Story three of the ED awareness series! Cathlyn has pushed through the years of bullying and bad relationships but eating disorders have been a constant in her life. But through a loving family and a passion for working out that has led her to educate herself more on eating, she's been able to fight this issue. In her case, exercising helped her understand that food is essential to achieve a high-performance body, but in its own way she needs to watch her exercise habits. Cathlyn has grown to be a loving, strong, and positive woman so listen in and hear what her story's like.

She talks about how she started to develop these bad habits and that through a group of loving friends as well as diving into her passion for ceramics helped her stabilize. It all started from a moment when she noticed her weight wasn't similar to the rest of the group's and developed into more habits that started to have an effect on her day-to-day life. It was then that she noticed there was something to be done about these "bad habits". We also talk a bit about what it's like to be Mexican but not look like a stereotypical Mexican.
