This is a brief practice to help you bring yourself back to equilibrium from a more agitated, nervous, or stressed state. There will be plenty of space and gentle encouragement to help guide you back to a better feeling state. If you feel your nervous system is hyper-aroused and are having trouble regulating yourself, here is a practice to contain and support you as you bring yourself back to a state of neutrality.
Here is a pick-me-up practice, for when you only have a few minutes to slow down and refresh your spirit and nerves. In just five minutes, you'll feel refreshed, more present, and have more clarity to bring towards the rest of your day.
Discover a deeper sense of being present. This is a brief yet powerful practice to access deep and true bodily presence. If you have been feeling scattered, anxious, or stressed, this practice is like the perfect healing balm to soothe and hold your spirit.
This is a short meditation practice to help you feel more solid and grounded in yourself. We will reconnect with all that is real and true in ourselves so that you can emerge from this practice feeling confident in who you are. This is a nature based practice and we will call upon the Earth to help us ground and reset solid boundaries.
A brief and loving self love meditation practice that feels like a warm embrace, some good conversation, and a cozy cup of tea. Emerge from the practice feeling more grounded in yourself and supportive of yourself.
This is a gratitude meditation practice that feels like a nice, warm bath - easy, enjoyable, and deeply renewing. Sit back and let heartfelt gratitude wash over you and revive you. Immerse yourself in all that you cherish and adore about life.
In this track, we explore what full body trust feels like and how that deeply enriches our meditations. This is beginner friendly and perfect for those looking to build a practice that is sustainable and enjoyable. For seasoned meditators, this is a rewarding theme to explore as well. What makes up a life giving meditation practice? Where meditation feels natural, instinctive, and allows you to fall deeper in love with Life? Deep, full bodied trust is one of the keys.
This is a class on the fundamental themes of a life-giving meditation practice and an introduction to what the Instinctive Meditation tradition is. Today's theme is total welcoming. Come experience the Instinctive Meditation tradition, where “meditation is the practice of falling in love with Life.” This is a way of learning and practicing meditation so that it becomes the most natural thing in the world for you. Note that this is a recording of a live class I taught on a meditation app (Insight Timer), so there may be some audio issues.
In this track, we explore what a total welcoming of the self feels like and how that deeply enriches our meditations. Open, compassionate welcoming is one of the keys.
What are you yearning for, desiring, and deeply needing right now? Whether it be peace, love, relaxation, or something more dynamic like passion, vitality, abundance, here is a place where you can fully immerse yourself in all that you desire and let that quality infuse into your being. You will leave feeling whole and refreshed.
Connect and communicate with your womb in this grounding, nourishing practice. Release stored tension and witness how your womb's energy would like to express herself. It is also safe to do this meditation while you are on your period, as this will help with cramping and flow.
Join me on a guided odyssey into a deep, restful sleep. Perfect for those of you having trouble falling asleep because of overthinking or stress. Connect with your primal instincts to nest, rest, and be received by the Earth.
This meditation is intended for times when you are tired, depleted, worn down, and craving healing. Here is a place for you to give over to your instincts for healing, resting and nesting, so that you can deeply regenerate. Healing isn't always something we have to be actively engaged in, because life will always naturally move towards healing. It can be as easy as deciding it's time to rest and recover, and then allowing the life force to wash over us and work its healing touch on us.
Belonging to ourselves can be challenging in a world that beckons at or even demands our attention and energy, constantly. It can leave us feeling like not much of us is actually here with ourselves in present time. I guide you through a practice that allows you to call back your life force energy into present time and into your being, and come face to face with the raw power and potential of all of you that is now home with you.
In this meditation, we're not going to do anything. Yes - you read that right - nothing. This practice is for you if you are just feeling over it, tired, and are overwhelmed with all the things you need to do. You don't want to 'do' another thing - meditate. So in this practice, we allow for the opposite! A space to let yourself not need to do anything. It's surprisingly healing. Enjoy!
A practice for those of you who don't like gratitude practices or feel too tired, upset, or annoyed to try to be grateful. We will allow what wants to come through to do so, so that maybe, at the end, gratitude feels much more authentic and easy to touch into.
As winter flows into spring, nature undergoes a transition that is also mirrored within us. If you have been feeling tense, irritable, or even angry, it may be because the seasons are moving through you as well! This is a practice that will leave you with a smoother, more grounded sense of connection to not just your being, but the being of Nature as well. Happy almost spring!
Travel by air can be a source of stress and anxiety - I know that's certainly the case for myself! Here is a meditation that I like to do when I'm waiting for my flight. This practice will smooth out the edges and allow your system to reboot and recalibrate, so that you can emerge calm and steady and enjoy the upcoming travel. This meditation works with all types of travel induced anxiety - by plane, train, car, etc.
Here is a short practice in allowing what you love about life to wash over you, infusing your meditation with healing love, joy, gratitude, and peace. I like to think of this meditation as a "portal in my pocket" type of practice - it's an easy way for me to drop into a meditative state wherever I am.
There is something so incredibly healing when we allow room for daydreaming. Meditation is the perfect time to fantasize, as we can indulge in acting things out in a safe space. In letting ourselves feel into our fantasies, parts of ourselves that we pushed away get the chance to come out and play.
The art of self acceptance is an ever evolving practice that unfolds if we allow the space for all of ourselves to just be. Here I share my practice for working towards a healthy, loving self acceptance that doesn't force or push and respects all of my parts without shame or judgement. Inspired by my dear teachers Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine of Instinctive Meditation.
A meditation to provide immediate relief to bloat, indigestion, constipation, nausea, and other digestive issues. After we've welcomed physical relief into our digestive system, we'll then delve into an exploration of the emotional and mental states that lead to digestive stagnation.
To surrender is to allow the healing power of Life to wash over you and repair you. Feel true, embodied surrender in this meditation.
Being tender with ourselves can be challenging, especially during times when we yearn for it the most. Turn to this meditation when you crave a soft, tender touch with yourself. We'll breathe easily together and melt our harsh and hard edges into a warm sense of self compassion. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/with-eden-harmony/support
