In the heated world of NFL rivalries, few moments capture raw emotion like a spit take—literally. On November 16, 2025, during the Pittsburgh Steelers' 34-12 demolition of the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11, Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase found himself at the center of controversy. In the fourth quarter, amid a scrum of trash talk and tangled limbs, Chase allegedly spat on Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey, igniting a brawl that saw Ramsey ejected for throwing a punch. The incident unfolded after an earlier scuffle that drew personal foul flags on both players. Ramsey, no stranger to on-field theatrics, grabbed Chase by the facemask and unleashed a helmet-rattling swing. Post-game, Ramsey didn't mince words: "He spit on me. I don't give a f--- about football after that, respectfully. I'm all for trash talking, but that's crossing the line." Chase, the Bengals' explosive 2021 first-round pick and three-time Pro Bowler, vehemently denied it: "I never opened my mouth to that guy. I didn't spit on nobody." But video evidence from FOX 19 cameras in Cincinnati told a different story, capturing what appeared to be a clear projectile from Chase's direction. The NFL wasted no time. On November 17, the league slapped Chase with a one-game suspension without pay, citing Rule 12, Section 3, Article 1: "any act which is contrary to the generally understood principles of sportsmanship." He'll miss the Bengals' Week 12 clash with the New England Patriots, costing him roughly $448,333 in salary. This marks the second spitting-related ban this season, echoing Eagles DT Jalen Carter's ejection and suspension for hawking a loogie at Cowboys QB Dak Prescott in Week 1. Bengals coach Zac Taylor, while praising Chase's usual poise—"He's one of the best leaders we've got"—deemed the act "unacceptable." For a team already reeling from QB Joe Burrow's Week 2 injury and a 2-8 record, losing their 1,000-yard receiver stings. Chase, with 72 catches for 1,128 yards and 8 TDs this year, embodies Cincinnati's high-octane offense. Critics decry the league's zero-tolerance stance on such "disgusting" behavior, arguing it deters the passion that fuels football. Yet, precedents like Carter's affirm the NFL's message: Spitting isn't spirited—it's sanction-worthy. As Chase appeals (or doesn't), this episode underscores the thin line between competitive fire and foul play. In a league of gladiators, one glob of saliva can sideline a superstar. Will it humble Chase or harden his edge? Only the tape—and the tape—will tell. Music from #InAudio: https://inaudio.org/ Track Name Holy (Trap). Tara breaks down the economic and political forces reshaping America, from record-low first-time homeownership to the looming threat of socialist policies. In this episode, she explores how young Americans are struggling to buy homes while Congress continues to print money, inflate prices, and fail to pass a proper budget. Tara also analyzes the political implications, including the youth vote for Donald Trump, the dangers of amnesty, and the rise of radicals like Zohran Mamdani advocating for the abolition of private property, control of production, and government-managed food — classic communism. Through history, literature, and personal experience, Tara paints a stark picture of what's at stake if Americans don't act. *Record-low homeownership. Spiraling debt. Radical socialism. What happens if America doesn't wake up?* housing crisis, first-time homebuyers, inflation, economic policy, trump, youth vote, socialism, communism, zohran mamdani, private property, means of production, food control, build back better, democratic policies, tara podcast Tara examines the current economic and political landscape of America, highlighting the collapse of first-time homeownership to a record 21% and the increasing average age of buyers to 40. She connects this to overspending by Congress, the printing of money, and failed budgetary discipline, warning that these policies leave young Americans frustrated and vulnerable to radical promises. Using historical context and examples like Zohran Mamdani's advocacy for abolishing private property and seizing means of production, Tara explains how classic communist tactics are being normalized. She underscores the risks of amnesty, demographic shifts, and political power grabs, painting a clear picture of how the nation could transform if current trends continue unchecked.

Sometimes, advocating for your own health can save your life. In this inspiring conversation of HEAL with Kelly, I sit down with my good friend Cameron Mathison, Emmy-nominated actor, television host, and wellness advocate to talk about the journey that transformed not just his body, but his entire life. You may know Cameron from General Hospital, All My Children, or as a beloved host on Entertainment Tonight and Hallmark's Home & Family, but behind the spotlight was a decade-long struggle with unexplained health issues that eventually led to a shocking diagnosis: kidney cancer. Cameron shares how this wake-up call became a powerful turning point, guiding him away from surface-level “health” and toward a deeper, more holistic approach rooted in functional medicine, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Today, Cameron feels and looks stronger and more vibrant than ever and he's helping others do the same through Health360, a functional health coaching platform that empowers people to reset their bodies, optimize their energy, and truly thrive. We explore what it really means to take ownership of your health, why prevention is the most powerful medicine, and how practices like meditation and emotional awareness can be just as healing as food or fitness. Cameron's story is a reminder that true healing begins when you start listening to your body and that it's never too late to choose a new path. Key Moments You'll Love ✨:

Spiraling is how it feels when you are in that state of flailing overwhelm. Where everything bad and wrong and scary and stressful keeps getting amplified. When you take one step forward and ten steps back. It's the perfect shit storm of anxiety, hypervigilance, hypersensitivity, and low capacity that creates room for all your negative thought patterns to run wild. We call it spiraling because it feels like you are falling into a deep and winding abyss (and your nervous system is activated and being very dramatic.)Often you are so identified with the spiral as being YOU DOING IT WRONG that you forget that you have a choice. The spiral is not YOU. It's your human experience which is narrated by a lot of programming coming from outside of you. We sit with psychedelics because they create space. They are a universal pause creator that invites other perspectives to get in. And what happens when you pause and allow the spiral to show you itself, to look at it more fully. To feel into it. To contemplate it. To redefine and reframe what is happening to an opportunity instead of life being out to get you... you realize that you're not actually falling, going backward, or failing. Because the spiral is always expanding and evolving. This week on the show, I'm exploring what to do when you're caught in the downward spiral. You'll learn how to recognize this in yourself, and how to slow things down so you can gain a different perspective and ride the spiral into deeper healing and more authenticity. A month ago I recorded an episode where I was completely spiraling about my son starting Montessori & my business hours changing. I walked you through my anxiety, my fears about losing work hours, all of it.Today? I'm giving you the raw update. Week one was a disaster. Week two, I sat in my car for 4 hours taking coaching calls with the engine running. Week four, my anxiety is completely gone...even though I'm recording this while Griffin interrupts me every 3 minutes asking for a bandaid because he cut himself on a cardboard knife. Meghan McCain, host of Citizen McCain with Meghan McCain (@MeghanMcCain), joined The Guy Benson Show today to reflect on how she's doing in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's tragic assassination. McCain explained why those celebrating his death represent a disturbing and growing faction on the left, one that many conservatives would never dream of emulating, and described their hatred as almost animalistic. McCain also pointed to Jimmy Kimmel's cancellation as another example of left-wing radicalization, arguing that if even one moderate or conservative voice had been in the room, his offensive joke and spread of misinformation could have been prevented. In this episode of Your Own Magic, I explore a feeling so many of us carry quietly: the pressure of being “behind.” Behind on career, on love, on milestones that the world tells us should have happened by now.Together, we'll unravel the myth of the linear timeline and redefine what success and milestones really mean. From celebrating the quiet achievements that rarely get applause, to noticing the sacred timing that doesn't match anyone else's calendar, this conversation is a reminder that you are not late... you are right on time for you.And because I always love a cosmic touch, I close with reflections on the moon as a mirror for our lives. Just like her phases (new, waxing, full, waning) our own cycles of rest and growth are equally valid, equally necessary. If you've ever felt like you're “off schedule,” this is your invitation to breathe, soften, and trust the rhythm of your own becoming.✨RAQUELLE + YOMyourownmagic.comig @raquellemantrafb group your own magicSPONSORS' SPECIAL OFFERS hereSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/your-own-magic/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands
