This is a very hard one for me.

Disappointments happen every single day.

It's our choice where we want to be, each and every moment.

It's easy to be critical of yourself, it's much harder to have pride.

Simple lessons are all around us, CONSTANTLY.

We all have this very long list of these little things and it feels really great when they are handled.

This was a very unexpected 'pickup" from Costco.

It's unreal how long this took me to catch on.

I know it's weird....and I truly love it.

Some how, some way, we all need to add good things into the world!

Most things really make me think.

It is important to revisit our intent.

I work very hard on my beliefs.

Thoughts can gang up on us when we least expect it.

What goes on at night on the farm is very similar to what goes on in our heads!

It always puts me in such a state of curiosity when I realize what I can learn from these chickens.

They co-create constantly.

One simple act can trigger reaction.

Remembering where I failed so I can learn from it!

Your energy dictates the patterns.....

The trip off the farm to speak reminded me of so many things.

Our importance of connection is deep within us!
