In Revelation 19, heaven erupts with praise—the wedding of the Lamb has come. In this Sunday we explore the biblical image of marriage as a picture of God's covenant love. This isn't just future hope—it's a present invitation. We are called to live as a prepared bride, formed by intimacy, faithfulness, and joy in the waiting. In a world of distraction and disillusionment, this vision reorients us toward love that lasts and a future that's secure.

Watch Day 4 with our guest Joseph Z, the founder of Z Ministries, an author, broadcaster, Bible teacher, and international prophetic voice! His new book is: The Spirit of Elijah: Expose the Truth. Embrace God's Power. Break the Antichrist Spirit. Hear his teaching on how we are the body becoming the bride of Christ, and how we are to occupy until He comes and pray against wicked events. Hear how we need to storm Babylon and see victory and alter time, and events by faith, prayer and holiness. Pastor Joseph shares a Word for Ricky and Mondo and prays for the partners watching.
In this sermon, Pastor Josh Strelecki delves into the theological discussion of whether the church today is the bride of Christ or the body of Christ, as explored in Ephesians chapter 5, verses 22 through 33. He emphasizes the importance of understanding these concepts through a contextual study of scripture, focusing on the use of similes and figures of speech to illuminate the spiritual relationship between God and His people. Pastor Strelecki analyzes biblical passages such as Isaiah 62, Hosea 2, and Revelation 19, illustrating the use of allegorical language to describe the union of Israel with God and the land, as well as the marriage supper of the Lamb depicted in Revelation. He argues that these scriptural references are not to be taken as literal definitions of either the bride or the body of Christ but rather as illustrative descriptions meant to deepen our understanding of the spiritual union with Christ.Pastor Strelecki further explores the Apostle Paul's writings, particularly in Romans 7, 2 Corinthians 11, and Ephesians 5, to explain how Paul uses the analogy of marriage to articulate the transformative and intimate relationship between Christ and the church. He stresses that Paul's revelation of the church as the body of Christ provides a fuller understanding of the profound union with Christ, beyond the metaphor of a bride awaiting marriage. Strelecki encourages his audience not to be divided over the terminology of "bride" and "body" but to appreciate the richness of these similes in illustrating our identity and relationship with Christ.

As the Bride of Christ, the Church has been eagerly anticipating His return for over 2,000 years. Song of Solomon 3 describes the return of Solomon for his bride which foreshadows the coming of Jesus. He came first as a shepherd, but when he reappears, he is a majestic king. Like Solomon, Jesus came first as a Shepherd. But He will return as a majestic and triumphant King for His bride, the Church. The excitement that Solomon's bride felt at his return is the same excitement the Bride of Christ should feel as we long for Jesus to come again. The three stages of the Hebrew wedding mirror the relationship between Christ and His bride. 1.) Betrothal Just as the bridegroom signed the Ketubah and promised to return, Jesus has promised to come back for His Bride. We are currently in this betrothal stage, called to remain faithful and ready. 2.) Consummation. The bridegroom's unexpected return to carry his bride home is a vivid picture of the rapture, where the Bride of Christ will be reunited with the Bridegroom. Only the Father knows the day or hour. 3.) Celebration. The wedding feast symbolizes the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, where Christ and His bride will rejoice together. We are living in anticipation of the great celebration that will happen when Jesus comes again for His bride. Jesus is coming for his bride very soon! We know it's soon for three reasons: 1) The Jews are back in the Land—prophecy fulfilled in 1917. 2) Israel is reborn as a nation—prophecy fulfilled in 1948. 3) The Jews are back in Jerusalem—prophecy fulfilled in 1967. As the bride of Christ, we need to be ready by working and watching for the return of the Bridegroom! We must keep our lamps burning, living the abundant life—fully awake, alert, and filled with the Spirit. Join Pastor Phil Hopper as he explores the prophetic beauty of Solomon's return for his bride and its connection to the rapture and the Bride of Christ.

An episode from Bible Believers Baptist Church (BBBC), a conservative, independent body of King James Bible believers located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Bible Believers Baptist Church's statement of Faith:A Bible Baptist is one who believes in a supernatural Bible, which tells of a supernatural Christ, Who had a supernatural birth, Who spoke supernatural words, Who performed supernatural miracles, Who lived a supernatural life, Who died a supernatural death, Who rose in supernatural splendor, and Who will one day return in supernatural glory to establish a supernatural kingdom on earth. What BBBC believes about Creation: “We believe in the Genesis account of creation, and that it is to be accepted literally, and not allegorically or figuratively; that man was created directly in God's own image and after His own likeness; that man's creation was not a matter of evolution or evolutionary change of species or development through interminable periods of time from lower to higher forms; and that all animal and vegetable life was made directly and God's established law was that they should bring forth only “after their kind.”What BBBC believes about Salvation: “We believe in God's electing grace; that the blessings of salvation are made free to all by the gospel; that it is the immediate duty of all to accept them by a cordial, penitent and an obedient faith; and nothing prevents the salvation of the greatest sinner on earth but his own inherent depravity and voluntary rejection of the gospel; which rejection involves him in an aggravated condemnation. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on Calvary plus nothing. Therefore, we do not believe that works are necessary for salvation, although once a person is saved, he should be careful to maintain good works.”What BBBC believes about Repentance and Faith: “We believe that Repentance and Faith are solemn obligations, and also inseparable graces, wrought in our souls by the quickening Spirit of God, thereby; being deeply convicted of our guilt, danger, helplessness, and of the way of salvation by Christ, we turn to God with unfeigned contrition, confession, and supplication for mercy; at the same time heartily receiving the Lord Jesus Christ and openly confessing Him as our only and all-sufficient Savior.” A message from BBBC to you: “If you are looking for a church in the Corpus Christi Texas area that preaches the Truth from God's Word, reach out to us at any time. Christ is the head of the Church. The Catechism describes Jesus' relationship to his Church as “a personal relationship…expressed by the image of bridegroom and bride.” Fr. Mike points out how important this is by reminding us that, underneath all of the doctrine and the dogma, God is madly in love with you. If we always remember this love, everything else will fall into place. Today's readings are Catechism paragraphs 792-796. This episode has been found to be in conformity with the Catechism by the Institute on the Catechism, under the Subcommittee on the Catechism, USCCB. A @Christadelphians Video: The bride of Christ has its origin back in the Garden of Eden. Adam was first formed by God, then Eve was formed from his side. Adam suffered, as a rib was taken from his side to create Eve, his bride. This first marriage was a symbol of Christ and his bride, the Ecclesia. Christ, too, suffered on the cross to bring forth his bride. He, too, was pierced in his side. While Adam failed through sin and disobedience and so he and Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden, Jesus Christ succeeded in living a perfect sinless life. His mission is to bring his Bride back into the Garden – to reverse the curse of sin and mortality and bring his Ecclesia to life and immortality.

By William Bradford - Egypt never truly left the hearts of the children of Israel, but the Church of God is called to be different. As the Days of Unleavened Bread focus on the removal of sin, we need to view our lives through the eyes of Jesus Christ so that the Bride of Christ can be presented without spot.
We all experience moments of feeling out of place or longing for something more—like we’re searching for a true sense of home. That deep longing can actually point to a spiritual need for connection, peace, and wholeness. Jesus’ words, “I am the way, the truth, and the life,” invite us to see him as the path back to that kind of life—one marked by restored relationship with God. In the middle of life’s chaos, this promise offers real hope: that we’re not alone, and that we’re being led toward a lasting home with our Creator. Join us for Week 2 of our series, Beauty The Bride of Christ as our guest speaker, Patrick Murray gives us a message with 4 early church principles to follow in our everyday life.
Join us as we kick off our new series. Pastor John gives a message about being the Ekklesia. The Ekklesia is a picture that Jesus decided to use to plant not a religious institution but a governmental body in order to see His kingdom advance.
"The Way, The Truth, and The Life" – Power and Promise In this message, Pastor Matt explores Jesus' declaration in John 14:6: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Set during Jesus' final moments with His disciples before His crucifixion, this sermon reveals how Jesus used Jewish wedding customs to illustrate His relationship with believers. Just as a Jewish bridegroom would prepare a place for his bride and return for her, Jesus promises to prepare heavenly dwellings for His followers and come back for them. Key Insights: * Jesus doesn't just show us a path—He IS the destination * Christianity isn't about religious performance but about "knowing, growing, and walking closer with Jesus, our eternal Savior" * From our first breath of faith to our final earthly moment, our relationship with Christ should be growing more intimate * Jesus patiently addresses His disciples' confusion and questions, showing us how He meets us in our uncertainty Key Scripture: John 14 (https://www.bible.com/bible/111/JHN.14.NIV) This message concludes with an invitation for believers who haven't yet been baptized to take this first step of obedience in their Christian walk. As Jesus tells His troubled disciples: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father's house has many rooms... I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." Whether you're new to faith or have been following Jesus for years, this message will deepen your understanding of what it truly means to follow Christ as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Sunday, March 23, 2025 – The title of today’s message as we continue our study of 1 John is, “Understanding the End Time and the Last Days.” Prophecy makes up a large percentage of Scripture, and it’s important for us to do our best to understand it. To appreciate it, we must understand some definitions. That’s the thrust of today’s message: helping us discern the times we’re living in by understanding the terminology and applicable Bible texts. When someone says we’re living in the “end times” or the “last days,” do we understand what is being said? To simplify, the “End Time” timeframe is the umbrella term for the entire end-time events for both the Church and the Nation of Israel. I mention the Church and Israel separately for a reason. They are not the same entity, nor does God have the same plan for them. Israel is God’s chosen people, going way back into the Old Testament, while the Church was established on the Day of Pentecost as defined by Jesus. Each entity has its own “Last Days” associated with it. The Church’s “Last Days” will end at the Rapture when it is taken up to Heaven as the “Bride of Christ.” Israel’s “Last Days” will conclude at the end of the 7-year Tribulation when, as a Nation, they accept Jesus as the Messiah, thus ushering in the Second Coming. One more thing to mention: the “Return of Christ” is one event with two stages or phases. The first phase is the Rapture of the Church, and the second phase is the Second Coming at the end of the Tribulation. There’s so much more we can discuss, but time is limited. Worship and study with us.

Christ is returning for a victorious Church. Just as a bride prepares for her wedding—welcoming her guests with care, remaining loyal and resolved in her relationship with her groom, and knowing his heart—so should we, as the Bride of Christ. This is a great picture of the Church.
