We're experimenting and would love to hear from you!In this episode of ‘Discover Daily', we delve into the latest advancements in tech, science, and culture. First, we explore Nasdaq's ambitious plan to introduce 24-hour trading on its equities platform, a move driven by growing global demand for U.S. stocks. This initiative, set to begin in the latter half of 2026, aims to cater to retail investors across different time zones but must navigate challenges such as increased volatility and higher transaction costs.Next, we shift our focus to the automotive sector, where Volkswagen has unveiled its most affordable electric vehicle yet, the ID.EVERY1. Developed in partnership with Rivian, this compact EV is set to launch in Europe by 2027 with a starting price of around 20,000 euros. The ID.EVERY1 marks a significant milestone in Volkswagen's efforts to modernize its EV technology and improve vehicle performance, offering features like over-the-air updates and customization options. Our main segment dives into a groundbreaking achievement in quantum physics: the transformation of laser light into a supersolid. This breakthrough opens new avenues for studying exotic states of matter and challenges our conventional understanding of light. By creating polaritons that exhibit both solid and superfluid properties, researchers have paved the way for potential advancements in quantum computing, precision measurement, and the development of new sensors or communication devices. From Perplexity's Discover Feed:https://www.perplexity.ai/page/nasdaq-to-offer-24-hour-tradin-mo8V3yo4RHWOL7DRits82ghttps://www.perplexity.ai/page/volkswagon-s-cheapest-ev-to-us-RjozBc1vRsymcQOl.6s5JQhttps://www.perplexity.ai/page/light-transformed-into-superso-x6jvpLyPSRqeaM8T4WOsdA**Introducing Perplexity Deep Research:**https://www.perplexity.ai/hub/blog/introducing-perplexity-deep-research Perplexity is the fastest and most powerful way to search the web. Her memoir, Resilience is Futile: The Life and Death and Life of Julie S. Lalonde was released right at the beginning of lockdown (Spring 2020) and is a funny, harrowing tale of her own experience with stalking. When I reached out to her to ask if she'd be interested, I knew it was a long shot. (I never think anyone wants to come on my show). Julie is popular and highly sought after speaker... and she gets a lot of death threats (as we discuss a bit). But she wrote back almost immediately, "Are you free this Thursday?"And we talk about Julie's "true love": classic Volkswagon cars. She owns two of them. They have names. As a non-car person (I have often said, only slightly joking, for me cars are stereos with wheels), I was especially interested to talk to someone who loves something I just don't understand. Currently, Benny co-hosts the story-telling podcast “Tall But True” with his friend, Cash Cab's Ben Bailey, where guests like Ray Romano, Dom Irrera, Colin Quinn, Adam Ferrara, Artie Lange, and Bill Burr share funny stories and talk smack. Chris and Col discuss going home for the holidays and how it is your responsibility to bring the mood down by explaining to people that capitalism is bad, we live on stolen land, and whatever other woke talking points you can use to show that you are of superior intelligence, and with the most empathy. Even though you may be screaming about how empathetic you are. The boys are rated higher than the Joe Rogan podcast (if you go by the average rating). So we are technically the number one podcast. If Joe Rogan would like to have a discussion with the boys they would be 100 percent down to be on his lower rated podcast (Rogan does have about 500k more reviews than us, but the people have spoken). The shooting in the Wal-Mart in Virginia, and the other one that happened at a gay bar in Colorado, left the boys to discuss the importance of preparing your immediate response to shootings as they happen so you can win political points on twitter and get the most likes and retweets for having the most popular opinion. Also how important it is to sweep violence under the rug when it is not politically convenient. The boys discuss Aegosexuality and explain its definition. Malcolm's previous episodes HERE Key Talking Points Want a Delphi Fuel Tank Cleaning Tool? Delphi Technologies, a brand of BorgWarner, is offering free samples of their cleaning tool. Supplies are limited, so request one today by emailing:  internalcommunications.aftermarket@borgwarner.com There are 65 million work trucks on the road in the United States and Canada- a lot of work trucks have been worked hard with the fleet during the past 2 years “All around the work truck” with Delphi Technologies Most fleets are less than four vehicles  We often have to think about the aftermarket part of that. Is it going to be a rebuildable part? Is it gonna be a part that as intellectual property is not available to be sold in the aftermarket? How do we make sure that it's gonna be available when that vehicle comes out of warranty? The fuel being put in your gas tank today is different than it was 10 years ago Emission coil for Volkswagon- created a bent in the coil so that the pressure would come up and out and not unseat the coil   Looking at the failure rates by product category. And starting to predict, what does that look like? 80% of the failures have been caused by contamination in the fuel tank.  Delphi Technologies has designed a tool that is about 15 inches long and has a swiveling head on the end that has three magnets built into it. It has a replaceable cloth that you put on that. You take this tool, and you drop it straight down into the tank, and you push it around edge to edge, and if there are metal particles stuck to that magnet, your tank is contaminated Borg Warner purchased Delphi 2 years ago Fleet telematics Connect with the Podcast: Aftermarket Radio Network Subscribe on YouTube Visit us on the Web Follow on Facebook Become an Insider Buy me a coffee

Today's show opens with an unconscionable move by the CDC to add the Covid-19 vaccine to the childhood and adolescent immunization schedule. There is no medical reason to do this and it defies the data we have collected over the past two years. But, what it does do is provide financial protections for both Pfizer and Moderna. The side-effects will be more children diagnosed with myocarditis and other related injuries at the expense of putting those two Big Pharma companies first. A new Pew Research poll of black Americans finds violence/crime, economic issues and housing as the top issues in their communities. As hard as we tried to find it, there is no mention of the abortion issue or getting to the bottom of the January 6 riots. It seems the media continues to be on a completely different planet from the rest of us living under the policies of the Biden regime. Remember a few weeks ago when I said I felt like their is something more sinister afoot with so many of these individual social and cultural issues hitting us on all side at the same time? Thanks to Matt Walsh, we may have a better understanding of what it happening in our modern society. Going back to 1969, Planned Parenthood produced a guide of recommended strategies for population control. See if these goals sound eerily familiar? The want to restructure the family, which includes and encouragement of increased homosexuality, tax payer funded abortions and tax payer funded sterilization. President Joe Biden spent time this morning lying to the American people. First he wants us to believe that none of his policies are meant to hurt or go after the oil companies. Unfortunately for Joe, the internet has a long memory, not that we need to go back very far to prove the point. He ran on the very idea of stopping all drilling. To say he isn't out to harm oil companies is simply another attempt to gaslight you. But, in case you need convincing, I remind you of some key production and drilling cancelations enacted under President Biden. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is asked yesterday, "How seriously is the Administration considering a ban on U.S. petroleum products?" Her response, "Everything is on the table." Does that sound like a regime playing nice with the oil industry? Finally, we get to have some fun at the expense of some Eco-terrorists who wanted to go after Volkswagon. After gluing their hands to the floor in protest, VW decided to leave them alone. Unfortunately for these short-sighted idiots, they have no means to use the bathroom, order food or get additional help. It's a microcsm of the entire climate change movement for all of us to mock and enjoy. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media.
