So we decided to bring a health coach on who has used the practice of mindfulness in her own life to overcome anxiety, depression & insomnia. Health coach Tiffany shares her story of when her symptoms began, her 5-minute daily practice using apps, books and how you can strengthen the brain and be aware when you have drifted during guided meditations and finding a quiet place inside of yourself to hear your creative thoughts.

She shares her journey of healing from sexual abuse and family of violence and how she overcame her own self loathing to design a retreat and mission to protect children and support women in their choice to heal. She shared her healing toolbox after becoming aware at 44 yrs old that despite her beautiful family that she didn’t love herself. We learned that by creating boundaries, attending Discovery trainings and participating in the online group The Brave girls club that she began to become her own hero and was hungry for more love & acceptance in herself. She reminds us as adults one of the most important things you can do to protect your children is to eliminate 1 on 1 encounters with teachers, counselors, clergy, coaches, and even some family members and consider going deeper when a child or teens behavior seems “ rebellious “ or changes!
