The opening of Revelation 4, where John is commanded "Come up hither" and sees twenty-four elders (believed to represent the Church) in heaven, is often cited by pre-tribulation proponents as evidence that the Church is removed before the Tribulation begins. This position is classically supported by the idea that believers are "not appointed to wrath" (referring to God's judgment during the Tribulation). However, the teaching notes that the lack of explicit mention of the Church on earth from Revelation 4 through 19 causes debate, leading to differing views on whether the rapture is pre-tribulation, mid-tribulation, or post-tribulation. The confusion is attributed to a lack of consensus on the precise definitions of key terms like "day of wrath" and "day of the Lord," and the misapplication of individual scriptural verses without considering the Bible's overall theme on the subject. The transcription specifically examines the arguments for a post-tribulation rapture, a view that suggests the rapture and the Second Coming of Christ are a single event occurring at the end of the seven years. Post-tribulationists argue that the rapture described in Matthew 24:29-31 occurs immediately after the tribulation of those days, when the angels gather the elect. They also point to 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, which states the change will happen "at the last trumpet," arguing this is the seventh trumpet judgment in Revelation 11:15, which marks the transition to the kingdom of Christ and the judgment of rewards (the Bema Seat). The speaker suggests that the most reasonable way to reconcile all these seemingly contradictory scriptures is to consider the possibility of two raptures: one for the Church before the Tribulation, and a second for the Tribulation Saints at the end of the period, concluding that neither single-rapture school holds the complete truth.
Many believers were taught to expect a secret “rapture” before tribulation—but is that what Scripture teaches? In A Biblical Test of the Pre-Trib Rapture Doctrine, we test this popular view using only the Word of God. Through passages like Matthew 24, 1 Thessalonians 4–5, 2 Thessalonians 2, and Revelation 20, we discover that the resurrection and gathering of the saints occur after the tribulation and before the wrath of YHWH. This teaching reveals a unified biblical timeline—one return, one first resurrection, one gathering—and calls us to endurance rather than escape.Takeaway: Our hope is not removal from trial but resurrection with Messiah Yeshua and faithfulness until His appearing.

In this episode: Who are the 144,000 in Revelation 7 who are supernaturally "sealed" for protection from God's wrath just before the Great Tribulation begins? What is this "sealing" exactly, and is this event entirely unprecedented? Are there any clear depictions of this "sealing" protecting God's people on Earth in Revelation's narrative of the Great Tribulation period? What does all of this mean for Christians, and does this shed any light on the timing of the Rapture? Important stuff... Central to this argument is the fact that the word "church" does not appear anywhere in the Book of Revelation's narrative of the Tribulation and Antichrist's reign--the period that we refer to as "the seven-year Great Tribulation"--beyond Revelation 4:1 when John is "called up", and the reason for this (the argument goes) is that the Church is entirely absent from Earth during this period; because we will be "Raptured" before it begins... But is "Church" the only way that the Body of Christ might be referred to in Scripture? In fact, where the word "church" does appear in Revelation (in chapters 1, 2, 3, and 22), is it even being used this way: to refer to the Church as a whole? This is important stuff... Gary Wayne joins Carl Crew to discuss the trail of mysterious and suppressed truths and relics which give credence to a hidden historical narrative kept from the general public at all costs. From the skeletons of creatures not acknowledged by ‘science' to innumerate examples of monolithic architecture created without the ability of knowledge even by todays standards, they all point to an otherworldly technology from fallen angels. Such advanced technology has long been used by many civilizations going back to the Antediluvian race of giants before the great flood. The many thousands of structures across the globe like the pyramids and Machu Picchu give us no clue as to the instruments used to carve and create such mammoth structures, but the incredibly intricate placing of them all on Ley Lines of geometric alignment with the stars is impossible without inter-dimensional access to forbidden knowledge. We also touch on some off-topic subject matter like the pre, mid and post-tribulation views in relation to the ‘rapture' and are presented with some startling conclusions. Join us for an always amazing dig into history with Gary Wayne!

Pre-tribulation vs. Post-tribulation rapture. Physical temple vs. Spiritual temple. Cherubims and the flaming sword.
Is the Rapture biblical? When will the Rapture take place in relation to the seven-year Great Tribulation and the reign of the Antichrist; before, during, or afterward? What is the meaning of the 144,000, and how are Jews and Christians depicted during the Tribulation in the Book of Revelation?
Debate between Pastor Derek Walker and Dr. Michael Brown. Pastor Derek makes the case for the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, and Dr. Brown for the Post-Tribulation Rapture. Is the Church called to go through the future time of God's wrath? Is the Coming of Christ imminent, or will we face the antichrist first?

When is the Rapture of the Church? David Pawson says Post-Tribulation and Derek Walker says Pre-Tribulation. This may seem an incidental issue, but it has a big impact on how we understand end-time prophecy, and on our Christian life. Should we be preparing for the antichrist or looking for Christ's imminent Return?

Will there be a Rapture of the church this year? Many believe a rapture is imminent. Some believe it will occur within the next five years. They claim that Matthew 24 teaches there are signs of the Rapture that either are being fulfilled or which are about to be fulfilled. Many of these events according to Rapture theorists will result in tremendous bloodshed, famine, pestilence and death. They also believe the temple will be built in Jerusalem in the state of Israel and that Jesus Christ will return after a literal 1000 years to sit upon the throne of David. Some believe that according to Ezekiel 37 David, the ancient king of Israel will be resurrected to sit on that throne. The mark of the beast will prevent many from buy and selling food and thus food shortages will add to the miseries of the populous. The antichrist is expected to make an appearance in the temple showing himself as God. Some believe the antichrist is Jewish. Others believe he will come outside of that community. The battle of Armageddon will be waged in the Middle-East. The. Heavens and earth will be destroyed. Three views occupy the space of the Rapture, the Pre-Tribulation Rapturists. These are the people who believe that the Rapture will occur before the great tribulation of seven years. They expect to be raptured from the earth in advance, avoiding altogether the chaos for those left behind. Many believe this is the safest view for the church. The Mid-Tribulation theorists teach that they will only suffer half of the tribulation, but will be raptured in the midst of it. So, they expect some collateral damage in the church. Finally, the Post tribulation Rapture view holds that the church must endure the entire tribulation and then the 1000 year millennium will begin. These views heavily depend on Matthew 24, 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 and the book of Revelation to support their theories. Even though they have experienced many challenges in the past with the accuracy of their predictions and prophecies, they confidently march forward believing this time will be the one. There are a few more hurdles they must face before these eschatological dreams are realized. In a word, it is the word of God. It's time we examine what God has to say on the matter of thee millennial theories. Hold on to your hats. This will be bumpy ride for anyone hoping to soar through the clouds. Fasten your seat belts. We are about to encounter some turbulence ahead.
