Here what we do to start the New Year off with each other and our kids. We hope you are inspired and can find a tip or two to incorporate into your vision planning. The following are the topics we write down and then we write what comes to our heart. We don’t let our minds get involved in the process. We don’t try to figure out how the vision will come to pass. That is the Lord’s job. Our job is to write the vision. After writing the vision we surrender it to the Lord for HIS will and way for it to be accomplished. Habakkuk 2:2 Spirituality Health Marriage Money Living Travel Family Giving Back Business Fun We also want to tie up and loose ends we have from 2018. We incorporated a “burn notice” to help us move forward. Ask the lord to show you where you are incomplete. Do you need to forgive someone? Do you need to have a difficult conversation? Do you need to say sorry? Ask the Lord to show you anything that needs to be cleared. Write it down and pray for Him to show you the timing to get complete. As Kingdompreneurs we operate our life and business different then the world. The world chases money. We chase God. We seek him first and all these things will be added to us.
When someone “comes out” of the closet and announces their new sexuality preference, media, society and openminded people celebrate the coming out and tell others not to judge. But what happens if someone switches back and goes “gay to straight”? You are going to love part 2 episode 25 of Kingdomperneur Life.
When someone “comes out” of the closet and announces their new sexuality preference, media, society and openminded people celebrate the coming out and tell others not to judge. But what happens if someone switches back and goes “gay to straight”? You are going to love our next guest on this episode of Kingdomperneur Life. He goes by the marketing name of J. Brett Salazar, but we know him as Jaime. We have known him for over 20 years. He is really a part of our family and like an unofficial/official adopted son to us. We have seen his life struggles and successes, tragedies to triumphs over the years and you will love his story and his love for Jesus even in the darkest hours. This scripture is more prevalent for Jaime today than ever before…. I will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5.
I call her Piper. She loved her nick name when she was little but demands I call her Hannah now. This young lady has a great story to share. She is a great story to share from being home schooled to moving to Ecuador and finishing her last semester on line and coming back to Florida to walk and graduate with her class. Hannah is also and entrepreneur and has her own business as a “Makeup Artist” and shares her experience in following her crazy parents on their journey to Ecuador and falling in love with a 4 year old little guy at the orphanage. Great insights and wisdom from someone so young. Grab your teenage daughter and let her hear my Piper Girl. For you older ones… get ready to dream again and not settle for less. If Piper can do this… why not you? Ciao! CP and Doreen.
Doreen and I interview a 26 year old, millennial. Ely shares his story of what it is like to move to a third world country. He shares what it is like to run his business online. FYI… this young man has owned his business for over 10 years called Webinar Wizards and has clients that are household names and by the time he was a Junior in high school he was doing over 6 figures. If you have a young son or daughter… this would be a great podcast to share. Blessings, CP and Doreen.
What is the “One Thing” that makes your life better? Join me and Doreen as we share our “OneThings”. I think you are gonna love this podcast. Buckle up Buttercup! Get ready to smile, laugh and maybe find a thing or two that you can use yourself. Cheers! CP and Doreen.
When I have tried to do things on my own… and yes… I have been successful, however the bottom line is that the success is almost not sustainable unless I am willing to sacrifice things like my health, my marriage and even my family to keep it going. But when I come to God and put Him first in the “big deal” or whatever it is… He is my sustainer. Listen to Doreen and I share our storied of how God has shown up and shown out when we did nothing to… so to speak… Make It Happen. When I make it happen, God is left out. When God makes it happen… He is the one who gets the credit and glory. By the way, when God makes it happen in whatever it is whether business or relationships, that thing is sustained. I think you will love this podcast we share from our hearts to yours. Blessings, CP and Doreen
In this episode Doreen and I talk about finding your pace and walking with God. When you find your stride and your pace and you step in sync with God you will find yourself walking in His peace! It is about being in step and in tune with the Holy Spirit so you don’t miss out on what God would have for you. There is a scripture that says “For the steps of the righteous man are ordered by the lord” Psalms 37:23. You never see Jesus running off to one event or another situation. You always read in the Scriptures that Jesus walked and wasn’t in a hurry or pushing, grinding and striving to get something done. When you find your step or stride with the Lord in the pace he has for you you’ll walk in his peace. Doreen and I bust the myth of having to strive and grind to be successful. We talk about getting caught up in the myth of having to sacrifice your relationships, your marriage, family and even your health to grind and strive thinking this is a recipe for success. Finding God‘s pace for yourself will give you his favor, grace, peace and success. Don’t let yourself get caught up in comparing yourself to others. Someone else’s pace belongs to them. Their pace and step and stride is not your pace and stride. We all have our own pace to find. Finding God‘s pace for yourself is your secret to success. Doreen and I hope and pray this episode ministers to your heart and gives you direction to set you free to find your personal pace to step with the Holy Spirit finding your pace to His success for your life
In this episode, Doreen and I tackle a huge issue that many of us deal with… have you ever given your “word” and not kept it? Ouch. Doreen and I both have a speed bump or two with this. Doreen shares her struggle of saying yes too easily to do something making a commitment and then all the time while she is doing that thing she gave her word about, she is regretting not having the courage to have just said “NO” because she did not want to feel guilty about saying what was in her heart and that was to have said “NO”, so she said yes and regretted it. For me it is worse. I get selective on who I keep my word to and for some I give my word and if something else pops up on my radar to do, I use this as my excuse to justify why I didn’t keep my word. Many times I even failed to let that person know. I hate to say it but it is usually someone who I don’t really care about what they think of me. On the otherhand if I value that friendship or relationship… I will keep my word or die trying. There is another area of keeping my word that I struggle with as well and my daughter hit me between the eyes with this one. I would tell her simple little things… like let’s go to the store or gym and I allow a business call or something to keep me from doing what I had said I would do with her. Ouch. I had no idea how that had impacted my daughter. Piper was counting on it and made other plans around what I had said we would do, like meeting her friend at the gym. My broken word put her in a bad light with her friend. One of the big take-a-ways you will get from this podcast is when I share about how saying “NO” can be made into a positive. I will also share a secret that will give some of you listening great freedom which is… it is okay to give yourself permission to not feel obligated to give a reason why you are saying “NO”.
In this episode, Doreen and I share our stories of being full time paid staff employees at churches and falsely thinking this was the only way to be used by God in ministry. The last church we were employees at over 15 years ago, for me it was like being in a huge candy store. I was so excited to be a pastor there. Doreen was more conservative in her approach as she was a manager department head for a marketing area for this mega church. It was years later that we discovered what it meant to be a Kingdompreneur. It is our goal in this podcast to help you realize that you don’t need to be perfect and have it “altogether” for God to use you. Doreen and I will share what it means to follow the scripture that says “As You Go” in Matthew 10:7. Everyone “Go’s” everyday. The question is, “what are you doing as you are going”? Listen in as we give you tips of how you can take that step of faith, get out of your comfort zone, find incredible freedom and say to the Lord, “Here am I Jesus, pick me”!
Disappointments can be a wakeup call to re-evaluate what is important to you. We can choose to let life’s struggles become an anchor tied around our heart to keep us stuck in a place of despair and hopelessness or we can surrender to the Lord and ask the Holy Spirit to help us get unstuck. In this episode we will be talking about how we are turning our latest disappointment into a time of learning and loving each other. We will also share how you can do the same.
CP and Doreen share about not giving up when trials happen and their faith is put to the ultimate test. Listen to them share how they had to “Trust God” when it “Didn’t Make Sense”. After the accident, they were both ready to throw in the towel but God wasn’t done yet. He didn’t want them to abort the plan and purpose for why He sent them to Ecuador. God wasn’t finished with them yet. What they learned during this difficult time is; “You can’t have a harvest unless it rains”. And it rained harder for them more than ever.
Join CP and Doreen share their story of getting a miracle of finding a new home right on the beach to live when the owner initially said no. CP and Doreen knock on that door one more time before letting it go. That last knock turned a “No” into a “Yes”. Right after moving into their new miracle beach front home for the same rental fee as the condo, tragedy hits and Doreen winds up in the hospital in ICU in a coma for two days. The docs said that they didn’t think she would survive. But God…. God did another miracle. Now four weeks later since the accident, hear Doreen share her story of recovery and “Pressing On”. Phil 3:14

Our 501c3 is official. His Mission of Love Inc. is up and operational. Oh Yeah! Isaiah 6E8 says… Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send and who will go for Us? Then I said, “Here am I, Send Me!” Doreen and CP struggled to step out by faith to take on one more project… Ok… CP wasn’t the one struggling because he wasn’t going to be the one managing another project. Doreen is the one that is detailed about everything and she initially said… NO! However, God had a better plan if they would step out by faith. When Doreen said “Yes”, God brought others to help. Listen to CP and Doreen share how God put the right amazing people in place to make “His Mission of Love” a reality
In this week’s episode, Doreen and CP share their heartbreak story of losing their little four “legger” Maggie. She was with them for almost 13 years. You will hear about healing both emotionally and physically because of Maggie’s death on the day they left to come back to the states for Piper’s high school graduation. CP shares his story of physical healing from a broken back suffered from wrestling in college. Letting go of emotions from past losses in his life were key. The scripture for this episode is Psalms 147L3 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds”. CP and Doreen also share another miracle of Piper’s graduation and being able to walk with her class.
In this podcast episode, you will hear about the back to school bash we did at the orphanage and how God brought everyone together to fulfill HIS plan. You'll hear the lesson Hannah learned about not letting others influence your decisions, Elisha finally joins us in Ecuador, and how we ended up not having all our paperwork for our Visas after driving 3 hours to Guayaquil but we trusted the process and remained in peace. Today's scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 "I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disasters, plans to bring about the future you hope for". When things don't go as planned, how do you make the best of it or do you freak out?
God knows right where you are. Down here in Ecuador in our little fishing village, God showed out for Piper our daughter. She is a self-taught “Makeup” artist and someone found out about her. She did the makeup for all the models at a fashion show here at the beach. It went so well that the following week she did the makeup for the cover model for the top fashion magazine in Peru. This is one of a couple of great stories you hear from CP and Doreen in this podcast on how “God will make room for your gifting”.
God was up to something with us. We watched a documentary called The Minimalist and decided to de-clutter, de-junk and de-stress our life and create a life rich with purpose, relationships and everyday ministry. We sold everything. We gave stuff away and downsized to two suitcases a backpack and moved to Ecuador to start a new adventure with the Lord. It wasn’t easy at first but our heart was pulling us to help these amazing kids at an orphanage in this little fishing village of OLON, Ecuador right on the Pacific ocean.
After years of working as Kingdompreneurs I attended a Christian woman’s conference that was called BEYOND. It was that one word “Beyond” that launched us into a new direction as Kingdompreneurs. The theme of the conference was to Think, Live and Go BEYOND and after attending that conference I knew I wanted a more intimate relationship with the Lord and to live a purposeful life.
After years of working for the church, God launches us into a new venture of being entrepreneurs as real estate investors, authors, speakers, event hosts and within two years we become “God” made millionaires.
We invite you to embrace being a KINGDOMPRENEUR. A Kingdompreneur is someone that understands that business and ministry are one in the same but our mission extends far beyond just making money. We are grateful that God has given us this platform to share our life and family with you. We will talk about mindset, lifestyle, health, family (marriage/parenting), faith, choosing simplicity over stress, and what success looks like in God’s eyes. The time is now to get un-stuck and quit playing it safe. We hope by listening to our podcast you will find direction, clarity, focus and the faith necessary to take action. It’s time to be empowered and go for the dream that is deep down in your heart and trust God with the outcome. It say’s in the Psalms that if you “delight yourself in the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart”. Those heart desires are the dreams that God has placed there. Give yourself permission to live out your dream and impact lives wherever you go. Get ready to start your new “God” adventure.
Meeting, Marriage, and Ministry When CP met me, he went full speed ahead to the altar to say our “I do’s”. It took a lot of sweet talking and a ton of charm. We met on March 5, 1989, and got married August 12, 1989. Yes… just 5 months. He had to close the deal fast before my anesthesia wore off. The adventure started off rocky and continued for a few years but God knew what He was doing.
Listen and Laugh to our story on how we surrendered our life to the Lord Jesus. For me, I was going through the motions to please my parents in my teens. We were Catholic as far back as I can remember and then my parents got invited to a charismatic church. Like a lot of kids, my parents made me go to church with them. It wasn’t until age 24 that I hit rock bottom with an eating disorder that leads me to a 12 step program. I learned here to live a surrendered life to Jesus. Pat was a junior in high school and a friend invited him to watch a movie called, “A Theif in the Night” being shown at his high school one evening. The altar call was given and he went forward but no one noticed him pray with him. He was embarrassed and thought he wasn’t good enough to get saved so he snuck out of the side door of the auditorium to avoid walking back to his seat. A few days later this same friend gave him an “LP” album to listen to by a Christian comedian named Mike Warnke. Mike on his record album shared how he was a satanic priest and got saved. Pat felt that if a static priest could get saved, then why couldn’t he? After all, a satanic priest in his mind was way worse than him. Before the album stopped playing, Pat got down on his knees and surrendered his life to Jesus in his bedroom in April 1978.
