On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a quick thought on the report that Julio Jones will be traded to the Tennessee Titans in the coming days. Sounds eerily similar to something we told you 2 weeks ago. Just sayin'. Later, Jason does a deep dive into the Los Angeles Clippers 7-game series victory over the Dallas Mavericks. The big story to come out of this one is obviously the play of Luka Doncic; He looked like Michael Jordan going up against the Boston Celtics in 1986. If the Mavs can build even a decent roster around him - and dump the highly overpaid Kristaps Porzingis - they should be set up for success for years to come. As for the Clippers, were you really that impressed by them? If any of Luka's teammates could hit an open three pointer in Game 7 maybe the Mavs are headed to Utah for Round 2 instead. Perhaps the biggest takeaway from the Clippers is that Tyronne Lue moved to 4-0 in Game 7s as a head coach; But even then, how much credit does he really deserve? Kawhi Leonard played like 2-time Finals MVP and they beat the team they were supposed to beat. Shifting gears to the Eastern Conference, it's hard not to feel for Brooklyn Nets guard James Harden. Jason already had the Milwaukee Bucks winning the series coming in, but without Harden, it certainly feels like Brooklyn will get eliminated sooner rather than later. Let's just hope that the Nets don't try to force an injured Harden on the floor the way the Los Angeles Lakers did to Anthony Davis. As of Monday morning, 6 of the 8 teams remaining in the NBA Playoffs have a starter that is either out injured or playing through an injury. It truly is a war of attrition. This week for Bleav in Clippers host Jesse Kass is joined by former 9-year NBA Veteran and former Clipper, Charles Smith. The two also discuss how well the current team is playing, adding leadership in Rajon Rondo, the incredible play of Paul George, overcoming past playoff disappointments, and rotations going into the playoffs.
This episode of our Autopsy Reports features the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers. Two teams who by all counts should've been the last for us to examine but both teams found ways to perform far below what was expected and so now we are here. For the Bucks all eyes on Giannis and his patience with the franchise to put a championship caliber sqaud around him, but the real focus should on the coach and the necessary players who can step up and support Da Greek Freak and Khris Middleton. On the side of coast, the LA Clippers did everything possible to give the LA Lakers fans the necessary heat they needed to give Clippers all they smoke they can choke on. That includes Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Doc Rivers who now has stepped down from being the head coach. And whether Tyronne Lue is the right man to coach this team, his biggest challenge will be is he the right man to coach Kawhi, and PG. No one is for sure but the heiroglyphics on the wall still reads the Clippers still dreaming Western Conference Finals aspirations. Can this squad re-up and do it right this upcoming season. All of swirling questions for two teams expected to contend. Download n Discuss with US!

This week on episode 48 of the CrownHoops Podcast, Jordan Daly, Stacey Collier, and Ben Okazawa talk about the NBA Finals so far, between the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers. With the Lakers taking a big lead in the series, it may be too little too late for Miami. The guys also discuss LeBron James' questionable decision of walking off the court early in game 3. Ben then runs the guys through the Hot Takes segment, featuring Kyrie Irving's comment that Kevin Durant is the most clutch player he has ever played with, and Stephen A Smith saying Glenn Rivers will have an easier time coaching the Philadelphia 76ers than he did the LA Clippers. The guys also talk about the Sixers hiring Doc to be their new head coach, and debate if it was a good hire or not. This leads into a discussion of if Tyronne Lue will be a Head Coach next season as well. Stacey ends the episode with a mystery player debate. Please Like and Subscribe! Follow us on Twitter!
