Everything you were taught about the Second Coming from religion is a misdirection. In this episode of Masters of Self University Podcast, Rachel Fiori breaks down why the "Second Coming" was never about the return of a man — it's about a wave of Divine Feminine energy anchoring into this planet.Patriarchal systems rewrote the story of Jesus to keep humanity dependent on a future savior instead of their own inner power. We have been hidden from the truth that only real healing and awakening happen through the feminine because SHE is the creator energy. This is no podcast for blind faith, but actual becoming a higher level of consciousness on an energetic level. The sermon explores the certainty and suddenness of Christ's return, drawing parallels between the days of Noah and the present age to emphasize spiritual readiness. It addresses various eschatological views but focuses on the clear biblical command to watch and prepare rather than attempting to calculate specific dates. The preacher explains the hypostatic union to clarify how Jesus, being fully God and fully man, can know the Father's schedule while remaining unknown to humanity. By examining the Olivet Discourse, the message highlights the eternal separation of believers and unbelievers at the Second Coming. The central call is for believers to live in constant vigilance and holy obedience, anticipating Jesus' unexpected arrival as a thief in the night.

What did Jesus mean when He said that "one will be taken and one left" (Matthew 24:36–44)? Is this really describing the rapture, or have many Christians misunderstood the passage? In this episode, Pastor Brian Gunter examines Jesus' comparison to the days of Noah and argues that those who were "taken" were taken in judgment, while those who were "left" were preserved. He also explains why this section points to Christ's future Second Coming from a historic premillennial perspective, while challenging the popular Left Behind interpretation. Whether you agree or disagree, this passage deserves a careful reading of the text.

Artificial Intelligence has been used to reinterpret the enigmatic relic known as the Shroud of Turin to reveal the composite “Face of Jesus Christ.” This has happened before with 3D imaging but no one was trying to make it look this lifelike. Some Christians consider this a violation of the Second Commandment or graven image blasphemy as society finds itself unsatisfied with religion as it becomes more of a dream than a lifestyle. The only way to give Christianity its spark is to bring about the eschaton and with the right technology, the Second Coming can be simulated and the New World Order could commence. Only the Antichrist-driven technocrats would render the image of the beast or the counterfeit Christ and use it as a tool for divine rite. In this episode of Faith & Family Bible Study, Steve Wood reveals three simple steps for understanding the overall scope of biblical prophecy by connecting Matthew 12:28–29 with Revelation 20. Drawing on the wisdom of St. Augustine, Steve explains how Christ's binding of Satan during the Church Age makes sense of Revelation's difficult imagery, the success of the Great Commission, and the prophetic significance of the "little season" before Christ's Second Coming. Dr. William Lane Craig opens the eschatology unit of Defenders 3 with a study of the Second Coming of Christ. He surveys Old Testament messianic prophecy (Isaiah 9:6-7, Isaiah 11:1-10, Daniel 7:13-14) as background, then turns to Jesus' Olivet Discourse in Mark 13, where Christ predicts wars, persecution, the "desolating sacrilege," and his own return "in clouds with great power and glory." Craig notes roughly 250 New Testament references to Christ's return and previews next week's look at Paul's parallel teaching.

Edited and annotated by the American Bible student Cyrus I. Scofield (1843-1921), The Scofield Reference Bible is a widely circulated study Bible. It popularized dispensationalism at the beginning of the 20th century. The Scofield Bible significantly influenced and still guides the Christian Zionist movement—a theological and political movement, primarily within Protestant Evangelicalism, that supports the modern state of Israel and the return of the Jewish people to the Holy Land as a fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Adherents believe this restoration is a prerequisite for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, making their support for Israel a cornerstone of their faith. 5 Minutes in Church History podcast at https://amzn.to/3BoedCq Open Book podcast with Stephen Nichols at https://amzn.to/42eiQJL Stephen J. Session 4 of 14: The Olivet Discourse – Positions of the Early Church (Robert Van Kampen). Early Church Views on the Rapture | Pre-Trib, Post-Trib, Pre-Wrath & Bible Prophecy Explained Did the earliest Christians believe in a Pre-Tribulation Rapture, or did they expect the Church to endure the persecution of the Antichrist before Christ's return? In this eye-opening Bible study, we examine the beliefs of the early church fathers, compare them with modern end-times theology, and explore what Scripture teaches about the Rapture, the 70th Week of Daniel, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. or many Christians, the word tribulation immediately brings thoughts of future prophecy, persecution, and the end times. But what if Jesus is also calling us to notice the tribulation already happening around us today? In this thought-provoking message, we explore how an intense focus on future suffering can sometimes blind us to the suffering of our neighbors in the present. Looking at Matthew 24, the Great Commission, and examples from history, we're challenged to move beyond fear and speculation and instead become people who embody Christ's compassion in a hurting world.Rather than simply waiting for difficult days to come, Jesus invites His followers to be the light of the world today—bringing hope, standing with the oppressed, and trusting that He is with us until the very end.Visit Us at oacvancouver.ca We believe that Jesus is needed and relevant for people in Vancouver today. What really happens when Jesus returns? Will the Earth be destroyed, or will God transform it into something far greater? In this powerful homily, Fr. Chris Alar explores the Catholic teaching on the Second Coming of Christ, the resurrection of the body, and the arrival of the New Jerusalem described in the Book of Revelation. Discover why God's plan is not to abandon creation but to renew it completely; where Heaven and Earth become one, glorified bodies replace suffering, and God's presence fills all creation forever. This message offers hope, clarity, and a deeper understanding of our eternal destiny and why every day of our lives is preparation for the world to come."Behold, I make all things new." The Importance of watching for Christ's Coming. Mark 13: 32-37 – "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is." We can see from these verses that no one except the Father in heaven is going to know the day or the hour in which our Lord will come back in His glorious Second Coming. Not even the Son, Himself knows; that is; according to His human nature. Even the angels do not know when He shall return. In verse 33, Jesus says that on this basis that we do not know, that we should be persons who take heed, and watch, and pray. For none of us knows when the time is. What kind of watching is the Lord Jesus looking for, from all Christian people? I believe that it is our looking to see if we are prepared to meet Him, through our death, which could really take place at any time. It is in this sense that He could come for us at any time. We should be ready and prepared to meet Him in the most important sense possible; that of thinking through whether we have not only repented of all of our sins, but that we have been praying about having a consistent walk with Him in righteousness and godliness, and have been cultivating consistent fellowship with Him each and every day of our Christian life.

Which generation will be alive when Christ returns? In this episode, Pastor Brian Gunter continues his study of the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24:32–35, examining Jesus' teaching about the fig tree, "all these things," and the meaning of "this generation." From a Historic Premillennial perspective, Brian argues that while the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70 provides important background, Jesus ultimately points forward to the future generation that will witness the events immediately preceding His visible Second Coming. Learn why this passage remains one of the most debated texts in biblical prophecy and how it calls believers to watch, endure, and remain faithful. Jesus was saying, "When the Holy Spirit comes, everything will change. You who have no power in yourselves will be transformed by the same Holy Spirit who empowered Me, and you will continue the work I began." Then, in Acts 1:10-11, while the disciples were watching as Jesus ascended into heaven, two men stood beside them and said: "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven." These words give us a clear picture of Christ's return. Just as the disciples saw Him ascend into heaven, those who are alive when He returns will see Him come again in the same visible and glorious way. Until that day, the Church has a mission: to continue the work of Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit, faithfully witnessing to Him until He comes again.

For 1,800 years, no Christian had ever heard of the Rapture. So how did a 19th-century idea become the engine driving MAGA's end-times politics — and why does it matter for the wars being fought right now? In this episode, Pat Kahnke and Ken Napzok trace the real history of the Rapture: where it actually came from, the man who invented it, and how a doctrine that started as private comfort got turned into a political weapon. This isn't about whether you believe in the Second Coming. It's about what happens when a specific reading of end-times prophecy gives political power a theological license to crave catastrophe instead of peace.

In this study of Matthew 24, Pastor Brian Gunter examines Jesus' warning about false Christs, the Great Tribulation, and the meaning of the Greek word parousia. By tracing its use throughout the New Testament, Brian argues that Christ's "coming" in Matthew 24 refers to His bodily Second Coming at the end of history rather than merely the judgment on Jerusalem in A.D. 70. Along the way, he explores key passages that shape the debate and offers a historic Christian understanding of one of Scripture's most discussed prophecies.

It's time for a restoration, or rather, re-adeption. In 1470, Warwick the Kingmaker seizes his moment and slings Henry VI back onto the English throne. It's fair to say the Lancastrian king doesn't quite get the significance of this moment. He's described by one chronicler as being nothing more than ‘a stuffed wool sack lifted by its ears'. But Henry makes one pliable puppet for Warwick, who makes himself the king's lieutenant — basically England's decision maker in chief. Lining up behind Warwick are a cast of characters who are more than happy to see England wobble, not least the French King Louis XI. But beneath Henry VI's return is a tremor that won't settle. There's an ex-king on the loose, and Edward IV is going to do everything he can to avenge his usurpation. – As always, Dan's royal favourites can chime in anytime on the royal court on Patreon at patreon.com/thisishistory. And don't forget to listen to this season's accompanying bonus episodes for this miniseries, where Dan and Producer Al discuss the weaknesses of Edward IV's early rule, what Henry VI's ‘re-adeption' actually meant, and why Warwick was able to cobble together a coalition that toppled the newly-minted royal House of York. – A Sony Music Entertainment production.
