The Misfit School for Interdimensional Travel is not supposed to conduct research without oversight from Concord Lagoon. Everyone agreed to this restriction after their thoughtless pursuit of power led to the Pop and traded parts of the Pox'd Cauldron for parts of other dimensions, displacing hundreds of citizens to unknown fates. Unfortunately, the thirst for knowledge is not so easily ignored, and Tirzo Pallakeen and his team of underground engineers traded favours and technology to the morally flexible Free Realms Commission in order to construct a train that can traverse dimensions. As tends to happen with technology created without considering ethics, that train has run away and is gradually destroying the fabric of reality. Now it's the Myriad's problem-- and if they can't handle it, it could be everyone's problem. Get Songs for the Dusk by Kavita Poduri and Quinn Floredo Vega here. Birds, Bones and Swain are back with another episode of the podcast for all things Destiny PvP. Subscribe on iTunes / Subscribe on RSS / Discuss on the Playbook Swain, Birds and Bones are back with more Crucible chat and discussion. As foreshadowed in last week's interview with Jon Weisnewski, Bungie announced that shot backage is being removed as a perk, which could have a serious impact on the meta. The guys discuss whether or not this will change the way shotties are used, or if rangefinder will simply fill the gap. And of course, they couldn't put it off any longer - Sunbreakers have been running rampant in the Crucible and everyone is talking about them. Are they OP, or do players need to learn how to counter? Later, Crucible Radio is joined by YouTuber and Titanbro Leon Young, who's got thoughts on the class that everyone is up in arms about. He's got a favorite Titan subclass, but it's not the answer you'd expect. Leon also discusses some strategies for improvement and how he's approached the D2 meta.
