The Cincinnati Bengals go on the road to take on the Tennessee Titans following their 26-19 win over the Raiders last week in the Wildcard Round of the NFL Playoffs. Tennessee is coming into this Divisional Round matchup off a bye with star RB Derrick Henry expected to make his return after suffering an injury earlier during the season. The Tennessee Titans are going up against a red-hot Bengals team that has an explosive offense and solid defense. However, the Cinicnnati offensive line has been a huge issue all season long but played decent last week against Las Vegas. How will the Cincinnati Bengals offensive line hold against the Titans pass rush? The Bengals run defense has been solid all year but will they be able to slow down Derrick Henry? Can the Tennessee Titans throw off the Bengals passing game? JT Sports gives his preview and prediction of the Cincinnati Bengals vs Tennessee Titans. The Buffalo Bills square off with the Kansas City Chiefs for the second time this season in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. Buffalo won the first matchup 38-20 week 5 of the NFL regular season, but this Chiefs team is a way better team now than what they were the last time these two teams played. Both Kansas City and Buffalo are viewed as the two best teams in the AFC and the winner of this game will most likely be the favorite to win the AFC Championship next week. The Bills have the NFL's best defense and it'll be interesting to see how they fare against the Chiefs offense again with Kansas City hitting their stride offensively and Patrick Mahomes taking better care of the football. Can the Chiefs defense find a way to shut down the Bills' offense, in their last matchup Buffalo's offense did whatever they wanted against the Kansas City Chiefs defense. JT Sports gives his preview and prediction for the Buffalo Bills vs Kansas City Chiefs. Coming off there first-round round bye Green Bay host the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs. San Francisco defeated the Dallas Cowboys last weekend and has been really hot of late. The 49ers have the best rushing attack out of any team remaining in the playoffs and if they can mix in a dominant game on the ground with a solid performance from Jimmy G they could pull off the upset. The Green Bay Packers have been the most consistent team in the NFL this season with an elite defense and a great offense led by QB Aaron Rodgers who many people expect to win MVP. The San Francisco 49ers have had the Packers number a lot over their past matchups, can the 49ers The Los Angeles Rams travel to Tampa to take Take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Rams are coming off a dominant victory against Arizona, having one of their best performances in while with the defense playing great and the offense clicking on all cylinders. Tampa Bay made easy work of the Eagles last week and are looking to move on to the NFC Championship game next week. However Los Angeles has had the Buccaneers number as they beat Tampa Bay in there last matchup and the Rams matchup well personnel wise with the Buccaneers. Can Tom Brady the the Tampa Bay Buccaneers overcome the Los Angeles Rams? JT Sports gives his Rams vs Buccaneers preview and prediction. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/jtsports/support

On today's episode, Jason kicks things off a few thoughts on the reports that Frank Vogel could be coaching for his job these days with the Los Angeles Lakers. That is absolutely stunning. Anthony Davis is still hurt and Russell Westbrook has been mostly terrible all season, so its should come as no surprise that the Lakers are struggling these days. If anyone has to go in Los Angeles, it should be Westbrook, not Vogel. Later, Jason does a deep dive into all of the NFL Divisional round playoff games from a sports gambling perspective. The Cincinnati Bengals are the postseason upstarts, but can they compete with a suddenly healthy Tennessee Titans squad? We're betting on Derrick Henry, AJ Brown and Ryan Tannehill in this one. The advanced statistics say that the San Francisco 49ers are actually a better team than the Green Bay Packers, but it's really hard to bet on a banged-up Jimmy G at Lambeau Field. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers should win this one. Moving over to the Sunday games, most folks agree that it's easier to trust Tom Brady in a big spot over Matthew Stafford, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the side in this game. Not only will the Los Angeles Rams cover the spread, but they're going to win this one outright. Finally, Josh Allen versus Patrick Mahomes should easily be the game of the weekend. But, that doesn't necessarily mean Kansas City won't cover the spread; Put your money on the Chiefs. Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.com

On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a deep dive into the reports that Jim Harbaugh would entertain a head coaching offer from the Las Vegas Raiders. The calculus has changed in college football the past few years, and with the Raiders transitioning into an entirely new regime, the stars appear aligned for Harbaugh to make a move back to the NFL. Harbaugh would instantly become the face of the franchise, and the Raiders have a decent foundation to build upon. This could be a win-win for both parties. Later, professional sports bettor David Baker swings by to discuss how he fared in the famed SuperContest after bringing home the title in 2020, why he's inclined to throw down some money on Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers simply because he doesn't trust Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams, why the Kansas City Chiefs versus the Buffalo Bills is easily the best game of the weekend but the hardest to bet on, why he's waiting on an update on Jimmy Garoppolo before deciding how he wants to bet in the San Francisco 49ers-Green Bay Packers game, why he's going to continue riding the Tennessee Titans bandwagon until the wheels fall off, and much more! First they look at some of the unique and interesting ways that Kyle Shanahan has been using to get Deebo Samuel involved in the game and if we think it is a smart decision to do that. Then they discuss with Aaron Rodgers ability to avoid turnovers, what is actually the best way for the 49ers to turn the Packers over in this contest. Next up, they discuss which returning Packer is going to have the biggest impact on the game, as David Bakhtiari, Za'Darius Smith, Whitney Mercilus, Jaire Alexander, are all potentially coming back and getting involved in this contest after the bye week of rest. They do need to get to a quarterback discussion so they discuss how good Jimmy Garoppolo is going to have to be in order for the 49ers to win this contest. Matt Waldman and Mark Schofield reconvene for conversations about the NFL players, games, and scouting in this weeks RSP Quick Game. Topic List: Has Kyler Murray been found out as a QB with a flawed pocket gm? If so, how much does it matter for his career, the Cards, and scouting QBs? First impressions about an added playoff matchup. Is the Buccaneers offense experiencing an addition by subtraction? Advice-feedback we would give to veteran beat writers if they were open to hearing it. Are we about to see the scatback era we were supposed to see rise go the way of Jermichael Finley and the rise of the hybrid TE? Or, the real point: can we stop trying to create trends because the cycle is so short lived when pinpointing how the best teams cultivate an edge. What are some rules of zone coverage/route running that will make people better at scouting the passing game? Mike McCarthy. Go. A player who faded from the NFL scene who you thought was on the verge of big things? Is the timing of Jimmy Garropolo's injuries this year meant the 49ers kind of lucked in to an ideal, or at least better than average development track for Trey Lance? He got a start, then got several weeks to learn and improve before getting another start. What's a big part of football analysis that you don't think most people will ever truly grasp. The first seven minutes of this video was me and how I arrived at my decision to change careers and my mindset What has been our mindsets for making big changes or starting this career we have out of the ashes of the old one? A prospect of note that we watched recently. For the most in-depth analysis of offensive skill players available (QB, RB, WR, and TE), download the 2022 Rookie Scouting Portfolio for $21.95.  Matt's new RSP Dynasty Rankings and Two-Year Projections Package is available for $24.95 If you're a fantasy owner and interested in purchasing past publications for $9.95 each, the 2012-2020 RSPs also have a Post-Draft Add-on that's included at no additional charge.   Best yet, proceeds from sales are set aside for a year-end donation to Darkness to Light to combat sexual abuse.

The New Orleans Saints named Jameis Winston their starting quarterback ahead of the 2021 NFL season following his offseason QB competition with Taysom Hill. After that, all the narratives focused on which QB was the right choice, often times grounded in the projected failed either or both. Turns out, both quarterbacks would get starting time due to the enormously complicated season faced by the Saints. And in each of their own rights, Jameis Winston and Taysom Hill exceeded expectations. As for 2022, there's a chance that both Jameis and Taysom are back int he facility, or the Saints could target one of the big names that might become available via trade. Russell Wilson, Derek Carr, Jimmy Garoppolo and others could all be options for New Orleans. And while they'll turn every stone and inspect every possibility over the offseason - all eyes will be on what's next for the Saints. On today's episode, Jason kicks things off by sharing some scuttlebutt he's heard about Jimmy Garoppolo's availability for the Divisional Playoff round against the Green Bay Packers. Folks in the Bay Area say that Jimmy G is dealing with a shoulder sprain that could keep him on the sideline, and now the wiseguys in Las Vegas are starting to bet big on Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. In the NBA, multiple reports coming out of Los Angeles indicate that Frank Vogel is coaching for his job on a night-to-night basis. Wait, what?! Did Lakers brass forget that Anthony Davis is hurt? Or that LeBron James missed a quarter of the season? Or that they've been ravaged by COVID? Or that they still have Russell Westbrook on their team? Moving on from Vogel makes zero sense given the circumstances. Later, USA Today Sports NFL columnist Mike Jones swings by to discuss why he doesn't hold Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury in very high regard - but doesn't necessarily think he should be fired, why it's hard to truly judge a head coach without giving him a decent roster and enough time to change the culture, whether or not candidates like Eric Bieniemy should try to hold out for plum head coaching jobs rather than jump at the first offer he receives, why he was so disappointed in the way the Houston Texans handled David Culley, why he's not ready to give up on Tua Tagovailia as a franchise quarterback just yet, and much more! In the last two Divisional Round playoff games, the Packers have jumped out to early leads, including a 21-3 margin against the Seahawks in 2019. If they can do it against the 49ers, as they did in Week 3 going up 17-0, it will be extremely tough for a banged up Jimmy Garoppolo led offense to hang in this one. Fox6's Lily Zhao joins the show to provide her perspective on this potentially frigid matchup and which returning players will stand out most in this matchup. Learn more about your ad choices.
