi gold and Michaela's choice terrifies both of the ladies. The guys picks are laughable (in Stevil's case) and completely jacked on steroids. So if you're of age, check it out, if you're not, well we're like the movie theatres in the early 90's, pretty damn lax on checking IDs. 

With Michaela on vacation, Stevil and Matty Dub welcome Nate Kelly back to the show for a monsterous episode, as we talk about the Guillermo del Toro blockbuster, Pacific Rim. All the pertinent facts about this film are discussed, like how Jon Belushi really died. We answer the hard-hitting questions like what the last good Adam Sandler movie was, and Stevil and Nate find out pretty quickly that they are drift-compatible, leaving Matty feeling like he missed out on an existential level. Are you ready for a robotic adventure? Do you even drift, bro?

Back to raunchy Manchild form, Stevil and Matty Dub are joined by Rael Linford and Stephen W. B. Blakley-Mason to talk about Villain job satisfaction and success. Recorded in June, they guys open with their hope for the then upcoming Man of Steel movie (see the latest episode of Convicted Cinephiles for actual reactions). It gets nasty and over the top in all the right places as Stevil's villain doles out shits at his own mercy, Rael just wants his villain to be likeable and Stephen's villain would take away the one thing you love most, your porn. The Manchild has most definitely struck again.

Nicole has worked on many projects including an impressive feat of writing and recording 100 songs a week on her youtube channel, including this Moxy Fruvous/Homestar Runner gem.
